Caffe Nero in Sheffield

Visited 10am Monday morning, dirty finger marks on all glass panels, food on floor, obviously not been cleaned at end of previous day,dirty upholstery and cushions turned over to show zips so obviously grubby on underside too.Coffee and hot milk served in takeaway cups when clean cups stacked on counter??Tables not cleared, just grubby and awful!Sorry, will not be visiting again!

Very poor. Grubby tables not cleared and staff clearly not interested. I stood waiting at the counter while two members of staff were discussing something or other on one’s mobile phone. No smile and barely any eye contact. My partner had a blueberry muffin which was dry and stale. I was going to take it back but we just decided to leave as they’re clearly not interested in providing either good service or food

The chap in front of us at the till placed his order 3 times and we had to do exactly the same as the two male servers were far too busy chatting. Food and drinks ok but service dreadful. Female staff were non stop clearing tables but male staff really need to put more effort in!

We love Café Nero & wherever we are we can usually track one down. Having visited The Meadowhall branch regularly I can wholeheartedly say that the quality and surroundings are great but boy do the staff have attitude! I appreciate it’s a fast paced environment and speed is of an essence but manners & civility go a long way in my world. The only time I’ve ever experienced such rudeness is in a NY deli where the pace was a lot faster than Sheffield. Must try harder …………

Called in with my daughter for a coffee which was great. Served by Megan who was chatty and friendly with a smiley face. Her male colleague was also polite and friendly to us. Thank you for a lovely visit we will be back soon.

This Nero cafe seems constantly busy because of its situation and still the staff are friendly. Good coffee and food and the choice of sitting inside or in the. outside mall area.

Had begun to flag after a couple of hours in MeadowHell so called in to Nero Great coffee and happy smiley people Left feeling in top of the world

There early morning! Can I have! Me a regular, servers greet me by name sometimes. I am there often at this time, in a rush sometimes. Does it take this much time at Costa? Wish I did not like their coffee soooo much. Do not put up your price just the quality of your training and service times pleaseeeeeeee. I am awake and functional why can't your staff pretend to be?

After our breakfasts in Café Rouge and a look round the shops we popped into Café Nero for a coffee. The staff were lovely helping an old lady with her tray and clearing tables quickly. The coffee was very nice too.

Late night shopping with a friend. Called for a coffee and a chat here. The cafe was clean and fresh and the staff were friendly even when we were leaving. I have visited other Caffe Neros in other places and all are consistently good.
