Caprinos Pizza Salisbury in Wiltshire

Really disappointing. Ordered a large seafood pizza with thin base and 2 lots of anchovies as extra. Pizza was lukewarm, soggy, and base certainly wasn’t thin. Hardly any tuna on it and as for the 2 lots of anchovies I ordered, there were probably about 4 small pieces in the whole pizza. All in all, tasteless, soggy and won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely appalling delivery. Very late and cold when it got here 1.5 hrs later. They tried to blame traffic but it is only 10 min down the road and google maps was clear. I had to of fed my child in the meantime so rang up to get a refund. Told they would re cook and deliver, but I refused as it was too late by that time. No refund and will not be using again. Used to be good but has recently gone downhill.

Delicious, fresh pizza, friendly staff and have had food from here a number of times now and have never had a problem. Highly recommended.

I ordered a pizza and it was cooked quickly and ended up being delicious. The staff inside are great and very helpful. I ordered for pickup and I would definitely go again!

Vile food. Ultra processed mechanically reclaimed meat ingredients. Raw dough not even fit for animals to eat. Dirty staff fingernails making the food. Avoid!

!!!DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADVERTISMENT!!! Terrible service at Caprinos and the customer service isn't very clear when they explain their menu leaving the customers feeling unsure of what they are ordering which isn't safe if you have allergies. The pricing using the online service isn't presented accurately so customers are very much unaware of what they are paying for and how much. And when the food arrives it is either burnt or the incorrect ingredients/toppings are on top of the pizza which could be lethal for someone who may have allergies. The employees there do not take any responsibility for their actions, they assume that the customer is always wrong even when addressing them about the ingredients to prevent harm to the individual buying. They really need to ensure the online ordering system is correct/up to date and if they are doing to do deals such as 10% off for collection or buy 1 pizza get 1 free then they need to calculate it correctly as you end up finding yourself just buying both pizzas even if you use the buy 1 get one free deal. As for the 10% off for collection, it is non existent and you then find your just paying for more even though they are advertising falsely which is incorrect.

Waited hours for order lied to also for hours threatened by delivery driver to the tune of I will take you on but not the angry woman inside bunch of idiots hope they go bust.

Awful. Bought the wrong food, then after agreeing to rectify it, left us waiting for another 3 hours with nothing. Asked for a refund, 3 weeks later they still haven't sent it after agreeing to multiple times
