Chicken Box & Pizza in Sandwell

i always order a chicken box special pizza and today a fillet burger, the pizza is number 1 in this town it is so delicious i love it definitely recommend!, today i ordered 2 large pizzas and it is very cheap and it is absolutely delicious and it looks very fresh. This shop is very underrated

Today i ordered a steak burger with fries only for £1, and i also bought a pizza and the service was very good and i felt welcomed and i enjoyed the food and the food is very good for its price would definitely recommend

had hopes for this shop despite all of the bad reviews after their chicken strips tasted well seasoned and the fries were good. that is, until i took a bite of the chicken popcorn and it was raw. bright pink meat. broke apart the rest of them and they were all the same. honestly disgusting, my stomach feels funny now

Rubbish When i called they laughed on there own mistakes. We ordered vegetarian pizza and they sent us chicken pizza . 🤬🤬

had the icecream with the home alone pizza meal both was almost empty and all ice inside disgusting they would have know somethink was wrong as packaging was sticky area where there kept must be filthy

The Pizza was burned. And the chicken was not well done. And whenever you phone the restaurant about timing with delivery or complaints about the food.. they decide to leave theirs customer service in bed. Forgot how to be polite !!

I have ordered from two three time and every time I have not received a good quality all. I order it at home, most of the food is cold.

This so called “restaurant” is a TERRIBLE place to order food. Don’t be fooled by the amazing low prices shown outside. They have doubled the prices of the items and just showed the low prices outside to lure customers in. Every item in the menu is small and has almost no taste at all. The worker was very rude and disrespectful. The food was cold and was probably heated up every hour or so. I am surprised they are still open.

AVOID!! This place is not good, first thing in we saw it was so DIRTY and FILTHY. Then, when we ordered our meal, it said we get a drink as part of the deal, but he said NO. He was rude, would say he was not nice. When we got our wings, the chicken was literally so small. They changed NOTHING when we asked for bigger. We ended up eating it and never going there again. These idiotic geese are not nice.

If I could rate no stars I would. They got 2 accounts on ubereats and apparently I ordered on the old account they've took my money and they were so rude about it talking to me like I was thick, no apology for anything they have lost a regular customer, get this place shut down. I wouldn't mind but my order was expensive, it wasn't my fault they shouldn't have 2 accounts on ubereats especially if 1 doesn't work!! But it works for the money to go out and get no food...

Delivered the wrong food and wouldn't send out the correct food basically wasn't bothered at all paid £16 for a tray of chips as they messed up my meal

. I decided to grab food after work and thought this place might be good since it was off a shopping centre. Wrong! I’ve never had anything worse in my life. The chicken was disgusting with the box being ripped and having half eaten fries. Everything went straight to the bin.

They say it’s my own fault they put Mayo on even though I put in the comments that I’m allergic to it and refused to do anything about it

Chicken box and pizza smethwick Restaurant didn’t add anchovies on pizza, i paid extra to add anchovies on one pizza. I ordered two.

Waited almost a hour for delivery, pizza must of got crushed on the way cause half toppings were stuck to lid, then a few things were missing from order, to calling them to request the rest of my order to be told they don't do delivery and then "oh call just eat and get a refund bye". No apology or anything, sad really cause the food is usually nice

Today I've bought a pizza from a old man he was a Pakistani. It was rubbish burned we couldn't eat it so we put it in the bin. This shop should be closed by the council because they're not selling the correct type of food. My friends also complained about this pizza box shop. Pizza dough was about one week old. I don't know why the council is allowing those sort of people to sell food and open shop. I really hope this shop closes down very soon.😡😡🤬😡😡

Their Standards have dropped hugely and prices risen. Disgusting worker was picking and eating the chips from the waiting area. The chicken is left for ages I'm the frier till its cold and stale same with the chips. The pizza I ordered was tasteless and I ended up throwing it away, don't waste your many, there's cheaper and better alternatives

Most disgusting food I have ever had, my fried chicken was dry, my steak burger was over cooked and the double burger was just awful the patty was soggy and flavorless, I had a couple bit of each and throw up everything.

Best food and the person on the counter is very friendly with best communication's skills.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! This shop was on my list as one of the best for pizza around two years ago. Now? Absolutely vile. Pizza is horrible, basic, tastes cheap. Sauces basic. But that isn't the reason for this terrible rating. I ordered a 9" pizza with sauces and fries and the pizza was not only undercooked and doughy (as shown in the pictures) there was straight up hair, dust and dirt in the pizza. And worst of all... There was a hard bit of meat or god knows what that thing was with hair on it. Absolutely disgusting and vile. Actually felt sick after this. I took a bite and almost broke my teeth on this thing in the last image. This place needs to be shutdown.

Its a wrost taste now after the selling of this shop. Because new staff is not know how to make pizza. And the behaviour of the staff is also rude.

Worst takeaway in smethwick, These guys cant even get an order right, Sent two cans instead of 2x 1.5l bottles, Overcooked some anaemic looking chicken wings and sent the wrong pizza, When i called he tried blaming the uber driver, He tried saying its because its ramadan but he lied in ramadan which is haram? Save your money go to other places in cape hill which are way better

I have ordered from this place a lot of times food is lovely but service was terrible today. I ordered the £12.99 value meal deal only to find they only sent the pizza and chicken no fries or drink I called up to let them know about the error but was told fries and drinks are not apart of the meal which is utterly rubbish as it’s clearly states on their website it is and on Just eat they refused to remedy the issue and then cut me off mid conversation so I won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame as I like their food utterly disappointed!!!

One of the best places in Birmingham for Chicken wings. Their chips have a crispy outer layer and soft inside, that red salt sprinkle makes it perfect. Kind staff, reasonable price, decent portions.

Don't order from here if you have food allergies. I asked for no cheese on my burger as I am allergic, they thought that putting cheese on then removing it was good enough instead of making a fresh burger. There was still cheese on my burger when it arrived, had to throw out in communal bins, that meal could have cost me a trip to the hospital.

Nice wings 4 for 1 pound. Burgers are ok as well. Also the chicken pieces are good. I prefer this over KFC especially as the price is nearly half

I've been to alot of different fast food shops but this is an amazing shop there food is amazing i would recoment the chicken tikka pizza but the reason why its not 5 stars is that when we order for delivery it takes up to 1 to 1:30 hours and when we order from the shops it takes 30-40 mins but overall i would highly recommend this to you

Chicken is spicy and delicious. I am a regular customer here... Seating facility available for dinning.. Well recommended for family day out and a rest place to eat after that long shopping day event...
