Absolutely disgusting service telephone order says 45-1hr delivery then I call them after 1.5 hours o we will cook now

Easy to order and food delivery is usually, as in this case, early. Food was lovely. My partner likes his beef chow mein and just for a change I had King Prawn with sweet and sour sauce. The prawns were huge. Thank you to the chef :)

Generally excellent food and delivery service, however we have waited 2 hours for delivery today. Check delivery times in person as generally we wait 1 hour and the food is always spot on.

we couldn’t have any rice with our order because the bag hadn’t been held upright, so all the syrup from the fritters was in the bag and in the rice. Will be asking for refund on fritters as was dry without, so didn’t eat them.

food arrived late and cold, when I rang the shop they said send it back with the driver and get a refund. I've waited an hour for the food and they wouldn't replace it with hot food. the driver had left by the time I opened it. not good service

Some of our food didn’t come with the order and the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, refusing to refund or replace the missing item after lying about where it was. Unbelievably poor service amounting to theft. Never again.

This has been our go to Chinese since moving to Pudsey 3 years ago. The food is always excellent. The portions are good, the price is reasonable and the quality is superb. We usually use the app, which makes things super simple but on the occasions we've needed to call the service has always been faultless. From chasing up with delivery drivers when an order was late (not by much mind you! We were hungry!), to making things right when an order wasn't as we'd asked they have always bent over backwards to help All round a great takeaway. Highly recommend. (The sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style is the best I have ever eaten... Just saying!)

I have been coming to this place for years and never had any issues or problems with any food orders I have had and there are a good service for money and the staff are always nice to talk to and pleasant people who run this business

Usually the food is 5 Stars, but this I found to be a little bland in flavour. Was nice but bang average and needs something, been like this a few times of late, Like when McD's stopped salting their chips and they needed it. Even the beef in black bean sauce was pretty mild without the usual kick of spice. Hopefully just a blip as these are my go-to Chinese.

Food is always really good but delivery was 2 hours and 10 minutes when it said 45 minute delivery time, wouldn’t order delivery from here again for this reason

Although the food is spot on, you have to wait 2+ hours to get it. For a take-away service, it's simply not on! My mother, father and I was looking forward to a nice meal as we watched a film. By the end of the film, we're still waiting. As I am writing this - it's not here. We ordered at 19:30, and it's nearly 21:30. What a joke. You call, all you get is a 'Mailbox is full' - when/if this arrives, god help the driver. I am not happy, after a long, busy week at work. Having to wait OVER 2 HOURS for food is discusting. A shame. TIA. C

I ordered a Chinese at 19.43, I received an email to say I would receive my order at 20.46 when my order didn't come by 21.10 I called them, they said it was out for delivery. The food finally arrived at 21.45 ( 2 hours after I ordered it) which is totally unacceptable and disappointing. This isn't the first time. we had to chase them a few week ago and took 11/2 hrs to deliver then too. not good!

Order arrived salt and pepper box with hardly anything in comparison to usual. Fried rice cold curry sauce cold and the food inside cold. £20 for a box of cold food. Rang the line and it’s turned off. Will not be placing an order again.

Used be nice. This time all the food tasted of fish which is really off putting when you don’t like it! Not sure what happened but the only thing that was fine to eat was the rice.

Don’t know where the good reviews have come from because what I received was disgusting! The meat was just full of fat! The chips were massively undercooked! Everything was freezing cold, definitely wouldn’t order again!!

Food was terrible. Rice tasted old and the meat was like cardboard.food was late. I understand the takeaway was busy but you should not send out substandard food. My food also had an unusual smell.
