Worth it!! Although it took couple of minutes more than expected I was not disappointed when they handed me my order. The service is always friendly and polite. This pistachio milk cake exceeded my expectations as I did not like as much the Biscoff milk cake when I tried it. This pistachio cake was just taken out of the fridge so it was almost frozen, thankfully I couldn’t eat instantly anyways. I tried when it was defrosted and I can say this was one of best pistachio milk cakes I’ve tried so far especially because of the milk.

Undoubtedly the chai tastes great at most of chaiwala’s franchise that I have been to. Food was alright too, no complaints. The only problem is the price for everything is way too expensive for the place and atmosphere. We as a couple paid almost £18 for two chai, 1 Karachi bun kebab and the mini donuts. The issue with the pricing is not just about this franchise, it’s an overall brand thing. Due to roadworks, you may not find parking close by unless travelling in quite times.

I ordered a Limbu Pani Lemonade in the Stoke-on-Trent branch, which turned out to be the most disappointing drink I have ever had. What was served was cold water with just the slightest hint if lemon with ice. Not good at all, esp with the exorbitant price tag!.

Had a desi breakfast and also the halwa puri both were really nice. Decided to order some hash browns they were also nice and crispy. The karak chai is always 10/10

Ordered Food off Just eat tonight to save myself cooking after a 13hr shift. Only to be dissatisfied. They delayed the order multiple times. I waited an hour. I called the restaurant within 40 mins to see where my order was to be told THE FOOD WAS READY. But they didn't have a driver, The lady on the phone was most rude. How is that my problem. You have your app open for orders you should be ready and expecting orders. I waited longer and the app changed my expected time again. So i called restaurant twice and they hung up on me. Cowards.I got fed up and cancelled it. You get no money from me today and probably never again. Rubbish. I shall eat biscuits for dinner tonight before up for work early tomorrow. Thank you chaiwalla for NOTHING AT ALL.

I come to this place nearly every week with my sister and it never disappoints. The food is cheap and the portions are good and always tasty. The staff are friendly and Amandeep is always happy to help us, she even told us about their app so we can save some money and get reward points from our many orders. I recommend this place for sure :)

Ordered chai tea. had problems paying with my card even though I had plenty of money in my account. She could see i was struggling so I gave up. It was freezing outside so I thought she would've let me have tea but no ! Tight......

Nice shop nice food. Overpriced for somethings. Gulub cheesecake very nice if you like Gulub shop clean nice and bright decorated well. Coffee has sugar no option for no sugar.

Karak chai is awesome . Please try once . Staff is really helpful.

The atmosphere here is amazing. I can sit here long with my friends or for work. The music never makes me feel bored, and never realise how long I am sitting for. My favourite go to place in the whole town.

The food desciption absolutely doesn't match with what we've got. The rice was so spicy that you couldn't est it. My bf loves spicy food but even he said that's too much. When I checked again what's including there isnt a WORD of spicy food.

Ordered a breakfast for delivery this morning, missing the omelette. I called the shop, and was believed to be speaking to a manager. She informed me that she packed it herself and it was definitely in there. I explained that it clearly wasn’t and I couldn’t miss this as the box was too small, she then said it’s in the other box! I explained there wasn’t another box again she asked if I was sure. I asked her to speak with her chef about this and maybe the order had been mixed up which can happen. She came back and said her chef packed it and defo cooked an omelette. I told her that her chef was a liar, she said she would look into this via cameras. I informed her that I wouldn’t use this service again, the food was presented lovely, however bacon was burnt, toast was dry and obviously missing the egg! When I explained that I was disappointed her attitude was shocking. When you spend £15.00 for a breakfast you expect it to be half decent, the food and customer service fell short of this! Extremely disappointed.

The worst Indian street food I’ve ever had. The butter chicken wrap was tiny and dry, it was not buttery or creamy at all. The samosa chaat was especially bad - there was no pomegranate, no yogurt, no onion and no coriander. And they charged £7.10 for it, a slap in the face. All portions were tiny with a hefty price tag. Also misleading marketing - they offer drinks for £0 when actually it turns out you have to pay upwards of £5 per drink.

Worst Indian street food ever. Samosa chaat at a costly £7.10, wasn’t even correctly prepared - no pomegranate, no yogurt, no coriander, no onion, and came with just one samosa. The butter chicken wrap was dry and not buttery or creamy at all. The aloo parathas were dry and did not come with any sauces. For £20 I got tiny measly portions which is an absolute rip-off. They also used misleading marketing promotions which is illegal. They promoted their drinks range at £0 per item when in fact you have to include an add-on, which then charges you over £5 for a drink!

It's a lovely little place to have breakfast, nice decor, decent menu and lovely staff. I wish there was a just a bit more variety on the menu and if only they would bring back the lemon chilli chips which I used to love!! Will defoo be going again.

Every time i visit Chaiiwala Stoke i am greeted with joyful smiles from excellent staff. Depeeka, in particular, goes above and beyond for the needs of their customers. Today, i hv been there for lunch, i was in a hurry to go back to work, i told her, and she kindly agreed to inform the chef. I got my food served in less than 10 mins. I highly recommend this place 😊

The whole team are always incredibly friendly. They provide amazing service and never fail to put a smile on my face. The food and drinks are truly amazing, second only to the aforementioned service. I've introduced many people to Chaiiwala Stoke and will continue to do so for years to come. You owe it to yourself to visit.

Hiii surbina there, I came last month on 13th was special for me becz of my mum's bdy,I want to buy food from chaiiwala becz she loved food,the lady was there,Poorly trained,don't know how to treat customers, I said want to sit on the table please wipe the table she said yeah for everthing i asked for allergen board but she even don't know,disrespect never did anything for me.I came last week morng and same lady was there, very bad experience one of my friend also told me like customers don't want these type of services.. Lack of resolution. ... Lack of human contact. No good English, she don't know how to suggest something else bored, I asked for lettuce and cucumber she even don'tknw about tiny thing. Last week also came same lady was there I don't want to come next time also when I told her to repat my order she said check the screen that time I read her name .Love chaiiwala and food but services was unpleasant by Deepkaa. Please sort this out for me.

Very tasty food, pricey but tasty.

No WiFi, which is very poor for a cafe in 2024. Very small and cramped cafe. Over priced food and drinks. Not worth the prices charged. Staff are okay but slightly lazy. Food is okay but very average, especially for the price. Tables need to be cleaned more frequently, it's only a small place so should be done much quicker and should be cleaner.

The Chai didn't taste fresh, it felt like it had been leftover from the morning and was still being served at almost 2pm. It tasted stale.

Arrived cold and they sent a small pink chaii when I ordered a large. They wouldn't send a large or refund the difference I paid. They also put the phone down. This used to be my favourite place but the service and food is awful now.

This is our most favourite haunt. We come here almost once a week, and the staff know us very well. The food is amazing. It’s not often that you get street food that’s flavoured because of ketchup and mayo. This tastes a little like home and feels like that too! All the staff are amazing, and as I know Amandeep and Bhinder by name, I want to give them a shout out. Five stars, for the food, service and the assuredly amazing quiet time there.

Was meant to be delivered 12:10 arrived 12:50 food was cold and not the best taste wise. Not very impressed

Visited the Stoke location yesterday and bought a cold drink to have in. The ladies serving refused to give me a cup & wanted to charge me 40p. Ridiculous to sell drinks but refuse to offer something to drink it in. The cola itself was nice & coffee is really nice. Went back today and the gentleman serving was very forthcoming. The small cup is medium and their large cup is medium and the large cup is called extra large. Pointless and confusing.

Ordered 2 falooda’s I have never tasted something like this before had no taste was soo watery. When I rang the takeaway to complain the guy working wasn’t helpful got no refund or replacement. I would give -0 if there was an option.Never ordering from here again

Very bad experience, i ordered 3 item and received only 2 item, when informed to shop one of the lady said like they can't deliver item do to busy time and there is no refund also. its a waste experience.
