Made the mistake of believing the fake reviews on Just Eat when looking for a local pizza place! Caprinos are either writing their own reviews, or paying a company to write them. The third option is the people of Crewe have no taste or idea what pizza should be!!! Decoding to have a night off from cooking, we picked the best rated pizza takeaway listed under Italian (it’s actually kebab shop pizza) spending £40 on their ‘mega deal’ the 2 pizzas (BBQ Sizzler & Veg Supreme) were both dry and lukewarm. Paying extra for stuffed crusts was a waste as these too were dry and hollow. The bases were hard and stale. Clearly prepackaged and not fresh dough. The added toppings were very scarce and of poor quality. The side orders were no better, chicken strips were lukewarm and soggy, with little flavour. Curly fries were curly, but not fried! Cold and soggy, showing they’d been sitting around for a while. The chocolate cookies for dessert were gritty and sludgy sand texture, where they hadn’t been cooked long enough. The chocolate cake we were unable to eat as were feeling ill by this point. The bottle of coke was enjoyable though, just not worth the £40 it cost to get it with the rest of the order. We have spent the 2 days after eating some of this food feeling bloated and sick, and had to throw most of the order in the bin (which is the best place for this trashy food!) PLEASE don’t waste your money at this establishment. There are many other Pizza restaurants near to this one that I’m hoping have some kind of food standards. Spend your money at one of them instead!!!

Second time ordering but both times have been great. Speedy delivery and good customer service when ordering by phone. Had the mega deal which is good value for money. 2 12 inch pizzas, 2 sides and 2 desserts plus a bottle of pop for £32.99. The garlic bread is lovely and the fudge cake is a nice dessert. Will definitely be ordering again.

I was extremely disappointed visiting Cibo recently. I have a gluten allergy and clearly stated this before ordering. When I ordered they said I couldn’t have a lot of food on the menu as they do not provide gluten free alternatives but what I had was okay. They came back a few minutes later and told me to reorder. My friends had their food arrive and the waiter came to ask me how serious my allergy was as part of my dish contains gluten. I said I could not eat it. I felt pressured to reorder quickly and unfortunately chose an expensive item which was not very nice. It took 10 minutes for my food to arrive and my friends had almost finished their meal. The waiter was rude about it and when I queried at the end of the night about the delay he tried to blame my allergies for the food being wrong. It left a sour note after what had been an enjoyable evening with friends. Would not recommend visiting here and I will not be returning.

70-72 Crewe roadVery Disappointing, the fungi starter not that pleasant - toast went soggy with the over garlic mushrooms. Mains:- Saffron risotto with ossobuco- the risotto was overpowered by the saffron and the ossobuco accompanied with it was quite a bland sauce. There early bird menu is now NOT available and has been replaced by there 'Christmas Special Menu' at £25 for 2 courses & a £10 charge for 175mil house wine . If you had booked a table when the early bird menu was advertised, I'm sorry but they make no exceptions, you will have to have the more expensive Christmas menu .

75 London RoadYet again very slow service , 1 hour and 30 minutes to wait for a burger and 2 pizzas! Sat on a table in the corner out of the way, no one came to take our order , then the long wait for the food, too busy and not enough staff . All the tables around us got their food before us even though we were there long before they had arrived. We won’t be going again, plenty of better places in Alderley with much better service. Service charge already added to the bill, what service! Disappointing evening out.
