Why my is order is so my delay more then 1 hour. Online services is very bad

Delivery is very very bad. They don't care about online orders.

Nice ambience. Karak Chaii was nice.

I like the new expanded section, as it allows for more space for people to eat in. Staff are friendly and the decor is nice.

Changed, long wait for my order and quality of food isn't the same as before.

I LOVE Chaiwalla. I used to live in Camden and it was something I'd order on my treat days, it's my fave and I tell people about it all the time. But after yesterday evening, I will not be using this particular branch again. I ordered a veg kebab roll and loaded fries (veg). I'm a strict vegetarian. I ate the veg kebab roll and it tasted okay — I'd never had it before and thought it was a very good fake meat alternative, like lots of chains are doing nowadays e.g McDonalds meat-free burger. Then I ate the loaded fries, but realised the veg kebab topping on the fries was different to what was in the wrap. Reread the descriptions. It should be the same thing. Turns out they gave me a meat wrap, not sure which one :( This wasn't the first mistake they made but the other one was fine, they just didn't give me a coffee I ordered, I saw other people getting theirs straight away, and I had to remind them a couple times. Whatever. But giving a meat option to a vegetarian because of negligence is horrible, and I ate it without realising. Have felt sick ever since, probably just from the fact I've been vegetarian for 10 years now and this happens. Check your order notes.

I placed an order through Uber eats and half of the order was missing. Called the Uber driver thinking maybe he’s given me someone else’s order but he came back and confirmed he only had one order from chaiwala. I then called chaiwala and spoke to their supervisor (Esha) who tried to blame the driver and said she packed my order herself.. very disappointed as it cost me so much and I didn’t even get the food. There was nothing she could but was happy for me to leave this review, her excuse was that they’re very busy. It’s a joke.

Today 28 Nov 2024 prior to my appointmenti I stopped at chaiwala. Orderd Big breakfast. Having full Loaded bf with paratha and chana etc . It was big disappointment .paratha was neither paratha nor poori. Unhealthy frozen white crispy so called paratha was made with Meda unlike real paratha which is made with wholemeal grain . Chana had strange taste aswell as cold . I honestly think they need to be honest with consumers. Their tea is ok. God bless the customers.

It was amazing experience I had a karakchaii omg perfect Indian test I love it and the staff was really helpful and friendly and ankur was really good and helpful anyway love it 😻

Quality of karak chaii is bad. Last two times I got and it was cold.

Love the atmosphere there. Nice to have a quick lunch whilst at work. My favourite is their chicken kebab naan wrap or chicken kebab in roti. Their mint yogurt sauce is so delicious I wonder what they put in there!! I love the nostalgic Bollywood music and they also give 10% discount for NHS workers!

Ordered gajar halwa and was absolutely shocking. Tasted nothing like it. Fix up Chaiwala, it’s an embarrassment to call whatever that was “gajar halwa”

Samosa Chat and the Chicken Tikka wraps are amazing here. Also have great tea, especially with cinammon and nuts added. Thanks guys as usual for the consistent, great comfort good.

I think there is lots of room for improvement in sitting, menu specially tea. Location is good.

Too much waiting time! They take more orders than they are able to make so the place gets full of drivers waiting for their orders.

Tried to place an order over the phone as I was really short on time. Lady refused to accept the order unless it was a take away. I explained I'm running late but she wasn't interested, promised me it will be really fast as they weren't busy. I got there 5 mins later and it still took 15 minutes to prepare the first part of my order. The rest came a few minutes later. Wasn't quick at all :-( Not sure why she couldn't just take the order as other chaiwala branches do!

Food was great and the service was lovely . The workers are easy to talk to and contribute to the comfortable atmosphere. This is the best branch I've been too:).

We all rocked up to chaiiwala today about 30 of us including all our children. One of the workers a lady. She had the best customer service. She gave all the children colourings and colouring paper and literally looked after all of our kids. It was soo kind of her. We all got to have a cup of tea in peace and actually chill and enjoy. Food and service was 100%.

The staff is very polite and at your service, in particular Ankur was amazing on my recent visit, he was prompt with taking our order and then bringing out the order very quickly. I had a great experience at Chaiiwala in Walthamstow! The service from Ankur was exceptional—he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The kunafa ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of sweetness, and the chai was perfect, warm, and comforting. I’ll definitely be coming back! Ankar is a good host and creates a positive atmosphere with some great tasting chai and their new pistachio Kanefe ice cream is really nice.

The food that served to us was very delicious, service offered by Ankur was very welcoming.

The food was delicious, The employees were very kind. Compared to other Chaiiwala cafes, I found this one the best as the other ones rush the food in the worst quality. However I had my food quickly and in good quality, the employee named Isil recommended I have a karak chai and it was delicious and I enjoyed it. If you never had chaiiwala, I suggest you go straight away or else you are missing out.

Chaiiwala is the perfect spot for a flavourful tea break! The atmosphere is warm, and the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Rihanna the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Her hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend their chai and snacks!

A lovely place to enjoy proper tea and tasty food. The staff (mister Ankan and all the staff in general) is really nice with a good energy. I am their regular customer with a reason. Worth to try.

Great quality of food every time

Had an excellent experience at Chaiiwala Walthamstow with family, personally I adored butter chicken Bombay bowl with rice recommended by Isil. It was very flavourful and the environment was clean, calm and relaxing. Definitely will come again!!

Popped in today to try the viral pistachio fix ice-cream and it was absolutely divine. But, whilst ordering I saw a couple new items on the menu like the bombay bowls,wraps and toasties. The worker Isil recommended the butter chicken and slap toasties which lived up to standard.

Been going here 3-4 times a week for the last few years. I always go specifically for the karak chaii. Occasionally I also go for other items on the menu. Everything usually meets the expectations and is the branch imo to have the most consistency. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, especially Ankur.
