Was delivered by a lovely lady this evening who was very polite, saying that she had followed the order notes. The chicken wings were perfect, the chips lovely like always. This place is back to being my favourite go-to for when I fancy wings and chips!

The workers there none understand English if you tell them one thing they just shake thier head and do what they want... money minded staffs and too greedy they charge you more than the actual price for bad portion of quantity. stay away from these sort of 0 percent customer service shop .... arrogant staff . They accept cash only and do not put a sign out saying no card payments . Prices are ridiculous for the blatant taste of meat . Kindly shut down and do another business ...

10/10 lamb doner and they are very generous with sauces and portion size. However, sometimes cash only, sometimes they have a card machine. Free cash machine isn't too close by aswell so can be quite inconvenient.

5 duners are collected in 2 boxes. Chicken döner and lamb are collected in 1 one box. We have a person who is allergic to Lamb. How can food be delivered served as for pigs! It doesn't have any kind.. The hummus is missing. All the envelopes are greasy! More than half the box is full of rice, almost no meat! This is unacceptable !

Food showed up as delivered on the app as delivered but was no where to be seen so called the take away and they said sorry it’s a mistake and will be with you in 5 minutes which was fine , 20 mins later I called again and they said they did not know where the driver was but will make sure it’s there , another 25 mins passed before the food was delivered some 50 minutes later , the chicken burger was cold , and the lettuce was clearly brown and out of date , the chips extremely cold kebab bad

Chip’s excellent!! Chicken Doner was nice and cooked well !! Chilli sauce was fire ! Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the Lamb .. It was very thick and even chewy at some points , but on a whole a very nice takeaway!

food arrived late, although the expected delivery time given was up to 50 minutes, it then arrived about 30 minutes after that. The chicken shish tasted nice but be better if it was not put in the pitta before delivery as the pitta fell apart.

Driver said manager said because I ordered a kids meal it don’t come with salad, I ordered a lamb shish with 2 dips an 2 drinks for £22.. the portion was kid size but I definitely didn’t order a kids meal. I use to go to this shop all the time when I had my car but I won’t be returning. Lost yourselves a good customer.

Probably the most tastiest kebab house on offer in the Dagenham/Chadwell Heath area. Good quality kebab with no oil or grease aftertaste. Good for gym goers.

It was our first order. Definitely wont be our last. Really nice food. Ordered the chicken shish. For anyone who hasn't tried it give it a go. Beautiful flavour. Mixed salad comes in a separate carton. I prefer this. as the pitta bread dont go all soggy. As Arnie said "I'll Be Back"

kebab tasted good. the chips was a little cold for some reason. the hummus was good but shop forgot the pitta bread for it. I will give them there due they delivered the pitta bread in about 20 mins. this shop used to be spot on and we used them regular but recently they have been poor. this is the 2nd order in a row that they have gotten wrong so once again we will not use them for a while and try again in a few months and hope they have sorted it out by then

They have delivered to me a few times.. the food is really good and always still hot when it arrives....quick service and always read the side notes and get the orders right

The meat is juicy and delicious, the portion size is perfect for 5 people as it doesn't only have doner and kabab but it also comes with salad, fries, pitta and drink and everything in this meal is always fresh. I order this meal every other month to give myself and my family a treat. Highly recommended

I normally use charcoal grill regularly but after tonight's offerings I will not be bothering again for a long time. The food was stone cold and took far 2 long to arrive. I am assuming the rice was from the very bottom of the bowl as it had massive rubbery clumps in it. We called the shop to complain and they recorded the food again and delivered it quicker this time. When the order arrived they failed to bring fresh salad or sauces. They had assumed we still had them but they was put on the cold food when served so ended up in the bin with the origional order. Charcoal grill I don't know what's gone wrong but you need to work on it because you have now lost a loyal customer

Food was pipping hot. Plenty of meat, ribs, wings snd salad. I didn't like the chips but my sons did. Will definitely order from here again.
