People on shift did not know recipes, servers were rude and the place was an absolute mess. The two workers I interacted with, Robert and Fahadul, we're both slow, distracted and rude to other workers who were clearly doing their jobs. They also just lie to you, telling you a meal deal is cheaper than box and a drink, as well as denying the existence of a small box. If you ask me, you're much better off going to the McDonald's right next to it or Kokoro down the road.

Been here a couple times, more for the entertainment, it's like a circus how poorly this place is ran. First off the portions are small, some of the staff are great, a younger boy is glasses and a man with long hair are both great. Can't say that for some of the others. One guy, Fahadul, started a shouting match behind the counter at the younger boy for touching food with his bare hands, even though he hadn't WHILST I WAS ORDERING! It's especially crazy as I've seen the manager not only touch food with his bare hands, but EATING IT ON SHOP FLOOR!! Incredibly unhygienic, food is either bland or way too spicy. Some very clear problem staff that cause the team to run the place like a circus, management included. Very few redeeming qualities about this place, you've got so many better options nearby in Canterbury, trust me, just eat there instead.

Just had £66 delivery half the order was missing food was cold and poor quality. The vegetable noodles were hard and did not contain vegetables. We called the restaurant to ask if they could deliver the missing items which were in the receipt so paid for. They refused to send the missing items out and told us to contact just eat. They failed to complete the order NOT just eat

Nice food and friendly staff, we arrived quite late in the evening and they were very amenable even reopening the toilets for my mum

Twice in a row I have ordered curry from here and not received any curry, only rice. Rice itself has a microwaved flavour and was cold. The one time I successfully got a katsu curry here, it was Chinese curry sauce, not Japanese.

I pop in often on my lunch breaks and the staff are always so friendly and lovely and the food is delicious!

The food was great and so was the customer service. Special thanks to Fahad who gave us freebies :)

Actually more tasty than expected. Got the big night in deal and all 4 of us were full with at least a further meal for two of leftovers. Food was reasonable, pretty generic, but flavoursome enough. Could have been warmer, but we are a bit in the sticks. Exceeded expectations.

Had the best experience as always but this time it was extra special as the server Fahadul treated us like family. 1000% recommended. A must try for everyone

Had the MOST AMAZING experience with the food and specially the server FAHADUL. He had been very friendly and patient with us as we took time on deciding what to pick. He has been helpful in recommending what to pick according to our spice tolerance. Definitely recommended for a good meal. Will always choose to come here than any other place

Love the concept, nice and simple with just enough options to try different things. Pricing wasn't super clear on the first visit, with being asked about extras as you go down the line. When you've been a time or two, or studied up in the app it's easy (can't personally read the display boards on the wall and the billboard and signs don't mention all the price variants). Cool that they have an app and loyalty scheme. Absolutely going to go back as it's as nice as their other locations.

Missing food items and food is cold and stale

my food never arrived. waited for over 2 hours with it saying "courier is waiting at restaurant" and no food. driver didn't cancel order, so I have no clue what happened to my food.

The food was really not nice. The egg fried rice was strong, almost raw and very under seasoned. The sauces were okayy, but the small portions. Overall dissatisfied

Rice wasnt egg fried rice and was burnt noddles had no veg very tiny amount of chicken. Chicken balls was actually more of a pop corn chicken very disappointed

Came in about 9.20. They had run out of my favourite chicken Amie and Adam were so helpful and happily cooked up what we wanted. Their customer service was amazing. Lovely atmosphere and they recommended the best dip I’ve had in a long time. 10/10 on service & food quality. Thank you guys!

I enjoyed my time at Chopstix a lot !y friend and I recieved incredible service from the manager, Ram. He greeted us with a big smile and was patient through our indecisive order making. Even when the resturant was busy, he made sure everyone felt catered and taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend Chopstix to those at Canterbury, not just for the delicious food but for Ram's diligent service.

Food was hot and fresh. Generous portions. Staff member Ram was particularly great.

I downloaded the app and received some free spring rolls. The service was lovely, and they gave me the spring rolls without requiring a purchase.

I had a wonderful experience at Chopstix Canterbury, thanks to Mr. Ram, one of the managers. His polite and humble demeanor added warmth to my visit, and his recommendations made my meal delightful. We tried the bbq Chicken and salt and pepper Chicken, both with generous portions, and the chicken balls were excellent. Mr. Ram's outstanding service truly enhanced the dining experience.

The food was amazing and full of flavors. The service by Ram was excellent. I dined in and found the Red Thai dish so good that I ordered it for takeout as well. Ram made our experience even better with his warm and friendly attitude. I give 5 stars for his exceptional service.

I visited today with my Sister and my 18 month old Daughter. All of the staff were lovely, we were greeted the moment we stepped in. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! Only think I would suggest to make an improvement to the restaurant, would be to have Highchairs available.. it wasn't fun trying to eat my food and keep my Daughter still with her food all in one place, as she couldn't reach the table either.

Quick, friendly service. Food was presented nicely, with a good choice on offer. The food itself was cooked perfectly, kept hot, and tasted great. Inside the restaurant, there is ample space and a choice of tables to sit at. Clean and tidy. The ambience is much like many other fast food outlets in the locality, but quieter, which I liked. Certainly, it's family friendly, although the menu might not suit the very young. I'd say it is a much nicer dining experience here than one of the 'big' franchises that is nearby, and for teen s and adults, the food tastes a whole lot better.

Went in at 8:25 when closing is stated at 9pm to be told most things were unavailable as they were closing soon. Till was already being cashed up. Not sure if closing time is stated wrong on the website, or overly eager staff - but not a great service experience.
