Food was cold not tasty at all and hard

Wrong order turned up, food was cold/luke warm at best an 45mins over the delivery time. Ending up having to eat the food that was delivered as it was now 9.15 from a 7.15 order. Good quality was good but just completely the wrong order

Gave them a call with regards a refund issue and they hung up! Called back and he hung up again! Never ordering again.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a cookie dough which i didn’t recieve, nobody answered the phone when i rang. Ordered a pizza which came covered in jalapenos- which i didnt want on my pizza.

Food here is actually really really good quality. Delivery was late as driver got confused but I don’t mind that as it’s an honest mistake. Ordered 2 sets of 2 hash brown and was sent 1 set of 2 hash browns again I understand how they make that mistake. Received a small kebab instead of a large. Also ordered cookie dough advertised with ice cream. No ice cream. However when ringing they said next time I order they’ll sort it out. Great food will be ordering again and great customer service

Paid for extra pineapple on my Hawaiian and received none at all. No refund allowed either. Very poor

ordered food for 6pm turned up at 6:30pm and was cold

chips were cold, 1x cookie dough not 2 and just chocolate chip not white chocolate or bueno and no ice cream. no salad on burger and pizza burger was burnt. luckily just eat have helped by refunding some of the order. would avoid like the plague.

I had beans & 4 pieces off chicken missing. The chips were fine but the chicken was way over cooked (burnt) to a crisp not eatable at all :( I will not be ordering from here ever again! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Nice pizza and the biryani wasn't bad either, only real criticism is that I'd have expected more chicken in biryani for the money.

Burger was incredibly hard & tasteless so hard in fact i had originally thought there were pickles on it, fries were okay but the cheese sauce and beef didn't taste very good, donner meat was the best part and even then it was fairly average. Within seconds of eating the burger my stomach was immediately in pain and I threw up shortly after. Safe to say I won't be going back after this.

Avoid this place absolutely shocking service. Phoned my order through plain cheese burger extra cheese ( arrived with no extra cheese and the burger was as tough as old boots. Ordered spicy wings meal extra red salt on the chips (sloppy slimy chicken with plain chips. Chicken kebab dry chicken and a nan full of red onion and 5 chips inside Rang the takeaway to be told tough basically £22 absolute waste Won’t be ever using this again disgusting service

Food arrived unexpectedly early but garlic bread was all squashed to one side of the box which I assume happened during handling the delivery. I do order from here often and don't usually get any problems, just hope it doesn't happen again.

the tikka kebab is the best I've had in years, it's was a lovely red and spicy. the rest of the food was lovely too. only downside was we got the wrong milk shakes, we ordered a large bounty and a regular ferrero rocher, we got what two I think was regular Oreo milkshakes. they were nice though. the food came about 15-20mins early which is always a plus for me

As a fellow relative of someone who owns a similar takeaway, I’m going to try my best not to say anything bad, the food was good, flavour was too, however freshness was not. Chicken was dry, which made the burger hard to chew yar, even late should be too notch innit, wing were food man, but just a little more effort in the texture. Mandem need some good food at 12.:30 innit

rang the shop at 10:30pm was told it had left with the driver 15 minutes ago which would of been 10:15pm and should be with me in 5 minutes so I rang again at 10:40 and was told there is only one driver on and to bare with rang again at 11:01pm was told they had mixed my order up its just left the shop and it should arrive in the next few minutes 11:16pm it arrives im disgusted in the service I've received amd will not be ordering again

Food is always great just this time I got sent 2 hash browns instead of the 4 ordered but with the way it’s displayed I can see why they made that mistake so it’s understandable so doesn’t lose any marks for me it is displayed “2 2 hash browns” as it’s 2 sets of 2 easy mistake to make

Food was late and completely cold

No tubs of sauce which were ordered separately. No chips with the 7” pizza meal. Lastly, garlic mushrooms were so over cooked they couldn’t be eaten.

They forgot half the order the food was terrible, the person on the phone was rude, when I asked him what was it supposed to be that he had sent us because it looked horrendous. This is the worst takeaway i have ever had to look at nevermind trying to eat,I never attempted that. If I could give it -10 that wouldn't be low enough, if you want something nice to eat DONT go here. SERIOUSLY MY DOG WOULDN'T EVEN EAT IT.

Ordered from here 20 plus times and every time is perfect. Tonight, when i ordered as usual, just eat decides to change my order from delivery to collection without my knowledge so the food is sat with the takeaway for an hour. They delivered it after adding a charge and the food was fine as always, just a little colder than normal but not the takeaways fault. Be aware about delivery and collection and i never use this as collection and it automatically changed to it for no reason.

Our go to place for pizzas. Their stuffed crust mixed grill pizzas are orphan the best in the Northern Hemisphere! Staff are friendly and it's just THE place to get good filling take away food in Helmshore

Use Chicagos quite often but tonight was not good, had to cook the fillet burger as it was still pink, my fries seemed cooked twice as was the chicken burger and the bun was stale, will try again hopefully was just a bad night

very disappointed with last order. order arrived late and cold. in addition, ordered a vegi burger and what arrived was a hash brown in a bap! on calling chicagos the said they would issue a refund which has still not arrived in my account and had no apology! no impressed and won't be using again!

The chicken burger and chips were good. The pizza was very sweet. I'm not sure if it was the cheese or tomato base. Didn't taste right. I ordered 3 dips and didn't receive any. I personally won't be going back.

Absolutely shocking service. Spent £50 on my order and one of my meals was not as described on the menu. Called the shop and there customer service was shocking. The guy had no idea what was even ment to be on the burger ordered. Was told the manager would call me back. Whilst sorting all this out my £20 kebab was going cold.

Ordered large kebab and only regular received. Menu offers free item if spend over certain amount, I spent £30 and requested chips but didn’t get them either… won’t be ordering from here again

Totally wrong order. Ordered 2 milkshakes different flavors, 1 being large and the other medium. Received two of the same both in medium cups. Cookie dough didn’t come with ice cream and really dry. Paid £20 to get nothing other than disappointment

I ordered food from this place 2 weeks ago and the food arrived more than 1 hour late and when it arrived the food which was a pizza was cold and tasted like pure tomato paste so l called them and explained the situation and they offered me a refund. But since then which has been more than two weeks I didn’t receive anything back and the funny part is that they were the one offering me refund at the first place instead of food replacement . Today I called them again and the guy was absolutely rude and disrespectful and while I was talking to him he shouted very aggressively at me like he had serious anger issues problem and telling me that “he got sick of me”. Please don’t put your money in the rubbish and order from somewhere else. Absolutely disappointing. I would have give them 0 for the service and food if I had the choice.
