The best Nero in Lincoln. Brilliant coffee. Fantastic staff. Phenomenal Cakes. 10 out of 10. Cannot fault you guys, keep it up. Recommend the Gingerbread cake.

Favourite cafe Nero, only thing is that a regular latte comes in a cappuccino mug instead of a normal latte mug?

Tastes really good for food and drink and overall is very nice.

Lovely place for a tasty coffee, prices are more affordable than other known High Street retailers. Student discounts are available for the app. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space inside and out. Handful of vegetarian and vegan options available. Fairly quiet at 4pm which makes it a great place to have a coffee and study or just a nice chat.

Favourite cafe for over 20 years

Today around 6pm I went to Nero for a cup of coffee. I was surprised by a beautifully made Mocha. Many thanks to the lovely barista who did it. You made my day! ☕💛🍁

Great coffee, use this place regular and food is good, however a few more changes to savoury menu would be good as getting repetitive.

My mum asked for the vegan chocolate cookie as she can’t eat the non-vegan cookies. The lady behind the counter gave my mum a non-vegan cookie and told her it was the vegan one. She was ill after this. Would not recommend going here.

Don't get me wrong, I like Neros. Good coffee and snacks at a somewhat inflated price. This one though was a bit rough. Messy and worn. Used the disabled toilet which appears to be available for anyone to use. It was disgusting. I had to clean it down before I could use it. The smell on entering reminded me of festival toilets. Not been cleaned for a while. I will go again, but please, if you are going to charge those prices make sure the place is clean and fresh.

Great place to have a coffee and a few minutes peace, made to feel at home by wonderful staff who chat and advise in a friendly way, couldn't ask for more. In particular Jennie is always cheerful and welcoming, excellent customer service makes the experience 10/10.

Drinks are great but it's the staff that makes this place great, they are very friendly and engaging.

Was here late afternoon with my partner, decided to take our drinks we paid over £10 for inside to the back. As they don't cater food for my partners allergen requirements, she decided to bring her own salad in to eat with our drinks. We quickly got interrupted by a rude older woman working, who said that we cannot eat 3rd party food here, and that there are signs everywhere saying this.(Even though we checked after and there are only stickers stating that you can't eat your own food when sitting on the outside tables). This made my parter feel so uncomfortable, so we had to rush our drinks and leave as we felt like we were no longer welcome there. Horrific attitude! We have been coming here 2 or 3 times a week for the past year and nobody has ever said a thing to us. We're never ever coming back here.

Would give service more stars if I could. I come here very often and the staff are so lovely; they make small talk when they can, know my order off by heart, and are so friendly and courteous is the order happens to be incorrect. Food is great, a tiny bit over-priced but I'm a uni student so it all feels that way :'). Lovely seating, varied and accessible with plenty of plug spots for people wishing to do work. Free water jugs and cups available. Sometimes coming here and chatting to the staff is the highlight of my day they're that nice! <3

Rude staff member. This older lady who was working. i asked her to turn off the AC as the top level was cold and i was alone up there. She said "No, cus then everything would be off" Then smirked at me. i said "Ok, thank you" I bougut Peached tea & biscuits from there, i also bought mini meat balls which i ate along with my other things, while i listen to music with my headphones and studied. She came to me saying "You cant eat that here" then walked off shaking her head. People like that should not work in hospitality.

The coffee is good but the service is not very friendly. I was made to feel like a bit of an inconvenience when asking about the app and how to use it. For this reason, I’d prefer to use the independent coffee shops who offer better service.

Love Nero coffee but this place is now long overdue a facelift. Has a distinctly grubby feel about it. Tables that aren't level, paint coming off the walls, lights that don't work, floor worn away, to name just a few things. Will not be back. How a business this size can let their premises get to this state is beyond me.

Very popular and good location. Good choice of drinks and choices of cakes and snacks. Just wish that some of the customers would remember that not everyone wants to hear their side of a telephone call.

I prefer the coffee here to either Starbucks or Costa. They also have a far better range of vegan food than either although Costa has now teamed up with Bosh bur i prefer the Nero food. Friendly staff nice atmosphere. The best out of the big 3.

Stopped here with my daughter for coffee. Daughter had Iced Americano, which she enjoyed however my Cappuccino was very bitter despite putting 2 sugars in it.

Splendid coffee. Download the app and collect the points. Located in the precinct area of Lincoln High Street. I usually have an Americano with a drop of milk. Perhaps also a panini which the staff will heat up for you and bring it to the table. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Often quite busy. Toilet facilities are limited.

I've been here a few times, the staff are friendly and the coffee is nice. I think it's a bit run down and tatty inside but it's clean and the toilets are clean.

Caffè Nero is one of my favourite coffee shops now thanks to my best friend who told me about them and how good their coffee actually tastes! I love them more than 200 degrees cafe! Which says a lot as I used to love that cafe. There's something about going there for a coffee which is top quality. I always try to get one before I go to work in town. A little pick me up before work is just what I need. Can't rate them anymore then that really! 😊😊

Great coffee and the staff are consistently (over several years) friendly and welcoming. Sometimes there’s a queue but the staff handle it well. I’ve never had a milky latte my personal nightmare.

Lovely coffee shop, Caffè Nero is well priced and makes decent coffee if you are into coffee. Nice atmosphere, plenty of space to sit after a busy day shopping. Nice and chill inside so relaxed. We both had cake, I had raspberry almond tart, my partner had a salted caramel slice, both were a bit dry. Overall a pleasant place, toilets quite dirty though.

I went to caffe nero Lincoln Wednesday and Thursday of this week, ordered a flat white on both occasions. Both times I was asked if I wanted to try their 'Ecuadorian' blend, and on neither occasion was I advised it would cost me an extra 30p. Guys I appreciate you need to upsell, but you need to tell people the price if you want to do so - putting this out there for anyone else who gets upselled without being told of the cost, which is disingenuous of them

Coffee and chai were pretty weak, not really up to the standard I would expect in a café. Sausage roll and cookie were better. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly enough.

Dont normally use Nero to be honest as I find their coffee a bit to strong and prices a little high for a smaller cup of coffee. Smaller cup compared to say Costa and Starbucks. I didn't eat so cant really comment on their food but it looked good.

We stopped at Caffè Nero for an iced coffee. In the queue for some time. Lots of seating inside and outside. I would have preferred the ice crushed to be able to eat it. Once the liquid was drank I was left with a cut of ice. The straw quality was really poor. Did not last the time it took to drink the iced coffee.

Absolutely loved my visit today as there was some free street entertainment thrown in. I was sat outside on the main High Street side as a large team of tactical firearms officers carried out a hard arrest of half a dozen men sitting at an outside table by the CEX store. So I drank a good coffee, ate a tasty almond croissant and witnessed a very professional arrest at gunpoint being carried out. Marvellous

Really bad. This is a large oatmilk cappuccino. The empty space you see is what's left after foam settled. I've had this 3 times now. No more nero

The coffee is good however it's yet another mainstream coffee retailer who can't be bothered to order in even a single gluten-free cake option.
