Despite the reviews on here I have to say that this is the best Chinese I have eaten in a while. Will definitely be back

Our food arrived late and cold we have use this Chinese on numerous occasion and will never be returning after a rude driver and food be cold and no offer off any sort of refund as the lot say there was heavy traffic in the area. Very disappointed in today’s service.

My order never turned up, I ordered at around 10:30pm and am still waiting for it to arrive and it’s now 1:09am, was hoping to get a refund tonight so I could order something else but that doesn’t seem to be happening either, I rang the number only to be told she was at home now and to call the restaurant tomorrow, like that makes anything better, should have read the reviews before I ordered, no one seems to have a good review for this place, it’s a joke

Food was hot and really tasty thank you

After all the negative reviews I was very impressed. The delivery was with us within 50 minutes which was the delivery expected time. Food was very good, all good size portions and all very tasty. Only negative would be the salt and pepper chips were in a box which made them soggy!

The food was hot, well cooked and tasty

I ordered at 6:20 to ensure we didn't eat too late. the initial time was 7:05-7:25. At 7:30 I tried calling but the restaurant didn't pick up. I then used the app to ask where it is it then updated to 7:50. At 7:50 I did the same, tried calling, no pick up. it arrived at 8pm. 1 hour 40 minutes is rediculous.

They phoned to delay my order by 30mins, I agreed, after the new agreed time I phoned every 15 minutes and each time I got told, traffic issues, driver will be with you in 10 minutes, after the third up date I told them to cancel order.

Over two hours to receive two dishes?!awful service

It was terrible the dumplings were so hard they were crunchy, the prawns that were old inside a tonne of bread like batter went straight in the bin, spring roll went the same way in the bin as did the complimentary spring rolls the only thing you could possibly eat were the noodle and rice items and the sweet and sour sauce overall it was absolutely awful a thing that wont be repeated and one more thing the vinaigrette dressing fir the dumplings would have gone better with fish and chips ,

Food arrvied late. Driver apologised. Food was warm. Not hot like first time and arrived quick. Still tasted lovley. Benifit of the doubt. Will order again as long as food arrives on time.

this is the second time I have ordered from here and the food has been bad ... I am a regular customer so thought I'd give it another try but I will no longer be ordering food from china panda the quality of the food is such a let down. the special fried rice tasted so mushy like it had been left in water to stew... they threw a handful of children, prawns in the rice, no flavour whatsoever to the food very bland...also had prawn balls the batter was so thick I could hardly taste the prawns

I been waiting 3 hours for my food Restaurant been lying they said driver was no one open the door I checked my front door camera and no one was here with any food delivery very disappointed We been calling asking for food and restaurant put phone down when I said I checked camera I been keep calling and they said food on the way And I been still waiting restaurant said also I m really disappointed I want my money back

Best Chinese around here, and I've tried them all

NEVER NEVER EVER BUY FOOD HERE! DISGUSTING IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE. Customer service is even WORSE than the food if that's even possible!!! They need to be SHUT DOWN 👎👎👎. They didn't send our full order out (after we had already waited over an hour for) and insulted us over the phone, were very aggressive when we rang to complain and then they hung up on us! Can't reiterate enough NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

After waiting nearly 2 hours for our food, we were promised complimentary duck pancakes. The pancakes arrived but no duck, no vegetables or sauce. Another item was missing too. We called to let the restaurant know to which they told us we were being childish. They argued saying we were liars and then hung up the phone. AVOID this place as you will not receive your food as ordered.

Avoid at all cost. Took over 2 hours for food to be delivered. They said as a gesture they would give us a free dish of our choice. We chose the duck pancakes but they gave us ONLY the pancakes without duck or hoisin sauce and said the duck wasn’t included. Who orders plain pancakes?? order was also missing other items like no sweet & sour sauce with chicken balls. We guess this isn’t included either?! To top it off when we called to speak to them in the most polite manner they challenged us on whether we were lying about not receiving the missing items?!! Finally when we asked for money back they told us to stop being childish and hung up on us!!

Rude staff, poor service I ordered food which hadn’t arrived for over 2hours when it did arrive finally items were missing. Called up to say items were missing was told they were too busy, simply unavailable!

The worst service ever! Staff were abusive over the phone, as the order took over 1.5 hours, and the order totally wrong! They should not be running a business

Early delivery which was great however for the first time in YEARS the duck in the duck and pancakes dish was shredded and VERY dry. We ordered a whole duck and there definitely was not a whole duck shredded in those two tubs.i would say there was half. A whole duck is not cheap so this was not fair. Really disappointed as this has never happened before from here, this is our favourite Chinese place. Also the chow mein tasted very bland whereas it’s usually really tasty. Not sure if there’s a new chef but we are now doubting if we will use them again.

Almost 2 hours for luke warm food and items missing. When called and told them waited another hour for missing items. Will never order from here again.

Meal was lovely but specified a time due to travelling back from work place so it arriving early meant it wasn’t as hot as it should have been as they were waiting around. Never the less would order again

Over an hour late and stone cold

Food was half hour late and was told on 2 occasions it was on its way and then when it arrived all items where cold and chicken balls and and prawn crackers were stale so all had to be thrown in the bin.

This was my first time ordering from this place, I have been waiting 2 hours for my food for it to turn up stone cold, I ordered through just eat and they changed it to say it had arrived an hour before it had, when I realised I called the shop and they made it seem like an error which I later realised they did on purpose because they knew my food wasn’t gonna be here in time. My order was so small as it was only for me there is no reason my food should be so late and inedible, will make a good treat for my dogs but I wouldn’t serve this meal to my worst enemy. Won’t be ordering from here again and I’d advise no where else too aswell!!

Really good Chinese, other reviews are very unfair, been multiple times, food, price and wait time are all really good, been going for 2 years, never had one issue with them. Always add extras for us too. Would recommend

Didn’t arrive. Waited over an hour and a half and had to call the restaurant to chase it. Was asked if there is another house number and street address nearby!? Now everything is shut so I’ve been left with no dinner. Really not happy, wish I’d listened to the negative reviews I read on here before I ordered.

The spring rolls were soft, the portion size was very small and again was cold The special chow mein was cold and didn't taste right. I didn't eat that. The king prawns in salt and pepper were tasteless, rubbery and very poor quality. I think they had been reheated in a microwave. Awful. Didn't finish those. Chilli beef was hard, also as though it was microwaved. The Singapore rice was bland but extra spicy. Not enjoyable and tasteless. Just too hot. The prawn crackers were fine. I will not be honest this is not a place I will buy from again.

Food was excellent, very fresh - arrived earlier than expected, very pleased

Worse meal & service I have ever received Duck came with no pancakes or plum sauce, omelette came with everything in it which I clearly asked not to put in it. So duck & omelette inedible. When I phoned the store I got a rude response of “we’ll give you 10% off your next order” trust me I will not be ordering again from here. Only thing we could eat was the rice. Was also told they won’t send sauce & panckes and that was basically it.. NEVER AGAIN !! £28 for a bowl of rice. Discusting saying they won’t sort out the order

Soup carton lid was broken and all the soup was at the bottom of the bag. The shop blamed the driver and the driver blamed the shop.

Even though it was early, we was missing an item. The prawn crackers were stale and the food was not even that warm.

Wasn't happy with my starter's vegetable spring rolls we're all burnt and hard. They must have know they weren't good quality yet they still sent me them. Wasn't impressed but everything else was nice

Rang last night to see if they delivered to our address. Was told no and it was cash only Then they called back to say how much are you going to spend??? I told them I had no idea until they told me. They said they would deliver I had to do a bank transfer... driver couldn't find us, he was very unhelpful telling me my road had no sign. Of course it does. Food was OK the prawn crackers stale if I spend over £50 I expect fresh prawn crackers. Don't bother ordering

Food was warm, the starter was soggy, not normal standard. No apology from driver and when called nice lady apologised hut its nor her fault.

Why nave a comments box and then ignore it did not want BEANSPROUTS in chow mein but had loads in ribs were over cooked and dry food was greasy

Lost order despite calling and being told it was on way, then calling and being told it had been delivered, then being told order was not done, finally arrived 2 hours after ordering and 1 hour past the original delivery time

The worst Chinese I have ever had. Everything looked and tasted off. even the prawn crackers were stale! Genuinely the worst Chinese ever. Will never order from here again. The only positive was that the lady who served me at the door was very nice. Never order from here!!

What else could they of done wrong? Delivered late.... by a child, seriously a 6 yr old came to my door. Chow main was burnt prawn toast was half of stated portion and burnt Green curry was gray for all the black pepper in it. Honey chicken was a half portion lots of room in tub. Even the free crackers were stale. Called them and owner could not be bothered to respond beyond telling reception a discount time I order is fine. No way am I ever ordering from this place again. Discount or not !

Very rude company I ordered for 18:15 when my family will be home and it came at 17:35 all my food came cold and was missing noodles. It took them over an hour to deliver noodles to me first going to the completely wrong address and when the noodles got here they were cold. Called them up to rectify and they got rude and aggressive down the phone hanging the phone up on us. Will not order from them again as they are so rude and disrespectful

Late and cold. Got offered not even half my money back after I did try to re heat certain dishes but I'm not a cook or re heating engineer even with a microwave. That's why I paid for cookery service and distribution. Disgusting behaviour. 3rd time in one week

This Chinese has become a joke… yet again order had items missing, then they don’t give you priority to deliver what they missed! Happened too many times now. Will not be using them again.
