Amazing Chicken & Service. Helpful staff who helped me navigate the touch screen technology and food was out of this world. Had the spice up burger which was clean and fresh, haven't had chicken this good since my Nan caught them fresh.

This outlet has been rebranded as The Chicken Shop. I remember the times in their Baker Street branch, ages ago, when in a manic crowded space, they consistently delivered the best tasting chicken burgers, with flair, enthusiasm, creativity, and a smile. I had many a memorable feast there. Later, I used the Angel branch, where they kept up the great standards. Recently, I had a different kind of experience at Soho branch. The food was frankly, dire. For a start it was barely warm, and frankly tasteless, and the crunchy coating was soggy. If I were to guess, I would say the chicken had been cooked a long time previously, and my sandwich was just assembled when I ordered it. I had a McD chicken wrap last week, and I reckon it was way better, and that is setting the bar really low. The interaction with the team was almost non existant. Ordering is now via the machines, very clever, but so impersonal. I did need and get some help here from a young man. When my thingy buzzed, I went to collect, and the guy behind the counter just pointed at my food, and turned away. There was no atmosphere, no interaction, no connection there at all. I guess they have changed their business model now, however, my experience today so does not match my memory or my expectations, and I just feel sad. Given the attitude, I had no inclination to reject my sandwich to see if they could do better. I just decided to write it off as a bad experience. Based on this, I will not be returning.

Poor, slip-shod establishment, where the customer comes last! After choosing Chik'n [Chicken Shop, Wardour Street] over the many alternative eating establishments in Soho, I expect some degree of civility, or at the very least, professionalism. After automated ordering, we (the people waiting) were told by a staff member to listen out for our order number. I dutifully listened out for my number...and first time I got it wrong as I couldn't quite hear the girls unamplified voice over the hubbub. I suggested it was quite difficult for anyone to know when it was their number being called. Just a suggestion! For this I was told to "Get out of my face" from the server behind the counter! This is a new one for me, and just a little surprised, I got out of his face and waited. This time my number was called and I did hear it and when I went to collect I said "Btw, I don’t appreciate being told to get out of someone's face especially when…" "Can’t you see what's going on? Get out of here, get out of my face, man!" And was dismissed with a wave of his hand. Now, presumably they were having some problems with their buzzer system, and consequently a tad stressed out, but I def won't be going back and I would recommend any prospective customers not to bother. It’s pretty overpriced anyway for what you get. It’s all a kind of cynical rip-off dressed up as a hip fast food joint. Better off at one of the other many chicken establishments all over the UK.

This is one of my favourite places, easy to find in Wardour Street. Chicken wings are a success!!!!!

I felt very welcomed as soon as I stepped in , the smell was amazing there was a wide range of food choices I was even overwhelmed on what to choose because everything looked amazing but the amazing cashier jenise I believe her name was called help me couldn’t thank her enough and will be coming back again

I have ordered Classic burger yesterday and I loved it. The burger was thick and fresh, excellent quality. I recommend! :)

Chik’n Soho is conveniently situated between Oxford Street shopping and Chinatown/Leicester Square, close to the House of Minalima with its Harry Potter goods and the Yamaha piano store. Chik’n is fast food but it is of good quality - I enjoyed the Naked and Hot Chik’n Tenders and the regular fries (crinkled), all piping hot and delivered promptly by polite, friendly staff. There is some indoor seating and presently a separate side door for take away orders, all Covid safe. Next time I will try the gunpowder fries which sound interesting. I had to go somewhere else to get a hot drink as the menu was restricted to beer, water and fizzy drinks. Soho Square with its outdoor seating and table tennis is a couple of blocks away.

Visited the restaurant twice in 2 days. Staff is very friendly & food is delicious. Portions are good, value for money. definitely my go to spot!

Overall nice experience, we’ve ordered chicken burgers and wings, the normal and the spicy one. My kids love their chicken and the portion was good. Recommended while you are around soho.

Top ! Rentrée un peu au hasard, on commande le sandwich du mois et on a savouré 🌯 les frites de patate douce 🍠 un pur bonheur. Personnel très gentil agréable

My two sisters and my cousin visited Chik'n recently. We ordered a variety of burgers, fajita wrap and a combination of chips. The chicken burger ( straight up) tasted delish. The Chik'n was cooked well and was full of flavour. The chicken wings tasted nice too. I tasted the potatoe wedges, cheesy fries and the gunpowder fries. I think the tastiest was the gunpowder fries. I would highly recommend this place,a lovely place in Central London.

Wir haben hier uns einen kleinen Snack gegönnt jedoch gab es um 18 Uhr nicht mehr alles im Angebot. Die Chicken Nuggets waren aber trotzdem sehr lecker und im Vergleich zu anderen Ketten die Besten.

Ordered and paid for food here on way back to our hotel to eat in. Was then told it they were closing. I said we hadn't been told that so he threw a tray at me. When half way through we were asked to leave...I said I had not finished and the young girl just stared at me and kept staring. The food was poor, much worse than KFC but the service is just awful. This young girl really needs some customer service skills. We are not often in London so maybe this is the norm...but not where we come from.

Always on the hunt for decent chicken wings - the hot Chik’n wings are a winner and spice doesn’t send you over the edge (the naked wings with sauce and dips average/hit and miss)

I came across this beauty by mistake but my god whst a good mistake very tasty very clean and very reasonable will definitely return

K town double double sandwich and gunpowder fries, both totally delicious and exceptional value for central London. We’ve paid more for much less in Box Park in Croydon! Friendly & helpful staff, clean and attractive interior, good seating good, excellent location. Checked out other diners’...

Sister ate here a few days earlier and highly recommended the place. Chicken sandwiches were good and so were the wings. It was crunchy and the sauces were great. Staff was amazing. But at the end they were all just ok. Still good tho

We had a wonderful experience at Chik'n. Really nice fried chicken and sweet potato fries to accompany it. The vibe at the place was nice.
