45 mins late. Garlic bread was burnt. Kebab was inedible. Chicken wings were ok. Complete waste of money

Disgusting behaviour from staff. Ordered grilled and they gave fried. When my husband called up to explain they said he didn’t know anything about it. When he explained that he was there and he heard me say grilled they said he was wrong. When I spoke to them myself they called me a liar. And the fried burger and bun were not nice anyway over cooked to say the least and the chips were like cardboard.

Chicken was nice but the naan bread was really stale. Donner meat was really fresh. Chicken burgers are not that great it’s not a proper fillet burger What did pee me off was the man on the phone said it was £15 when the delivery guy came he said £16 I know it’s only a £1 but it’s the principle of it!

Terrible service and rude staff, food arrived well over an hour late with no apologies or concession made. Food was naff.

Bought food today here first time. Must say would be my first and last time buying from here. Asked for a chicken tikka naan and they gave not a nan but a tortilla wrap that didn't even look fresh more like packet one. And the onions in salad they used white onions and cut them very long and loads of onions like the onions you use to cook a curry not onions you put in a burger and salad! And lastly the fries were not even cooked properly. Still hard and looked like not fried long enough. Asked for red salt on fries and they put garlic sauce on!!! Very dissapointed. Wouldn't recommend waste of money and food as gone in bin!!! (Don't want to get stomake.ake) Was uneatable. :(

No kofte on my special kebab, otherwise very good

Home delivery service is so slow. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes. The food was cold and totally rubbish. We threw it in bin. Terrible service. Never again. If you carry on serving food like you have done with me, I have very strong feeling you will be out of business within 12 months and you will be walking back to Coventry where you come from.

Food took 2 hrs to comevand had things missing from order and was luke warm rubbish

The kebabs gave me food poisoning but I think it was a one off.

Very burnt . £2 50 for a small samosa 1 spoon of salad with no sauce.... Disgracefull
