food was all very tasty. we had crispy chicken, smashed slaw burger, sweet potato fries, wedges, avocado salad and green smoothy(very refreshing) I had ordered some crispy chicken bao buns but they called saying unfortunately they had ran out so replaced with a large wrap which was also very tasty. Just needed to be a bit hotter that's all. thank you 😊

Will not be ordering again. After being a long time customer we are finally fed up with the incompetent staff. Have multiple times had to report raw chips or missing items. Its gone completely down hill. Most recent issue, forgot an item today and refused to re-deliver as they were closing soon (we placed order at 8.30pm and food wasnt delivered until almost 10pm and they called us midway to tell us there would be a delay, likely because previous order we cancelled as took almost 2 hrs to deliver) . It was only a coleslaw so no cooking needed, told the driver would return our money and he hasn't returned, so now they have also stolen our money. Update: money returned next day after calling to chase

Multiple missed items numerous times . Raw chips multiple times. Refused to bring missing item or money back , because of closing time , which I was told was 10pm but online says 10.30pm.

Original delivery time changed on the app, that delivery time was missed, still no sign of delivery. Called the shop to check what was happening, told that the order hadn't been sent out yet, asked to cancel the order to then be told it had been sent out... still not arrived, likely give up, have some cereal and go to bed...

Amazing chicken, love the Naga wraps

You can tell some of people who complain are just tight or freeloaders, perhaps don't waste your universal credit on another takeaway and cook if it's too expensive? By far the best chicken shop in Broadstone

Should be called Charlie stole my chicken Wow second time trying this place and first time disappointed me thought I’d give another chance but he’s failed again, chips were so small wouldn’t feed a kid! Wrap had more lettuce than anything else and chicken so dry you can’t even chew it! As for the crispy chicken well it was more batter than anything don’t self a favour people and go to Romeo’s it knocks spots off this place, £20 for this lot I think is a joke and £3 for delivery when I only live about a mile away honestly have a word

Cold food not good at all I’d have rather waited longer for some decent hot food instead all I got was a wrap with lettuce and hardly any chicken if that’s suppose to be a large id hate to see what a regular is as that was pathetic what I got you should be ashamed serving that! What a scammer this establishment is Charlie’s chicken it should be called Charlie’s lettuce and mayo 😂 as for the chips wow there must of been about 10-15 chips in the bag absolute con artist.

My husband had to call a few times and chase the order. When it finally arrived, the chips were cold.

Complete waste of money. Delivery was 10 minutes late and 2 out of three items were burnt. Garlic bread was inedible and the chicken satay very tough and burnt. The chicken in the pitta was tasteless, even though supposedly marinated.

Chips and Halloumi Fries were basically burnt. Way too much sauce in the wraps, kept them ridiculously hot and made them very difficult to eat. The Chicken in the wraps was tough. Sorry to say this was our first and last order.

Delivery is always so long and then the food is barely warm. Sad as they used to be so good

The food quality is always good here and so is the delivery time. However, the chicken in the wraps/burgers always arrives nearly cold and yet my wedges were piping hot last night. Thankfully they weren't burnt, unlike my last order. Overall I really like this place as the food is fresh and tasty with some great healthy options. I definitely recommend it.

The wedges were tasty and reasonably warm but the chicken "burger" was a little cold. However, I did notice less sauce was added, which I had previously requested, and I was grateful for that. The food is always lovely so I will continue to order and would recommend it to my friends.

Great food delivered in good time, although it is fairly cold by the time it gets here. I just wish you could opt out of sauce on the wraps as whoever puts it on is very heavy handed and it makes a mess! It would be better if the sauce came separately or we could just add our own. I would still recommend though and will be ordering again.

Lovely food! Not too expensive, still hot and overall great taste!

The value and taste is amazing! Great flavour choices. Portions very good and their meal deals are fantastic. Food always hot and so far nothing missing which is refreshing from other places! Such a treasure to have you locally!

Tasty, good quality food. My only complaint is that it's cold by the time it gets to me and I don't live that far from the restaurant. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Delivery could have been better as the food arrived cold. My chicken burger (not a burger but breast pieces) was bland. I selected "no mayonnaise" but wanted sweet chilli sauce, however, it arrived totally dry and with an overpowering taste of garlic. Thankfully I had sauce at home. The chicken wrap was eaten two days later and, after reheating the chicken and putting it back in the wrap, I have to say it was delicious and I'll certainly be ordering more of those. Overall I would recommend Charlies Chicken as the food was good quality. Almost forgot, I ordered an avocado salad which was good but it only had about 4 tiny pieces of avocado in it. It was tiny too, and not worth the price I was charged.

Drinks were missed from meal and service was delivery was slow.

I Ordered my food at 19:15 and the food has only just arrived now at 21:30. I will not be able to eat the food as I suffer with acid reflux and was advised not to eat 2 hours before bed. I rung up the restaurant on several occasions asking where the order was and was told it’s on its way several occasions… still didn’t arrive when he stated. Would like my money back.

Really disappointed. Sweet potato fries were soggy & cold. Wraps were barely warm. The steak wrap had more lettuce than anything else. When I called to complain, as it says to do so on their website, I was asked ‘what do I want’, More fries? I said no. He went on to say they do not issue refunds unless I return the food! I said no problem it’s in the bin to which he said he can not take food from the bin! Poor food even worse customer service. Will not be ordering from here again

Food was cold and chicken had strange taste

Sadly food was cold when it arrived and while the meat was tasty the buns were soggy and sloppy - very disappointing. Not worth the £30 for 3 burgers and a tiny, weeny side of chips 😢

Food was barely warm & the quality of the food wasn’t as good as it once was, definitely isn’t worth the price being changed now.

Delivery due at 5:45! Then changed to 6:15! When it finally got here we’re missing a drink. Not the first time this has happened. Very frustrated and really poor.

Chicken was delicious as usual but the Garlic bread was slightly burnt and the portion sizes of the chips and coleslaw were very disappointing considering the price of them both!

Asked for no sweet chilli sauce in wrap as allergy and came with the wrapping saying ‘no sweet chilli’ but the wrap had sweet chilli in. Really unhappy. Also asked for Medium chicken wrap and was extra hot sauce both wraps couldn’t be eaten.

Portion size of chips were small and halloumi fries were a ridiculous size 5 in 1 portion for £5

The delivery was 10 minutes early, the app won’t let me pick 10 for whatever reason. The food was delicious, nicely cooked and seasoned. Will definitely be back as finding GF options is very difficult.

The attitude from the Owner was appallingly and extremely rude when asked about specific ingredients due to food Intolerances, Don’t know why I gave them the benefit of the doubt as the food was seriously over cooked, Never again!

The food was really unsatisfactory, the chips were so soggy, wings were very burnt and the lettuce in the wrap was brown and tasted gone off.

Food is always 10/10. Great portion size. Friendly services and healthy choices too! 100% recommend!

Kids meal the chicken was dry and Rock hard my daughter couldn’t eat her dinner. Chips were soggy!

We’ve been customers for years and always enjoy a Naga chicken wrap. This time round it was unbearably spicy. We love spice but this was something else. Could not taste any flavour, just scorching heat. Such a shame

Love the freshness of the food and great to beable to have healthy options, i tend to just have the wraps also with chips sometimes which have always been freshly cooked and crispy and cant fault it tbh, its become a regular, sometimes it can take longer to deliver due.to circumstance but when the food tastes as fresh and as tasty as it does i dont mind making an exception 😋

I ordered a halloumi wrap but the wrap turned up late with no halloumi and the chips were cold. Delivery driver got lost even though I put on the notes about finding the property.

Food was later than expected, would not recommend ordering ahead, but the restaurant were easy to contact and super helpful. We can’t complain because the food arrived hot, and probably the best CC we’ve had to date! Thank you!!

Absolutely delicious! The chips travelled well and were 10/10 and I had the Naga Wrap which was perfection. My boy had a kids meal and smashed it. The coleslaw was delicious too

Absolutely delicious.. we wanted something that wasn’t greasy & would make us feel rubbish afterwards, so opted for nice grilled chicken wraps.. honestly some of the best food I’ve had. The spicy rice was insane too! Highly recommend & will 100% order again.

Delivery was late , my friends standard Chicken was replaced with Naga Chicken and they don't like spicy foods, we were not made aware that what we ordered cannot be done. All in all a very bad experience 👎

I didn’t even receive the food? By 21.06 it said to enjoy my food. There’s nothing to enjoy. The last time I ordered here I didn’t receive some items in my order and this time it’s not even arrived. I’m not ordering from here or on Just Eat again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Didn’t receive our order. Ordered at 5 to 8, by 9:15 it still hadn’t arrived… left it until half 9. Rang to ask where it was. Was told it had left 15 mins ago… would be with us “soon” rang again at 9:45 to be told that they’re really sorry but our order had been delivered to the wrong address…. Offered more food to be delivered but would be a half hour wait …. Absolutely appalling. You give a phone number when you place an order … why weren’t we rang to make sure the driver was in the right place? Asked just eat for a refund which will now take 3-5 working days and we won’t be refunded the delivery fee either. Just think it’s absolutely disgusting. We will not be ordering again and yet we have used this place for years!!!

Amazing food and healthy too for when I want something comforting but not heavy on the calories. I was naughty the other night and had one of the new smashed burgers, it was amazing! Really tasty and seasoned well. I Would really recommend, miles better than most of the other chicken shops in our area

Nearly 2 hours for delivery, sweet fries undercooked, all food cold.

It was my first time using them and omg what a surprise. The food was amazing, the chicken was cooked to perfection, the chips were fluffy and crunchy, it was a true salivating mouthgasming experience! Thanks guys keep up the tremendous work, we will be back xx
