Coates House in North Somerset

Was quoted 10- 15 minutes for 2 coffees which seemed odd as it wasn’t that busy. Waited 30 minutes in total.

I'm disabled and use a walking aid. I asked if my coffee and cake could be bought to my table. A very begrudging yes was said. Needless to say it sat on the counter for 5 minutes before I struggled to go and pick my tray up. I said to to person doing coffee that I thought she was going to bring my tray over. There was no eye contact and no apology. Disgraceful service.

Expensive, small portions and they charge £2.25 for toast as it doesn't come with the trad breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Never paid more than a tenner for such a small traditional breakfast. Not worth it.

Staff on the bar were lovely but please avoid the food. Ordered what we thought would be a restaurant meal and we got food in a takeaway box plonked in front of us with no one telling us were cutlery etc was. Chips were stone cold and disgusting. You pay restaurant prices and get yesterday's left overs.

Possibly the worst subway I have ever had employees had no interest in customer service would rather flirt with each other. Sandwich wasn’t toasted properly bread tasted like it was a couple of days past it. Stay away also I’d advise conducting a CDT for the employees at this store..
