A friendly cafe with genuine Portuguese options. Really easy to miss on the quieter side of George Lane, South Woodford. Lovely Portuguse coffee. Clean but would possibly benefit from new outside furniture.

Yo pedí un pastel de pescado de código de sal para empezar, que era muy agradable. He seguido en medio de esto con un pollo piri piri piri piri. Había un debate entre los propietarios cuando uno notamos la botella de salsa piri piri piri piri utilizan en el pollo estaba terminado. Lo hizo para abrir otra botella pero el otro propietario insistió en usó la botella que ya estaba abierta, que era Chili aceite. Cuando el pollo llegó fue hecha a y la pechuga era excepcionalmente seco. Sorpresa sorpresa no me gusto mucho como pollo piri piri piri piri, debido a que utilizamos el Chili aceite en el pollo piri piri piri piri y no la salsa. Tenía una natilla higo para terminar, que también era bastante agradable.

This small friendly cafe serves interesting Portuguese specialities to eat in or take away. Recommended.

No doubt it's a really nice and quiet place to go and relax, the food is great, I tried the pork stew and the pastries! Definitely one of the best portuguese cafés around!

This is just a little cafe but its friendly, good for lunch or coffee and they do excellent little Portuguese cakes.
