Caffe Nero in Norwich

Soya Cappuccinos were foul. Once we'd spooned off the froth we were left with strong and very bitter coffee, full of dregs. It was so bad, we didn't even finish it.

Always excellent coffee and great customer care. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The best Caffè Nero in Norwich by a country mile!

It's up to the owner if the shop allows dogs in, but all of the members touch customers' dogs and make coffee without washing hands .....can't believe it. So dirty! Yuk!!

Those who live in nearby are very fortunate to have this chain coffee shop in the area. Despite being a chain the coffees are full of flavour and have the taste of more independent retailers. Nice snacks and extremely friendly staff. What stands out about this place is that it is and extremely nice place to chill and while away a bit of spare time, especially on the outside seating if the weather is nice.

Solo apareció para tomar un café rápido con mi pareja. El personal era muy amable y felizmente trajo las bebidas a nuestra mesa. Una buena mezcla de clientes de pensionistas, la extraña persona que trabaja desde una computadora portátil y un grupo de madres jóvenes y niños pequeños, todos disfrutando de sus bebidas y un ambiente acogedor.

At least you know what you're going to get with the big coffee chains and I will challenge the coffee snobs who decry these shops. I believe that these chain offer very drinkable coffee and certainly better than some of the independents. All my daughter and I wanted was a coffee and somewhere to relax for half an hour or so. I wanted a skinny latte and she wanted a coffee with a specialist milk. We got exactly what we wanted and it was delicious. The man serving us was great. Very friendly and engaging. Everywhere appeared clean and well presented. Lots of seating, inside and out. Only negative was the car parking, but I was lucky and actually got a place right outside otherwise I don't know where I would have parked. Now I know where this cafe is, I'm likely to go back agin when I'm in the area.
