Charged more for an item than was advertised and when I challenged this was told that prices have risen and they have not got around to updating the software on the digital displays. Didn’t seem to be a problem ringing it through the till though was it? Perhaps you should change your displays first before implementing a price rise rather than antagonising your customers. Very unprofessional.

A lovely pre Christmas afternoon tea with friends. It was a little cold because we were the only people there, but soon warmed up with a warm welcome, flowing tea and coffee and lovely cake and sandwiches.

Absolutely disgusting get ur order wrong and when u say u want ur meal replaced because it’s missing items and u don’t want to wait 30mins for main part of ur dinner to show up they start to get angry … so they request the whole meal be returned… not unreasonable but hey this is a Chinese place I bet one of you got my old Chow Mein after I sent mine back … the chicken balls I was sent back was undercooked and soggy batter inside .. and the chow Mein the chicken was hard in it.. don’t know how but it was revolting 🤮 and they missed out my curry sauce this time around! 😂🤣didn’t bother phoning again binned the lot and cooked food . I will never eat from here again it’s been declining for months now this is the last straw TOP QUALITY CHINESE IS WOK N ROLL.. only issue it’s busy and takes a while also quite pricey

Beautiful festive decorations and the food was beautiful really great value and we had a lovely time. Little surprise bits made it special and catering for my sons allergies so he wasn’t left out was above and beyond :) my only gripe was they mixed up our starter and wouldn’t correct this on an order their staff member wrote down. However, we will definitely go back again and just be more careful to double check the order before it’s confirmed. Over all very happy thank you and merry Christmas
