Horrible re heated dry food , worst Indian I have ever had and poor customer service where when you complain and request to return. They ignore

Been coming here for years with my family members overall lovely food every time. However we did come across a long black hair which was not an issue at all we just wanted to make sure they were aware , confronted by the manager and he was very defensive and said this did not come from there kitchen and did not know what to suggest me and my husband both have light colour hair . Then I was confronted by another server to say they have taken the curry off the bill and was offered a free drink then I over heard the reception staff talking about us they said they just want something off there bill so we paid in a hurry and didn’t not stay for the freebie due to being made to feel uncomfortable Lovely food but the staff behaviour not up to par.

Saturday night takeaway. Phoned order in and it was ready in 30 minutes. Chicken tikka biriani and Korai Chicken with bonbay pots and Peshawari Nam bread. Very good quality chicken and tasty. One of the best in Ashford

We've had several takeaways and meals in the restaurant here, it's absolutely one of our favourite places to eat. The staff are so warm and friendly, the service is fast but not rushed and the food is to die for! We feel very comfortable taking our lively five year old here and having date nights too, it's a lovely place to eat and they do make a fuss of my daughter and go out of their way to make her feel special.

Unfortunately this curry was not nice today, so tomatoey. Dansak didn’t taste like dansak just tasted like tomato. Big uncooked Lumps of garlic everywhere. Lot of the chicken was tough.

The food is amazing! As vegans too, it's hard to find a curry but this place not only does it, but they are the best curries in Ashford!

Went for this restaurant because I was in a hurry and saw the good reviews, but looking in to them it seems they aren’t really relevant anymore. The food was nice but not great. It was tasty, but there was absolutely no heat from the spice whatsoever - despite most of what we ordered being marked as Medium or Hot. Excessive use of onion and large lumps of tomato disappointed. Very annoying that the restaurant artificially limit menu options just because it’s Just Eat.

Food was delicious, partner and I shared a pilau rice and a garlic naan along side the chicken tikka starter, chicken tikka masala and a chicken bhuna. Everything came out looking great, the chef did amazing, the staff are amazing and brought the whole meal together

We had a lovely meal despite some unprofessional behaviour by the man at the entrance desk/bar. Clearly our waiter was new but he was under a constant barrage of feedback from his manager. There is feedback and there is abuse and throughout our meal we had to listen to this. So unnecessary, this could have been handled so much better and we were not even that close. The food was very tasty and served in a timely manner . Our only disappointment being served Aloo chat puree instead of Aloo chat. It felt a little over priced for what we ate but next time we might skip the poppadoms and accompanying dips as they added a large amount to the bill, maybe we should have asked to take them home! Overall a nice meal but spoiled by the behaviour of the aforementioned staff member.

Been a while since I visited here. Forgot how much I much prefer the food here. Always a warm welcome and food is the best Indian in ashford. Well worth the visit. Flavour full tikka masala.

Never been here before but delighted to find such a friendly restaurant where meals are free of ghee and have reduced salt. Loved every mouthful!

Nice Bangladeshi food. Very fresh tasting with very little oil or salt. Only criticism, I'd like a bit more choice of dishes. There's lots of choice, but only up to about Madras hot

Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Aloo, Pilau Rice, pistachio ice cream, all perfect! My driver was wonderful; he arrived 20 minutes before estimated delivery, and informed me that the chef had very kindly added (the best) onion bhaji's to my food order!

My partner and I ordered a takeaway for collection. On our arrival, staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. We ordered a range of dishes and the price was super reasonable! We also got some onion bhajis on the house which was lovely! The food was beautiful and the portions were huge. It was our first takeaway curry for a while and we will definitely be coming back again!

Myself and my husband had a takeaway from here on Saturday. I can’t fault the service, speed and welcoming from all members of staff when going to collect. Also the food was amazing would highly recommend to friends and family. We shall definitely be ordering again and our new go to Indian! Thanks again to all the staff!
