Underrated food! They are great when it come to takeaways! Service is fast and food is very good quality!

Ordered for a delivery food was spot on could not fault one thing highly recommended and definitely will be ordering from there again. AMAZING

Nice food and good customer service

I ordered through uber eats I've never used China Town at Balham before until now. The food was good, the only fault I have is that the deep fried chicken balls the batter around the chicken was way too thick and then the inside of it was a bit soggy. the taste was there overall as I said the batter around the chicken was way too thick other than that the food was great.

Ordered house special fried rice got free prawn crackers and a can of drink!! A bit heavy handed with the spring onion but guaranteed 5 stars for customer service

Appalling, didn’t deliver my food after waiting 2 hours and stopped answering the phone! I want a refund.

Had it last Tuesday and it was amazing 👏 🙌..we will have it tonight and really hope it will be as amazing tonight and it's not a one off as it was our first time using it 😀

Food is good, just what we needed. Bit of a hassle getting a refund from OrderYoYo which double charged us originally, but all sorted with some persistence

If you order in store you can get a great deal of any noodle/rice with a drink for something like £5! Very good compared to the usual price of the noodles being maybe £8

Before they put the screen up on the window to the kitchen the delivery drivers could be seen cooking the food with full motorcycle attire on. Never going back!!

I had totally the opposite experience from the last two comments. Food was really good, and wasn't just noodles and rice. I was really impressed and thought much nicer than your average high street takeaway. Was pretty cheap compared to some, as well.

Food contains so little meat you'd be better off getting a pot noodle. When challenged the staff are just rude, there's plenty of good ones ones in the area so use another take away.

Such a good pad thai, will definitely go again, staff were friendly too

AWFUL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered my food at 9pm and 10:30pm it had still not arrived. They were claiming it would arrive at 10:45 and when I said this wasn't acceptable and that we were hungry, he told me he would give a full refund and cancel the order and then hung up on me. We are now left with no food after waiting nearly 2 hours and have not received the refund. SCAMMERS.
