Terrible never delivered had to call 9 times to get a response worst place ever do not order. On top of the phone person being rude

This is one of my favourite Caspian branches. Their pizza is amazing and I love their fries. The only issue is that they're inconsistent with their charges. Some charge for half/half toppings and others don't.

Pizza was undercooked and just tastes not very nice, quite dissapointing for caspians.

Food on the day everyday is lovely. The customer service is great. Parking available on side roads..

Pizza undercooked, donner meat was cold and offer they had advertised is store was told it was only available for delivery, food tasted cheap and greasy feel sorry for whoever local this is

Plastic pieces found in the pizza and the taste was awful. Ordered a vegetarian and a margarita and can say we will never be ordering from here again. Did nt even make the 2nd slice and straight in the waste bin. Wish had read other reviews beforehand.

Ordered a margarita and also a vegetarian. The margarita had some plastic bits in the pizza and the veg tasted so off. Went in bin after 2nd slice. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Will be avoiding for sure.

This joint never picks the phone up, when you go to the store the staff are usually rude and the service actually is mediocre.

Food has given me stomach aches and was disgusting. Zero hygiene and very rude service. I genuinely do like Caspian pizza so thought I'd try this walsall branch....what a bad idea. This place should be shut down for hygiene. It's 3am and this is the 3rd time I have had to empty my system. Please ablid this branch, I should have read the other reviews before going to this one. Never again!

Mix meat and chips was average purely because the chicken donner was nice, the lamb donner wasn't cooked properly and was horrible not 100% lamb donner definitely a cheap mixed with chicken one. Chips werent very good either. The cheeseburgers were average, the california chicken pasta was nice. If was to order again would stick to chicken donner and chicken pasta. Wouldn't touch the supposedly lamb donner again.

I would rather spend couple of more pounds in another place than eating in this RUBISH place , 0 hygiene , food is horrible, please guys for your safety do not eat here

A big no!!! The hygiene in this place is not good at all , man is touching in everywhere without washing his hands and then making the pizza with its dirty hands Ordered a pizza and then I couldn’t sleep without vomiting everything! Not the best, but better than overpriced pearls and dirty khans pizza. Price is reasonable. But not enough topping. Poor food hygiene standards, scratching face touching food, moving in between the prep room and service area without due care to cross contamination, stained clothes no aprons or coats. Delivery bags not sanitised after each use, just return back on top of the pizza oven. Grumpiest service around, no smile no thank you.

Placed an order for garlic bread pizza. On arrival the delivery driver gave us a damaged pizza all mashed up an on top of each other, wasn't eatable after my daughter spoke to the very rude call handler who blamed everything on me saying I was lieing and told us on us making a complaint that the driver was getting angry. Apparently the call handler did not know the managers name, only on us saying we'll call back at 6pm when the manager is their did they phone back an say about sending a replacement, but even then the delivery driver is too busy with giving us sarcasm. Would anyone want to order from this place again after receiving such customer service. I don't blame the manager but he needs to look at the attitude of his workers giving his business a bad reputation

Will not be ordering ever again!! I ordered a pizza and i opened the box, the pizza was damaged and all mushed up, it had looked as if someones jolted the box or flipped it over whilst delivering. I called to simply ask to send a new one and take the old one, the guy i spoke to was so rude and said that when the pizza was given to the driver, it was fine and that when he cut up the pizza it was straight And accused me of tipping the box over and claimed i was lying. I then asked a get a refund he refused. When i asked to speak to a manager he kept saying i dont know, i dont know. Through out the call the man was so rude, and was not helpful what so ever and kept referring to say that i damaged the pizza and that they didnt. Finally they called me back after i said id be speaking to the manager and said they'd send a new one. The driver who then dropped it off kept giving digs unnecessarily and said to "keep it straight this time" i opened the box in front of him to make sure this time the pizza was actually the way it should have been. Absolutely disgusting service, will not be ordering again!!! The customer service is really low, is this how they deal with unhappy customers?! Accusing customers of lying over a pizza?!.

Not the best. Price is reasonable. Add too much cheese and not enough topping.

Avoid horrible tasting food!!!!! Most of the food came ruined.

Ordered a mexicano deep pan Not happy with the food pizza was tasteless wings were tooooo salty only thing that was good was they delivered wit in 40 minutes sorry I even ordered from thier. Waste of money

If only I could rate their customer service 0. They have no sense in how to speak with a customer. Their attitude was that dull I left their shop with a complementary portion of depression.

Caspian Pizza has a unique pizza flavour which differs to your regular high-street Pizzeria. From the texture to the flavour; it's all there, I'm hooked and so are my friends, it got to the point where we had ordered several times within 1 week, to our surprise we got a free garlic bread pizza with one of the orders which lasted us well into the day after. 5 stars, delivery is either on-time or early, I've ordered well over 7 times in the past couple months.

Great pizza although never hot when delivered but today was abit of a shock when the delivery driver calls my son and asks him to come and collect his pizza from his car.!!! Caspian Pizza any reason for this as we have never come across this?

Love the pizzas but ordered coleslaw...at £2.59 a portion, I expect more than a bit of iceberg and mayonnaise!! Disappointed

I only go for vegetarian hot one and fries. The pizza is best in palfrey area. I feel they have improved.. it's not over cooked anymore. Friendly customer service. Keep up the great work.

Had a takeaway and the food was disgusting, the frys are cheap hard and difficult to eat, the meat was like water and undercooked, avoid at all costs.

Can't go wrong with the Caspian pizza.

Loved the food, Is located in the same street I live in, and in my opinion it’s the best Caspian Pizza in the UK.

This place is nasty!!! As soon as I opened the box it was smelling really bad. When I putted the pizza in my mouth I wanted to vomit. The cheese tasted like it was expired, the pineapple juice left an even more nasty taste an the turkey didn’t even look real. It seems like fake meat and taste like fake meat. Don’t be like me, don’t waste your money in such a horrible place. The cheap price may look attractive but spending just one penny in that is not worthy at all.

I ordered food from caspian pizza @12:30 on the 23rd July 2023. I ain’t happy about the food at all it was burnt ,cold. rock hard. It made me and my partner throw up. And we are still throwing up. My partner rang up caspian pizza up and told them they kept asking me if I wanted to order again. I said no the food has made me throw up I won’t order from you guys ever again! I rang up the shop and said the food made me be sick and still making me throw up. They kept being rude to me the person who was on the phone I asked to speak to the manger and he goes manger is not here and I said can I please speak to your manger he said he’s an manger and I said no you ain’t the manger can I speak to your manger please and then he said shop closed manger isn’t here call back tomorrow and ended the phone I ain’t happy with how I’ve been treated. I would definitely not recommend

Ordered chips and a pizza, the chips were like cardboard, they tasted like they were 2 days old and reheated. Absolutely vile. The pizza lacked flavour and minimal topping were added I only wish I would have taken pictures for everybody to see. The West Bromwich branch is not like this, it’s is 10x better. I will never visit or order from this Walsall branch again 🤮

Accepted the order and then cancelled it as apparently out of the delivery area. Why aceept it in the first place then

Joke of a place. Ordered a delivery which was accepted to then receive a phone call to say it was too far. Company took payment for food I never received. Phoned a couple of days later to be told to ring some other time. Now trying to get my money back through my bank.

My family's go-to for pizza. Their delivery deals for pizza are worth the money. We usually get 2xl pizzas for 21.99, Dometimes they have offers, which is great. I use justeat to order. Delivery is always on time. They sort any problems out without question. The food is always piping hot and fresh, and I haven't had any problems till date apart from a mixed up order, which was resolved straight away. I've been ordering from here for years. Definitely recommend!

Ordered chicken pizza from here a while ago, had feathers and bones in the pizza. Called to complain but manager was very egoistic to take responsibility. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today. Very disappointed as it had hair on my pizza. Very unhygienic and careless.

I’m not happy about my order u woke my family up and I got two pepperoni pizzas and I asked for one pepperoni pizza and a bbq based meat feast

Ordered pizza on the caspians app and accidentally ordered it for collection instead of delivery and paid by card The price was the same as i usually pay for extra large pizza for delivery 10.99+35p=£11.34. I phoned the shop to say i made mistake and if he can change it for delivery and he refused unless i paid extra £3 cash so i asked for full refund and he also refused.(please note i phoned straight after placing an order) I had no choice but to agree for 3 extra charge ,which would come to 14.34 total for extra large pizza with delivery but when the pizza was delivered I refused to pay the extra 3 because i already paid full price online but just clicked collection by accident and they refused to change it or cancell it even tho the price dont differ and didn't see why i should be robbed of extra 3 pounds if i could get pizza fries and coke for that price with delivery. I would like to highlight that i made the same mistake before and spoke to different person before and he changed it to delivery without any problems and the boss seems to be a scammer

If i could give it half a star i would, the pizza is nasty, back in the day the name caspian pizza would stand for something now it stands for nasty food, pizzas over cooked with less toppings, seekh kebabs are frozen, chicken wings rubbery, they got an illegal working behind counter who does not have a clue how to make a pizza.. honestly avoid unless if you like eating just bread n rubber then carry on..

The pizza was tasty but not hot on delivery. They charged £0.10 for plastic bag despite not getting any bag with my order and there isn't any way to change it. Simply a rip off.

Staying at local hotel for the night. Ordered pizza and pasta from here. I phoned the shop late night. Gentleman took my order and paid over phone with card. He was professional and repeated my order. Food arrived in 35 minutes. It was tasty fresh and hot. I very mch enjoyed it. Will recommend anyone to order from here.

Worst place I've genuinely ever ordered from, nothing like the Caspian in town, the sauce even tastes wack. Second time I ordered in two days. Should have learnt my lesson my the first time. The chicken box does not come with all chicken promised, wedges, onion and our pizza was charred rings were literally charred. I've literally asked UBER for the first. Please stay away. Only people that eat here clearly have not taste buds.

The food arrived cold but most importantly the pizza was absolutely sub par. Ingredients were bland and the cheese was so sparse that I actually had to add my own sauce and cheese to it. There was literally no sauce on any of the four pizzas and the food is overpriced. Will never order again.

TOTAL LET DOWN DO NOT BOTHER. So we ordered burgers and pizza. The burgers arrived with no sauces or salad and the pizza was totally wrong and burnt. When I queried this with the staff i was told to come pick another pizza up due to their being no delivery driver and I was told it couldnt wait till next day. So almost 1.5 hours after our initial order and almost askeep we got delivered a pizza, it was way too late to eat and it was smaller size to one we paid for. The staff are really unhelpful saying i would have to keep trying for the owner. I feel short changed as our order was for a large pizza but we got a small as a replacement. What cheats!!! Oh be careful they dont forget the cheese on your pizza.

Absolutely worse kebab ever had ,thru it out the cab even the rats 🐀 and birds turned noses up,complaining makes no difference, avoid like covid, rather have covid eat here again .avoid like the plague.

Ordered a extra large chicken pizza and received a side of hair. Wasn’t a big issue, I then proceeded to call the store and talk to the manager who was too up his own arse to accept responsibility. I only ordered here by mistake anyways. The pizza was terrible before I even noticed the hair on it solid 1/10, fries tastes 2 days old 1/10. However, I must say the Coke bottle was absolutely lovely.

Hole in pizza box sauce was very greesy and the chease and meat all fell of the pizza when picked it up chips were brown and soggy chicken burger lettuce was brown and just threw in the box and the only thing what was warm was the drinks and all was threw in the bin and had to order from some other place

For the 2nd time now I Ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals and both were only single cheeseburger meals, no idea how the order could get screwed up but it did so won't be using these again, get some pride caspians

Ordered a pizza and meal ext at 4.03 pm . Its noe 18.52 pm and still not food at the door. I called up to see what's happening at 18.15 and he said driver was on way there pizza place is 1 mile away and still hes not here . Sure 1 mile dont take nearly 40 mins . Terrible service overall. When trying to cancel order phone kept being put down on me . Horrid .

Ordered a pasta from there and whilst eating it I found a chewed up finger nail inside my box and it put me off takeaways for a while now, I didn’t feel like giving it a 1 star because the food is great tasting but what happened.. Amazing food, extremely quick delivery considering it was a Saturday and the food was piping hot. The pizza was one of the best I’ve had if a slightly smaller size than I’m used to with an average 15’’ pizza. Asked for mince topping which was very tasty. They weren’t stingy with their sauces either. Will 100% order again.

Hot Bombay Bad Boy pizza was yum but should have had Donner topping instead of Salami

Go here quite often, delicious pizza and even better burgers. Try the 'daddy burger' that's become my favourite
