Llegamos alrededor de las 6: 30 pm el 29 de julio de 2024 y les tomó 30 minutos tomar nuestro pedido y luego estábamos esperando otra hora y 20 minutos para nuestra comida. La comida era agradable.

Llamado para una comida el viernes por la noche, No puedo creer que una excelente vecindad para pasar el comercio está cerrada a los visitantes, Sirviendo solo a los huéspedes del hotel, Aparcamiento vacío y muy pocos restaurantes, Mala decisión de negocios yo diría

Nos alojamos en el Premier Inn, que era lo suficientemente agradable. El desayuno se tomó en el Beefeater vecino. Era terrible más parecido a un café de transporte. Suelo sucio, pegajoso y muy desordenado. El personal no mucho mejor, pedí un huevo revuelto y me dijeron que no tenían huevos! ¿No podría haber salido alguien por unas decenas? Esta fue de lejos la peor experiencia de desayuno de la historia. Nos fuimos habiendo tomado unas rebanadas de tostadas y una taza de té.

Both my sons and I stayed at the Premier inn for a funeral the following day. I asked a staff member if we would need to book a table for dinner and she said that as they were quiet, we shouldn't have a problem. However, when my son went to get us a table, she looked around at a lot of empty tables and then decided where we could sit. The waitresses were not very happy/friendly and seemed a little put out at having to serve anyone in the room. The food itself was really good. After eating, we went to the bar to have a drink. At ten to ten, the bell went for last orders. 3 young and pretty drunk young football fans came in and made a lot of noise. Seems that they knew them. We had to leave just after 10pm, even though it should have been open until 11pm. Behind the bar, on the floor was not very clean. Only one guy in the morning on Friday was very friendly and checked on us a couple of times. Christie Fields Beefeater, you can do so much better.

Un comportamiento absolutamente repugnante. Había pagado la comida de la posada principal de al lado. Me dijeron a la llegada que no estaban sirviendo a los huéspedes del hotel debido a las reservas a pesar de que el bar estaba vacío cuando me quejé de que a regañadientes me encajan. Comida aplaudir frío y el servicio lo peor que he tenido!

Just touched down in the uk woohoo. I came from Panama prison 🇵🇦 no I’m not micheal Schofield haha. I came for an ostrich knuckle sandwich with beans but I left with a knuckle sandwich to the left side of my jaw (see photo for damage-1hp btw) I took a big concussion not a fair fight 😟🤬. And the person who committed this crime Danny boy I heard he’s head chef. Two words… step outside 🤺. This gay (guy - spelling error) needs to be put behind bars where I once was in Panama. Very average. The seats were well worn and dirty and the food was not particularly special. Convenient for the Premier Inn but I wouldn't plan to go there especially.

Booked through work! Mucky place, surprised it passes bacic hygiene.. Food came clap cold.. Colder than the beer in fact!

Sunday dinner nice but expensive deserts very pricey carrots were very tough server was lovely well up on everything great day out for fathers day well done may return soon but for different option best wishes thanks for a nice day

Called in for late breakfast one of the better ones from pub chains the few staff although busy we're still in good humour.

I shall NOT be returning! Thought I’d pop by for a Sunday lunch with the fam and I wish I hadn’t. Where to start.. roast was drier than the Sahara desert, absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, not to mention there was a GINGER hair in my grandmother’s food! She’s 93 for crying out loud, give the woman a break. And just as you think it couldn’t get any worse.. a bloke that works there, goes by the name of Dan I believe, is INCREDIBLY rude. When I went to complain he told me, and I quote: “keep your hair on mate” knowing FULL WELL i’m balding😡 so inconsiderate. And to top it all off the place had a worse atmosphere than the etihad and that’s saying something. I think I’ll stick to grandma’s cooking next time thank you very much, she might be 93 but at least she’s still got a bit of common sense. DO BETTER!! PS: Granny Bridget has a message for you that bloody prat Dan. (see photo)

I am DISGUSTED, Geeza called Dan Lobbed this black turban looking hat at me and said " womp womp " like really, i came here for the infamous mixed grill only to have a mixed argument with this donny, never coming again :)

I met with 2 friends who only get together every 10 years. As we were staying next door, we arrived back at 21.45hrs only to be thrown out at 22.00. Had we known, we would never not rushed back. A sad ending that has left a sour taste with all of us.

We got there before breakfast finished and was they couldn't serve us disappointed

Came for lunch today with some friends. Food was better than expected and service from Holly was amazing, she really catered to our needs. Definitely recommend!

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff

Waitress was great but the food not worth waiting 2 hours for or the price. In fact I could have driven home in that time and done a better job myself. They need to change their chef or risk driving business away. I would have understood if it was busy but it was just short staffed. The food was cold and fries were cold and hard. The salad garnish no where to be seen. This was a family celebration and I felt very disappointed . Definitely won't be recommending it to anyone.

I wouldn't normally bother writing a review but feel compelled to do so today. I was surprised to see how run down the interior was upon entry. This was my first time here, other Beefeaters aren't great but they are better than this. I got a friendly greeting from the girl behind the bar and she showed me to my seat. I ordered my food and when it arrived it looked like it was all just dumped on the plate, 0/10 for presentation, it all looked quite anaemic. A pool of water sat under my steak, surely the Chef knows to let it rest before plating it up. The food quality was pretty bad. Tasteless meat dumped on a plate. After dropping my food off the next time I spoke to the waitress was when they took my plate away 20 minutes alter. No idea why I even left them a £3.50 tip either. I'd say the Chef hates his job and just goes through the motions. I wont be going back to this place, I suggest you shouldn't either.

Semi regular for this location. Food has improved a lot, I always enjoy my meal and they cook my steak to medium/medium rare perfect, can't remember the last time I had to send my steak back. Service was a bit slow but the food was worth the wait imo. Vouchers make it really good value for money as well. Very friendly staff.

Heading in for Sunday lunch, The food was really nice. The lamb and beef was on point. Will definitely be back for it.

It's advertised on the website that it's 11: 00, 23:00 bar so when we had a family get together it was the perfect place, until they rang the bell 21:50 and said that's it leave, that done it for us three year's we have been meeting as a family and probably ten years going in there on and off for meals, but will never go again.

Tonight we came in with our two children and our waitress Naomi was just absolutely amazing with them both. She was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and more. It’s not easy going out for dinner with two young children and she made sure they had colouring in to do to keep them busy. We will definitely return again.

Although booked in for breakfast we kindly received a handful of tea bags the day before for tea when we found we had left our own behind. Staff always patient and pleasant - makes for a good start to the day.

Everything went very well, right from being warmly greeted & shown to a table. I was asked if i would like to order a drink while I was perusing the menu. The young lady went and fetched me a guiness. She then asked if I had found what I would like to eat & if I needed any help. I had decided to skip the starter & went straight for the ribeye steak. I was then asked how I would like it cooked, what sort of chips that I would like & if I would like anything else including a sauce. She was very thorough & polite without any pressure. The meal came fairly quickly seeing that I had not ordered a starter. I was asked if I would like to order any other condiments. Which I didn’t. I started to eat the meal & I was soon asked, very politely if everything was ok. My first task when I order a steak is to cut it & check that it was cooked as I had asked. It was perfect, and I thanked her for asking. She was absolutely delightful as she came across as genuinely interested in whether I was entirely happy. When she came to collect the plate she asked me again if I had enjoyed the meal. Which I had, it had been delicious. The next question was would like a dessert. I answered yes, but I was a little undecided between three and she explained the pros & cons of each. It was so nice that that things were explained. I chose the cheesecake. She told me it was a good choice & would I like anything else to drink. To which I said no thank you. She was an absolute delight to be served by. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant especially if you are served by a young lady called Naomi.

Stopped here twice for lunch whilst staying nearby... both times the service was great and the value (esp lunch menu) was good.

We came here for a post-marathon Sunday lunch. The food (roast beef for my partner and prawn and veg skewers for me) were both a hit and the friendly, efficient service, chiefly from Louise, was appreciated :)

Booked table at 8 online then arrived told kitchen closed and talked to very rude by manager

Thank you Lekita for lovely service. She was incredibly patient and helpful with our table that had hungry adults and energetic children. She served us with great hospitality and made us feel comfortable all through the evening. Thank you so much.

We came to celebrate our birthdays, the food wasn't great, but couldn't fault the service, Pete was a fantastic server, managed all the tables by himself, it was busy as well, served us with great enthusiasm. But wouldn't eat here again

Had a lovely 60th birthday meal for a family member. Louise was our lovely waitress. She went above and beyond to help us to celebrate this occasion. We were a table of 16 and there were other tables in the restaurant too that Louise was also taking care of. Would highly recommend. All food was great too!

This was a funeral wake and we had the buffet, very good we all thought!!

Went for a meal with friends, I had a steak sampler and it was great! Huge portion, delicious. It was a very busy night but staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks Alex for making our night perfect!

Staff were great, food was also reasonably priced.

The staff accommodated my wheelchair needs with care and compassion. The food was lovely. My only criticism is that when I was having the roast chicken the plates were a little small for all the bones.

I really enjoyed my experience here tonight. As soon as I walked in Liz greeted me and instantly reached for the gluten free menu and asked if I wanted a tea (well remembered!). Next my second host Lekita, brought over my drink with plenty of sugars (remembered from over a year ago when I last saw her). She was so kind and made sure to note down my food allergy and meal choice (from the gf lunch menu). A third host Rosie, stopped by as I was waiting for my meal and made me smile with her kind words. The Makahni Curry was very enjoyable and I ate every last bit. Definitely was a great experience tonight so I’m very grateful to the 3 hosts and the chef for the food.

Alex was lovely, great service, very attentive and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. Will definitely return again. 10/10

Dreadful. Ordered and paid for a pie and then was told they didn't have any. So, chose fish and chips instead only to be told they didn't have this either. Finally ended up with a very average lasagne. My other half ordered a filet steak which was mostly gristle. Won't be back obviously.

Lovely dinner. Alex was super helpful, had great customer service and was really funny. He made our visit very enjoyable! Thanks Alex you’re a star!

Great service pleasant staff & surroundings

Sadly, our food was cold and not well cooked, one of the mains was just full of fat so we sent it back, and by the time they had replaced it, everyone else had finished eating. Not one person's fault, just very understaffed and therefore poor service.

Good food , friendly staff Dean was our server and most helpful Was attentive but not over the top Good atmosphere and will come again

Had a lovely time catching up and eating with a friend tonight. The food was great and the service from Dean was fantastic. He was funny and friendly and knew the answer to any enquiries we had. We shall definitely be visiting again and hope to be served by Dean again!!

Dean was the one who hosted our group for the evening. He was very professional and attended to our every need, very polite and would love to have him host for us again. Food was delicious and I would definitely recommend.

Went to Beefeater since I heard the food was delicious. Got there and we were informed that there is a waiting time of 45min on food. Not a problem at all so we ordered drinks and had a few laughs. The place was not busy at all.After an hour the food arrived. Firstly the order was wrong. Secondly it was so so badly burnt. (Asked for medium to well done) and I got charcoal. You could taste the burn. After sending it back , the second order came and it was bloody on one side. They cut open the steak on the otherside and said oh I don't really see that it's raw. They then took it away . I did not ask for more food since I lost my appetite and settled for a Mc Donald's burger After my drinks. The atmosphere is beautiful however you only see two people actually running around working who were the manager( if I'm not mistaken) and Alex our waiter, who was lovely and very accommodating. The rest of the staff who were there dragged their feet, waste time on tasks given and they could really be put to better use to take some of the workload off of the two that were running around. We also had asked for lemon slices and they gave us rock hard , dried out lemons. I'm sorry but tell your guests we are all out on fresh lemon, or ... let me go grab some from the kitchen for you. The girls behind the bar were talking more than actually working and the other one who eventually started slicing fresh lemons took the worlds time in slicing. I really feel it gives a bad taste when you have people that actually don't want to work and just want time to pass by. I do hope that the next experience will be better and that the girls are put to actual work! Thank you to Alex for your hospitality and for ensuring that we were happy and just for going the extra mile.

A disappointing meal, steak which I ordered as Medium Rare, but came as well done and the rocket was limp and well past its best. The pudding was nice, service slow

Sadly the menu here is a bit lacking. There are no light lunchtime snacks or soups. There were very few chips or peas with my pie and my wife had very few chips with her fish. It was all edible but lacked any refinement or presentational skills. The Worthington bitter was ice cold and should not be served like that. The whole of the restaurant looks as though it needs a good dose of TLC and a lick of paint. We will not be returning in a hurry.

Oh my god! What a Banging breakfast! The only thing missing was TINNED TOMATOES! PLEASE FIX ;))

Called here on a Monday evening for dinner with colleagues while staying at the adjacent Premier Inn. Had to sit in the bar area, as we hadn't booked a restaurant table. The place seemed to be rather short staffed. Some menu items were not available, which was rather frustrating as they took the order to start with, had to refund, and then pick a new choice. We overheard a staff member say that 'No prep for the evening had been done during the morning' The food was on the whole enjoyable, just the service was a bit lacking! Would I eat here again, maybe!

Staff were miserable, Sunday toast was 17.99 cold meat, soggy chicken skin, no seasoning, gravy stated like soup, piece of paper under roast like anybody wants to eat paper. Will never eat here ever again. Left most of the food

I visited this morning lace last night with my family and some friends who live locally. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive to Manchester to stay at the adjoining premier inn, ready for an early morning flight. We thought a couple of hours here meeting friends would be the perfect start to our holiday..,.how wrong were we!!! The place was extremely empty at 6.30pm when we arrived. The waiter was lovely, very friendly & that’s where the positive experience ended. When the food came the fish and chips that my friend ordered were stone cold & the chips were hard as rock! So he sent them back! We waited around 20 minutes for a new meal. By this time my meal still hasn’t arrived & when I enquired about it, I was told that the waiter forgot to put it on the order!!! So everyone had finished their food by the time I got mine. No discount was offered, just a quick apology by some woman who looked in charge. We then waited ages for the kids desserts to arrive and they only came after we got up to ask for them twice!! I’ve never been in any Beefeater pub or in fact any restaurant/pub with such shocking lack of service or customer care. I visit Manchester a lot & I will definitely not be visiting here again. My friend who lives locally was apprehensive about eating here due to the bad reputation it has locally! Which I can now fully understand.

We were booked in for a family gathering of 14 adults and 4 children. Service was very slow. 2 members of staff working flat out. Ended up ordering drinks from the bar as the staff was so busy. Food was very disappointing starter and main came out together. The whole place was dirty shabby and In Need of an overhaul. Never used to be like this as we have been a lot over the years but since moving away it is central for family to get together. Will look for alternative venues for future events. And yes you get what you pay for but these prices are middle the road for frozen food.

We came Sunday for breakfast, it was very busy but the choice of food was excellent. Hot buffet is also all you can eat and you help yourself. The young lady at work was pleasant even though she was on her own and ran off her feet.

The breakfast was not nice. The sausages and bacon was very undercooked and smelled like wet dogs. There hasn't been any fresh fruit until my last day and they only put apples and unripe bananas out. The milk for the cerial is long life milk at room temperature and that tastes bad. To top it off, I couldn't make a hot drink to take away as they didn't have any takeout cups. All week I have struggled to enjoy the breakfast here. I will say that the evening meals are great though👌

2 meals ordered, 1 a chicken goujon starter as a main which arrived rather overdone and the beef & ale pie main course without the peas but including a pie that had obviously been reheated (dry and hard crust) but which, along with the chips and pot of gravy, was just about warm rather than hot. When given back to the waiter with the information that we didn't have time to wait another 25 minutes for a replacement, his response was a puzzled "do you want me to take it off the bill?)

Food was good value. But more importantly, Connor was an absolute legend who couldn't help us enough on both days that we visited here. Thanks Beefeater and thanks Connor!

Breakfast. The staff are great but overall this is quite a poor location for a premier inn breakfast. The toast machine was broken - no toast. One coffee machine meant lots of queues just to get a drink. Food was OK but limited.

When we turned up for breakfast at 9:00am the manager refused to serve us as he stated there was only enough food for hotel guests. The restaurant was empty. Sounds like a lazy manager to me!

Saturday we called 21.20 to book but said closed?Lady on phone said because it was quite but.. website is open to 23.00 "Majority of our restaurants will take last food orders at 9pm and last drinks orders at 10pm (On Sunday its 9pm)" disappointed

Dean kept us well looked after and protected from the muggles. Sadly wouldn’t serve us butter beer as the mini witches were too young. Despite him speaking parseltongue 🐍 and being a Slytherin the food and service was great. One little witch even secretly left him a tiny plastic baby Voldemort hidden in his pocket

The food here is Ok, and the staff are lovely, it's just unfortunate the facilities don't reflect how nice the place is. My partner and myself have visited the establishment 4 times in 2 months, our first visit I mentioned to the staff that the toilet in the womens bathrooms on the bar side was broken, and they said they knew and someone will be coming to fix it. The two times after that I noticed it still wasn't fixed so I mentioned it again. Today we visited again and the toilets still weren't sorted. I feel this is disgusting and doesn't reflect well on the business, and doesn't reflect well to your guests.

Food menu limited. Service still very slow but staff polite. Bloody good brekkie though. Set up for day at footy.

Looks like a lovely place to eat & Was hoping to go with my family for christmas dinner but considering the service I have found somewhere alternative. After booking online and recieving an email to say I needed to pay deposit, I then got a phonecall at quarter to 8 in the morning off the manager. Baring in mind I was getting my 3 toddlers ready for school so I said sorry where are you calling from she said "its beefeater... you know the booking that you made?" Almost like I was stupid. Told her I'd go in over the weekend and pay. Anyway weekend came, I went in with my partners card to pay what I thought deposit. Was greeted by a lovely man at the bar who said he would get somebody to help me. The manager came over, sour faced not much of a greeting, looked on the system and told me I needed to pay full. She said I could only pay deposit if I was a member.. whatever that means, so I said I'd have to go and ask my partner who was sat outside in the car. he said it was fine & to go back in and pay however she had made me feel so uncomfortable not only on the phone but also at the venue that I didn't even want to go back in! And im glad i didnt because she was rude to met yet again this morning. I recieved a phonecall off a personal number saying "do you still want to book or not?" First of all how am I meant to know where your calling from when it's your personal number? And 2 maybe try & speak to your customers with abit of mannerism. Whats wrong with saying "hi it's ___ from beefeater, I was just wandering if you'd still like the booking?" It's basic customer service skills! working in management & retail myself i understand this time of year can be very stressful but having a stinking attitude with the public isn't going to attract much custom especially when they are willing to pay over £150 for a meal.

Stopped here for some great food, especially the veggie rice substitute organised by quite possibly the best server I've ever experienced DEAN. I'd go back just to see him again (and the divine veggie rice)

Booked a table here due to Heald Green being fully booked, was very happy with the welcome and introduction to the layout from Connor whose polite, pleasant and extremely helpful manner made for a great breakfast treat for my mum, daughter and grandkids. The other staff members, both female whose names I didn’t ask were equally courteous and made an extremely hard working team and really made a huge difference throughout my visit. Great team and I will definitely be back for breakfast at Christie Fields, well done Beefeater.
