Chipotle in Islington

The food was fresh and tasted average but seating is very limited in this branch. Very few tables and small chairs so we had to wait for other customers to finish to be seated. Not many vegetarian options either.

Honestly the best place i’ve ever been to. I think I’m addicted to chipotle now. I can’t stop eating it. 10/10

first time trying chipotle and the Americans have over hyped this place. I got a standard burrito and it was so tasteless, nothing special about it at all, I paid an extra £3.90 for guac which is crazy, so total excluding delivery and fees was £17 something, not worth the money.

We really enjoyed our time here at Chipotle we had a very great customer service by Yusuf and the food was amazing like always.

One of my favourite spots to go, the food is amazing and filling also the service is fantastic... my favourite part of going to Chipotle each week is getting served by Yusuf who always has a smile on his face and we end up having a laugh before I get my chicken and cheese burrito! 100% recommend and thanks Yusuf!!!

I was greeted by a young man named Yusuf. As it was my first time eating at chipotle, he had talked me through the steps to either building a bowl or a burrito. He also advised me on his own personal preference and also the nutritional value of the meals available at the restaurant. 10/10 service. I will definitely be coming back and will be more than likely to recommend chipotle to my friends a family. Especially the Upper Street branch as I know I can count on them receiving great service.

Extremely rude member of staff. General Manager Laura Monsalve was contacted with a complaint over 2 weeks ago. She has so far not even acknowledged the email.

My favourite Chipotle, and some of the nicest people who work there! All the times me and my partner got our burritos here, not only that they are so warm towards us, but they seem so genuine and love their work, which makes a huge difference. Their portions are generous and the food is sublime. Deserves higher rating. Respect!

Staff of member behaviour not good .

I placed two orders and never received both of them I emailed about a refund and since have heard back

The place and the food is very delicious but there have one senior staff who is very rude. I work as a rider one day i go there for using toilet he did very rude behaviour with me. That's why i don’t prefer this restaurant any because i think as a food chain business runner they should respect the people's emergency. The time when he misbehave with me i was on duty and goes there for collecting an order, so they can give me the access which could not be any problem for them. Then i goes to Five Guys restaurant. Their staff are very friendly and they allow me to use there toilet with warm gladsome.

Food is always good, but they’re missing vegan sour cream and vegan cheese! That would make this place amazing

Staff are brilliant. Food is delicious. Warm and welcoming every time. Much cheaper dinner than most other equivalently delicious options too.

Chipotle Angel is part of the fast casual chain of mexican cuisine restaurants from America. It's located about 10 minutes walk north east of Angel station. Pros: The food is tasty, fresh and service amazing! I especially like the wonderful, smiling and friendly service from Yusuf, Abdul, Chintan, Bibin, Amal and Teresa. I like how the team serve wonderful, tasty food, are efficient, professional, friendly and greet all customers with a big smile. Well done! Cons: None really. I know you can order food via the chipotle UK app, but I would suggest ordering in person at the Chipotle Angel store. How else can you experience the great smiling service from the excellent Chipotle Angel team! In short, Chipotle Angel is one of the best branches of Chipotle UK in London. If you have never tried Chipotle mexican food, come to the Chipotle Angel store! You won't be disappointed! Well done Chipotle Angel on doing such a great job! 🙂👍🤗

I ordered a keto bowl which is most expensive one and they sent me cold salad box with topped cheese, couple of green leaves most of the bowl was cheese and little meat and missing“fresh” guacamole. It was horrible and couldn’t eat it anyway. Shame !

Ordered on Uber Eats tonight and the delivery was delayed by almost an hour. The burrito was stone cold and to top it off the tortilla chips were missing. 🙄

Bowl was made terribly. Barely any sour scream or salsa, half of the bowl almost empty and there was the tiniest amount of beef on top. Portion sizes are a joke for how much it costs.

What happened to Chipotle? Regular chicken has been incredibly spicy here. They have a spicy option too, why make the regular so hot as well? It’s just unsuitable for children. Rice they just can’t get right, it’s either undercooked or burnt. We have been going to chipotle for years and this was one of the best locations in London: pretty consistent in quality and friendly staff. But over the last few months quality went down the hill and so did staff politeness. We used to come here several times per week but it just isn’t possible anymore. Hope management sees this and fixes the issues to bring chipotle back to its normal standards so we can go back being regular customers. For now, we will just stay away

Had a great experience today at this Chipotle. The woman at the counter was friendly and patient, unlike some other Chipotle I’ve been to. The spicy chicken bowl I got was delicious and had just the right amount of hot. I feel like many places in London dilute their hot sauce to accommodate small children, so this was a welcome surprise!

I ate from here and got food poisoning. I can safely say it was their food that caused it since it was my only meal of the day. I have had stomach cramps, nausea, loss of appetite, and weakness for the past 36 hours after eating here. I did get lettuce on my bowl so i’m not sure if that’s what caused it: Please be careful ordering here.

The food was tasty, but the rice that came with the quesadilla was undercooked and cold. I get food being a little cold when being delivered, but it was ice cold. I also got undercooked rice with my chicken salad and it ruined the food for me. Other than that it was pretty tasty and I hope that this issue doesn’t occur again.

I am currently sitting in the Islington branch and the food is inedible The chicken is completely burnt, is is past the Coca Cola char that is is the expected The manager on duty Will has very unhelpful, I said that I wasn’t enjoying my meal as the chicken is burnt and he said he is just following procedure At no point was a replacement meal or refund offered I am now leaving spending £30 and my daughter and I leaving food on the table

I went to pick up one delivery I was looking for my order weather it was ready or not ,one of the employer said he won't hand over the food to me in such a rude way , I am literally disappointed by this type of behavior is this the way to behave with a rider 😑

The food was packed poorly by the restaurant. The salsa was busted by the drinks that were packed on top therefore the bag was broken & dripping. The burrito bowl did not include the salad lettuce & the salad bowl came with pinto beans instead of black beans. I would have preferred our meal got delivered late & correct than early due to their rushed packing. The driver sincerely apologized but it was no fault of his.

Love this Chipotle branch. It's not too small or too big, simple and cosy. Food is always on point, and staff are welcoming and friendly. Delicious vegan options: grilled vegetable or sofritas (tofu).

Ordered the carnitas burrito..added Guacamole (£3.65 extra) so the total cost came to £16.60 …that price should get you a huge, satisfying burrito…fit it inside my hand…oh and it arrived cold…still hungry….don’t waste your money…

The burrito was to small to pay £11.49 for it’s just ridiculous how you’ll pay more than a Tena for such a small burrito the bowl had literally no salad in it and was full of just rice and sauce this is not what a customer willing to pay over 10 pounds for two meals to get meals that are not as expected

우리나라에 꼭 들어왔으면 하는 프렌차이즈 중 하나입니다. 개인적으로 할랄가이즈 상위 버전이라고 생각합니다. 가격은 둘이 비슷한데 양은 치폴레가 압도적으로 많습니다. 맛은 자극적인데 건강한 맛입니다. 플레터를 좋아하는 사람들이라면 당연히 맛있게 먹을 거라고 생각합니다. 기본적으로 양이 많은걸 알고 방문했는데도 양이 많다고 느껴졌습니다. 런던에서 마지막 식사가 아니었더라면 남은건 포장해 갔을거 같습니다. 파이브가이즈 먹을까 치폴레 먹을까 고민 많이 했는데 치폴레 먹기 정말로 잘한거 같습니다. ----- This is one of the franchises that I really wish would come to our country. Personally, I think it is a higher version of Halal Guys. The prices are similar for both, but Chipotle's quantity is overwhelmingly larger. The taste is spicy but healthy. I think people who like platters will definitely enjoy it. Even though I went there knowing that there would be a lot of food, it felt like there was a lot of food. If it hadn't been my last meal in London, I think I would have packed the rest. I had a hard time whethe to eat Five Guys or Chipotle, but I think I did really well with Chipotle.
