The food is alright, dry but has taste. Extremely slow service for a place that serves pre-cooked food. Told to wait 15 minutes to be served as they prioritise delivery orders.

We came to Middlebrook to do some sale shopping on the 27th December. We walked past Chopstix and could see things being set up. It looked nice and within our price point so we noted the opening time and returned when it "opened"......only it wasn't. I, again, checked the opening time (10:30am), checked my watch (10:40am) and then checked the inside door (located inside). It was locked with "wet floor" cones blocking it. I then went to try the outside door. Again, it was locked. The staff inside could see me trying to gain access but just laughed among themselves and offered no explanation. End of. If you cannot be bothered to open, I cannot be bothered purchasing. Simples.

Nice and quick noodles or rice. Reasonable prices too. Really enjoyed it. I had rice with firecracker chicken and salt and pepper chicken. Only complaint was I didn't get a single bit of fried peppers or onion with the salt and pepper chicken and the portion was a little measly compared to how much rice you get. Aside from that it was pretty tasty and quick and clean. Will definitely go again.

Always busy with a selection of hot food. Service is always fast friendly and efficient.

Really kind and friendly staff. Loads of great options including vegan ones which is massively appreciated. Food really flavoursome and good portions. Ready fast. Decent price point too. Atmosphere wise it's clean and lovely decor. Music not too loud and really nicely decorated. Great business. Will be returning and recommending :)

Absolutely amazing noodles! Been here many times and food has always been outstanding. I absolutely love the caramel drizzle chicken and is definitely a must-have any time I go. Would highly recommend trying the salt & pepper wedges too as they are really good. Service is amazing, prices aren't expensive compared to other restaurants, food is always SO GOOD. Chopstix Never Disappoints!!

My grandad went in on his own, and met a lovely employee called Johnny. We went again together and he recognised my grandad and remembered their last conversation, asked how my grandad was. Didn’t make us feel rushed, was so lovely. That’s exactly what we are missing in todays society so thank you Johnny. It’s so nice to know that my grandad who’s been through a lot this year is met with people like you who take the time to listen.

AVOID MONDAY NIGHTS - look, this is a decent little takeaway but there’s a really big problem - if you go on a Monday evening, the guy and lady who work that shift give meagre portions compared to their colleagues on other nights. I love Chopstix but for some reason, on Monday’s, you never get a full box of food which doesn’t seem very fair. They need to be consistent with their portions otherwise guests will start eating elsewhere.

Chopstix has really gone downhill, they don't even serve real beef anymore some substitute instead, so pretty much all chicken.egg fried looked disgusting.

Great visit to this store today. Karen was amazing as was the King Po Chicken and Apple Pie Rolls. Definitely give the place a look 👍👍👍

Another fantastic visit to Chopsticks in Middlebrook! A special mention to Karen, who was absolutely wonderful and added to the great experience. The Firecracker Chicken was a showstopper—so beautifully cooked and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere in-store is always welcoming and vibrant. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Dined in this morning, this place is always good foods delicious staff are always happy and helpful. Never disappointed.

Went in to Chopstix to try the new Plant based Teriyaki. Ended up buying a 3 topping box and absolutely loved the plant based Beef and the Firecracker Chicken. The staff were very knowledgeable on the dishes and forthcoming with recommendations, Karen was so good she managed to upsell me to get the Cauliflower wings (again an excellent addition). Excellent value for money, great service, and great food. Will be back soon.

How can this be called food ? Tasteless dry hard rice, flavourless noodles, my 3 year old can make a better curry sauce .. awful awful awful

First time I have ever been and the last, over priced for the food you get, salt and pepper cauliflower bites no cauliflower in them seriously, pictures show noodles with spring onions etc no just dried up noodles. Nothing nice to say really shocking really

First time customer and very disappointed. The delivery driver set off and took 25 minutes to deliver despite being 7 minutes driving distance, he spent 15 minute of his journey sat on new Chorley road (Tracking app) Chicken balls arrived clock cold. Egg fried rice arrived with a slight warmth but also pretty much cold. Chicken in BBQ sauce arrived clock cold. They didn’t deliver our sauces with the two chicken balls. They also delivered only 1 standalone sauce out of two we ordered. Absolutely terrible food and service.

Been here a few times and have always opted for small portion boxes as it's usually quite filling, after a spend of £28 for 4 small boxes and a small Pepsi it would appear shrinkflation has hit, left still hungry , far too expensive for what amounted to 5 or 6 forkfuls of food, tasted ok though.

They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. It's rare to find such dedicated staff who genuinely care about their customers. The venue itself was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. It was also nice to see that the other customers seemed equally happy, which speaks volumes about the consistency of the service and quality at Chopstick. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Middlebrook. Kudos to Jonny, Jamie, and the entire team!

Wow little hidden gem at Middlebrook Bolton. My daughter loves this place we are here weekly for her bbq chicken noodle treat. Her new fave place … the food is hot every time, meat dishes are delicious they have a loyalty card so points built up quickly/ great value for money. Karen is also really lovely she is friendly and service is prompt x

First visit to Middlebrook's ChopStix, cannot fault it. Generous portions, great choice of toppings. I had Thai curry and it was absolutely delicious, with a bit of a kick. Definitely coming again

Goof food, very friendly and helpful staff

Ate at the Middlebrook one with my family. Unfortunately, our noodles were very soggy as was the veg, the peppers were just mush. The chicken was poor quality, the texture was awful. No chilli prawns or apple pie bites, which is fine, it was a busy weekend. However, the server must of been having bad day as she was very blunt in her responses when questions were asked. The food went in the bin.

Food surprisingly nice, both young staff were friendly. Cameron was really helpful as it was our first visit.

The atmosphere is wonderful with great seating & a clean environment. I had Cameron serve me & I can say I was definitely pleased with the customer service he provided. He provided an excellent service with a smile and ensured he gave customers the best experience.
