Food is ok for a fast food and does have taste but can be very salty as well. But quick service and pleasant.

It was a great experience very friendly staff. i try Pizza it was great i loved it.

Chicken Valley is an awesome for grilled food, fried wings and chips! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the crispy chips are a perfect side specially peri peri flavoured. Plus, the staff is super friendly. If you want tasty grilled bites, this place is a must-try!

I used to go here all the time but the service has massively declined over the years, now if u go past 11-12 there’s a chance they have no chicken left and will refuse to cook anymore. Sometimes when ordering a strip burger you don’t get chicken strips inside it and the last time I went they put chicken nuggets instead which tasted disgusting. The hygiene of the place has also declined noticeably and some of the staff are really rude especially when the boss isn’t there. I haven’t been back for a month because of how bad the last order was and honestly idk if I’ll ever go back. It’s really sad how bad it’s gotten and it’s probably why it’s a lot more empty than it used to be. Also when the staff are that rude I’m not surprised if it’s gone one day (p.s. please wash ur hands more cuz it’s noticeable that you don’t)

Very manner less staff. Doesn’t know customer service. I ordered a pizza and it was overcooked and the cheese was almost burnt. When I told him that, he said this is how we make pizza and no one complains. No manner to talk to customer. This people don’t know any customer service manner whatsoever. They should educate themselves. Will never order again

I always travel a bit further to this fast food spot because the quality and taste are worth it. The fried hot wings are on point, the honey mustard dipped wings are a nice twist, and the lemon and herb grilled chicken is flavourful and fresh. Great for when you want tasty fried or grilled options beyond the usual fast food choices.

Wallahi this shop doesn't play games with their chicken everything else is pretty average their chips are pretty below average but oh my days the chicken either fried or grilled is incredible...... their peri peri is a solid 10/10 + bashir the brother who works there is a really nice man

To be quite honest, I ordered a meat piece a chicken value meat feast and I’ve got some sort of me. I don’t know what it was. It was okay to eat but next time please get it right chicken meat feast not something hard sausage on top nasty, the sausages was like eating crisp, not very happy with it to be quite honest, but what can I do about it now?

I always say that I love the pizza that one was extraordinary. I loved it a little bit greasy but needs to be less grease I’m afraid but still really really nice.

Came her with the family. The order was fairly large but the service was very intuitive and quick. This meal was expensive by any stretch of the imagination, but it also wasn't the cheapest within a walking distance. Overall I was very satisfied with the food, sauces and speed. London isn't lacking any chicken shops, but this is one I'd gladly revisit.

No coleslaw so received 3 small bits of chicken instead. Hmm. Corn on the cob cold. Not pleased. Disappointing, as I order from here regularly, and the food is usually of a good standard. Hopefully, this was a one off blip.

Just ordered pizza and I can say that it tastes disgusting. I've had to spit it out it's that bad. It's got a strange taste, almost like they've used an old ingredient, either the base or cheese stinks!! And the apple pie looks extremely unappetising. I never say horrible to food but this by far has been the worst!!

Had a 8oz gourmet burger meal for £8. Good portion of fries. Their prices are reasonable. However the burger was over cooked and burnt from edges. It was hard. Therefore I leave them 3 star. I was expecting them to be like smash burgers.

Food was stone cold, phoned restaurant and told if I wanted hot food to go and collect it myself! Garlic bread with cheese and jalapenos was delivered as plain garlic bread, even box was cold. Fries were cold, chicken was cold. Total waste of money.

Food served here is very nice. Beats a lot of the chicken shops in Edgware and maybe the wider area. Chips are really nice and I recommend the peri salt as that's adds another level to it

They do the best Tennessee Chicken. Fried in Fresh oil every day. We come all the way from Luton for this.

Honestly, it's like they didn't even cook chicken. Even the chips were undercooked. How bad do you have to be to get chips bad!

Chicken Valley was reasonably busy on a sunny February Sunday lunchtime, mostly chicken meals, burgers, pizzas. 12 or 13 inch pizza is 6.99 . My pizza took about 15 minutes to cook, tasted nice, came in a box with garlic sauce container. Service was pleasant. Credit cards accepted.

This review is for their 4oz gourmet burger - its amazing & value for money. Quality meat & lovely brioche bun, but i always ask for slightly less sauce, dont like my burger drenched in sauces. But i stick to the 40z, tried the 6oz once, found it tastes rubbery. Message for management, this burger is amazing..

Worst chicken I've ever had. Taste stale. Dry and double cooked old chips. No flavour in the chicken. Taste very off.

The box and bag broke when being delivered and food fell on floor still awaiting refund there was so much grease it broke the bag and box and fell out the delivery guy was trying to then stack all the fallen food on the broken box which ended badly resulting in food all over floor due to bad packaging chips soggy cold REFUND ..

The saff are clamsy one of them took my order and bought some of it I paid and left the order on the table. They should be more clear and understand the customers not let the customer wait for long and then give them wrong order.
