I was served by Mustafa who was very friendly and helpful. He also explained the Chopstix app to me.

Azbah and Aqsa were the perfect hosts.. able to up sell me from a small taster box to a full on meal with three toppings. First experience with chopsticks, and it was great. Food was hot and plentiful, taste was sharp and spicy with ginger and chilli. The spring rolls were light and punchy. Excellent.

Really tasty food and lovely service by Aqsa! Salt and pepper chicken ran out so Asqa made it fresh and speedy, and it was delishh! ... Apple Spring Rolls are also a 10/10 with the caramel sauce! 😍

It was lovely to have a meal here. We were genuinely pleased to experience attentive and warm service too. Loved it! Food was yummy as well! Especially delicious was orange and BBQ chicken. Will come back again.

Order was completely wrong. Missed a gyoza so there was only 2 and no cauliflower bites. Called the guy and he said 'give photo evidence to just eat' oh yeah mate I'll just take a photo of something that I don't have. After deciding that he had no intent to help further I gave up. frankly I don't want a refund from just eat, so I'm not taking it further. Literally any other takeaway would have fixed such a minor issue immediately. Anyway, when I opened the main meal to try it I noticed upon further inspection they got that wrong too. I asked for 2 different toppings and they have me 2 of the same. If you can't even get that right I understand why you lacked the mental capacity to rectify the mistake initially. At this point I was hungry so I just ate it. Literally microwave quality noodles and one green bean with some chicken nuggets in a sauce that could have been from a packet. Absolute and utter dogspit. Bad food and bad service. I could go to Lidl and make better food in less time. Awful

Ate food in here half way through our journey, and definitely didn't disappoint! Prawns and chicken were really succulent. Was served by Mustafa who was very informative and helpful- a credit to your company! Thank you for the tasty food

The food here is pretty tasty, the staff are friendly and it seems clean. If you are going to eat here, aim to get here no later than 6pm because after that, the menu options seem to be very limited.

Don’t order from here with Uber Eats (or any app, only go if you’re visiting the stand and can see if the food is fresh) the amount of times I have received stale, cold, bland food from here and also incorrect items that I have specifically ordered and paid for and Uber refuse to refund even after uploading photos, it’s ridiculous. They constantly send out incorrect items. The food is hit and miss, sometimes it’s fine but mostly terrible food.

Like the food but it’s a joke they don’t take cash had to go elsewhere

Had a great meal at Chopstix the other day. The food was amazing and Amber was really helpful with my order. Great customer service.

Awful food wouldn't order from here. The potatoes tasted like dry oil and weren't edible with 0 flavour, the noodles were dry and the other item wasn't great. I had the throw the whole order in the bin, doesn't look as bad as it tasted

Today was an Indian man. He made rude faces and was disrespectful. Those who worked there half a year ago never did this things like that. I am a delivery driver and I had to wait 10 minutes. I had to hurry because I had another delivery to pick up. This idiot man gave me a dislike on the app. I hope you leave that place because it's a horrible thing to do for no reason.

Ordered food at 7pm today on just eat. Instead of rejecting are order, they chose to accept the order, 50 quid leaves the account and they say they have “ran out of food”. Find that hard to believe at 7pm. The lady was so rude on the phone. We went down to try and sort something out and the place was shut at 7pm on a Wednesday night. She rudely stated that they had “gone to watch the football”. Absolute joke I do not recommend ordering from here at all. 0 starts if I could.

Big fan of Chopstix. I thought I’ll try this one. They close at 8pm I came to order at 7:30pm but they wouldn’t take my order which I found really strange. 5-10 mins before closing time I can understand but 30mins before?

The staff were incredibly helpful in particular Lisa and Sylvia. The food was amazing. It’s the first time I’ve ever had this and I will undoubtably have it again thank you very much Sylvia for cooking it and Lisa for serving it to me in such a pleasant manner.

Ridiculous customer service… wait until you’ve made your order and prepared it before they break the news to you ‘sorry, we don’t take cash’ even though there’s an ALL CASH gaming area just opposite. Also they said we can buy 3,5,10 or 15 spring rolls, ‘SORRY YOU CAN’T HAVE 3 SPRING ROLLS!!!!!’ Just shoddy customer service, arrogant and rude.

Just stopped off here for the first time. Friendly helpful lady served me and talked me through the choices. Good sized portion of fried rice, curry sauce and 3 different chicken toppings. Very tasty and filling. Highly recommended.
