Clean Kitchen Battersea Power Station in Wandsworth

Visité Clean Kitchen en Battersea Power Station el 23 de noviembre de 2024 , y tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante. A pesar de que me dijeron antes que el restaurante estaba abierto hasta las 8 PM, cuando regresé a las 7 : 13 PM para hacer un pedido, me informaron que el mostrador estaba "temporalmente cerrado. " Después de esperar pacientemente, me dijeron a las 7: 20 PM — 40 minutos antes de la hora de cierre declarada — que ya no aceptaban pedidos y que cerrarían el mostrador en tres minutos. Este mal servicio al cliente fue frustrante no solo para mí, sino también para otro turista que fue rechazado de manera similar. Es decepcionante ver tanto desprecio por los clientes, especialmente en un lugar tan prestigioso como Battersea Power Station, que se enorgullece de ofrecer una gran experiencia. La falta de profesionalidad y la mala gestión de Clean Kitchen perjudican la reputación de este monumento. Espero que la gerencia tome en serio estos comentarios y haga cambios para garantizar un mejor servicio para los futuros visitantes.

Comió en la cocina limpia el jueves pasado y fue cobrado en exceso por £ 5. 00 . Le pedí al personal un reembolso después de que señalé que me habían cobrado de más para que me informaran que no podían emitir un reembolso, algo sobre la caja y el gerente. Me dejé detalles y me prometieron ser contactados por el gerente para ordenar un reembolso - es domingo y todavía no hay contacto! ¡No volveré aquí!

Tuve que dejar un comentario debido a la experiencia recordable que recibí aquí. Debo decir súper limpio y agradable estética sin embargo la experiencia de servicio fue realmente difícil, parecía que el personal no sabía lo que estaban haciendo. Pregunté 3 / 4 veces si un bocadillo se podía dar sin queso y después de esperar 20 minutos todavía tenía queso en él ... También pidió un matcha helado que se separó de la leche / textura súper granulada que no era nada agradable. Me hubiera gustado haber escuchado las malas críticas antes de ir, ya que era un gran desperdicio de dinero.

Buen café suave, enorme dolor sabroso y chocolates y una buena selección de ensaladas o "paquetes" de pan plano para el almuerzo - ¿qué no te gusta? Muchas opciones veganas si eso es lo tuyo. El personal también es amable y servicial. Como no vegano me encantó el café y las opciones de comida aquí y sin duda lo recomendaría.

La hamburguesa Smash estaba seca y fría -peor aún-, ¡cualquier salsa que le hubieran puesto sabía a pescado! Absolutamente asqueroso y no barato tampoco.

Wasn't open between 1pm and 3pm on Thursday 7th March. Gut-feeling was it looked permanently shut. Owner needs to re-affirm opening times if they are still trading from this location.

Service was so so slow, people seemed to be running all over the place not knowing what they were doing. Wrap was yummy. Also doesn’t seem very eco friendly watching staff put general waste and recycling all in the same bin

Found you by accident today, and am so please I did. Had the Katsu burger, and it was honestly the best burger I've had. Thank you all.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming! And the food was delicious! The were kind enough to give us free samples of their frozen Berry acai bowls which were lush on a hot day. Easy 10/10

I have been extremely pleased with the service that has been provided to me and my colleague, especially by Katy b. I will definitely be coming back

I’m a frequent visitor here and bring friends. Staff here remember me, my order and make me feel at home. Katy served us this morning with a cheery welcome and lovely coffee.

Food was amazing and smoothies, service was super quick !!!!! I had the spinach smoothie and pesto melt both were so yummy and refreshing it was super cool in there and felt relaxed the food was sooo good and loved the staff

Visited due to my daughter wanting to try this restaurant and also wanting to see the Power Station. The meals were good and tasty, the price not too bad due to the location, my only gripe was the time it took for our meals to arrive, but if you enjoy vegan or want to try, would recommend.

There was nothing I liked about this restaurant. I walked in and saw nice looking salad bowls, but the label was on the bottom and was not readable, so I couldn’t tell what was in them. So decided to try one of the burgers. Chips where nice, bbq burger was horrible. Had to throw it away as so unpleasant. My daughter had a different burger which was slightly better in flavour but made her feel sick for the rest of the day! Over priced and not good.

A really nice place to eat. I had the chicken katsu bowl, which was excellent. Also a "clean'n'lean" smoothie which was lovely. Staff seemed efficient, welcoming, cheerful, polite.

Foods great, wide selection too. Nice layout of the restaurant too with good music on. However, the problem is everything’s very overpriced.

Battersea, power station, Clean kitchen club. After the lovely warm welcome from Tia, who remembered me from my 2 previous visits. It all went downhill from there I had to wait close to 30 minutes for my food which came on a tray instead of a takeaway bag , both the burger and fries were cold. The orders were piling up & table counters needed clearing. Unfortunately, the member of staff that was sat next to me, didn’t see in any rush at all to help out when asked & sat there for a further, 6 minutes.

Healthy yummy food, utensils made from avocado and not plastic , gift bags and friendly staff. A great little restaurant that we recommend you try!

Found this place after looking around Battersea mall for something decent to eat. Well this place was spectacular. My wife and kids eat meat and initially had some reservations. Well I can happily say they wouldn’t have known anything different as the kids thought the nuggets were chicken based. Would I go back , in a flash, the food is over priced but then again they are dealing with a niche market so I do see why prices are high. Good job Clean Kitchen. You have an amazing menu and the food was delicious. Thumbs up from me

Fantastic staff, healthy great food! No animals killed or damaged! Loved it and will definitely be back!!! Well done all involved and well done for the brave people who brought this food to us!!

The food was amazing and there was a range of different burgers and they were all very tasty, I loved the chicken burger

It would be inaccurate for me to write anything at odds with these positive comments. I visited Battesea Power Station with a friend yesterday afternoon and we had great food in such comfortable, welcoming surroundings at the restaurant that we are certain to recommend to...

Only hot food available was this vegan mac and cheese that tastes like farts. Limited menu, overpriced, chaotic service
