Love this place. Great Chinese halal food in Leicester. I much prefer this over Oodles! I get Manchurian Chicken with noodles & rice. My partner prefers the chicken curry with chips.

if you are a chinese fan and like a mixture this is the place to go. diffrent size box meals to choose from at good prices, also a normal menu to choose from all cooked fresh. eat in or take away, always busy when i visit. friendly staff i beleive its family run always same face at feount of counter and same cheff a good team all round. always clean and i have never had a bad meal. a must try for any chineese food lover in or visiting the city centre

Used to be good here given good portions when ordering large, used to come a few times a week. Now they give very little meat and when asked for a bit of sauce from another dish, they wanted to charge a extra pound. Last time I will be coming here.

Popped into this little place on Saturday for a bit of lunch whilst shopping it was about 1.30 needed to sit down they had a few tables and seats, walked in very friendly welcome looked very nice bright, clean and the food was piping hot, it was a buffet style you just let them know what you wanted. I went for the large which was £4.50 any base which was rice, noodles or chips I had the rice & noodles good size portions then three toppings, spoilt for choice what I had was delicious chicken crunchy , spicy and really hot very fresh really enjoyed it. Hubby had different to me so we were able to taste more toppings. It also cooked fresh Chinese food to order, they were busy a lot of people coming in and taking away. Well worth the money and will go back next time I am shopping in Leicester. Great little gem.

This place has the most delicous chinese food in Leicester. Their curry is out of this world. Very nice lady who serves with a smile. Good variety of vegetarian food. Economical prices..value for money.

I've just tried Noodle house, after following some of my friends recomendations. I was told it was really good food, but I was still pleasently surprised. The guy that cooked for me was incredibly friendly and accomodating, and because I made a large order, he cooked it all up fresh in front of me. He was very busy on his own cooking, serving, and on the phone to delivery drivers. But he was still attentive to me at all times. We have just finished our 3x very packed noodle boxes and they were just as nice as I was told. I will become a regular for sure. Highly recommended. By Marco Ruscelli

98 Tudor RdThis place is highly variable. Sometimes the food is delicious, sometimes it's really bland. The last time I ordered it was pretty good. The main reason I don't order from here more often is they don't take cards. Takeaways have been accepting credit cards since the 90s, so they are 30 years behind the times. In these post-covid days when card payments have become ubiquitous, it seems mad. This place is at the end of my street, but if I have to go to a cash machine, my journey is tripled. The last time I ordered, I placed my order then realised I didn't have cash. I went off to get it, but they didn't start cooking my order until I came back, so I had a long wait. Then they forgot one of the items off my order so I had to go back and get it. This place is just a little... disappointing. I really want to like it.

37 Newarke StreetForgive the staff for not speaking English. This place is special. Sichuan food is the peak of gastronomy. The fact these guys are in leicester is incredibly fortunate. Get the cumin spice lamb (孜然羊肉) spicy green beans with pork (干煸四季豆). Iconic sichaun dishes. Try with plain white rice, you won't regret. They have two menus so just show them the text if you can't find it. Fried rice is also amazing. You got to avoid the basic british-chinese menu items

169A London Road, Leicester.First time visiting this restaurant. It was not very crowded and finding a table was easy. There was only one lady serving quite a few tables. This made the service slow. The food itself was good and has lots of veggie options. The ambience is neat and clean but is a bit dull.
