We had an absolutely wonderful evening. There’s nothing I could fault. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was 10/10! The black cod was definitely the highlight of the night. The softest fish I’ve ever had that completely melts in your mouth. The coco mixed grill was brilliant and so were all the starters. The calamari definitely stood out and we couldn’t stop eating it! The service is absolutely spot on and the staff were extremely efficient in clearing away tables. They were all very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful with views of the tower bridge. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the atmosphere was brilliant. Cannot fault a thing! They are also fully Halal with no alcohol on site which is amazing 🤩

Amazing dinner and Ridoy was a great server with amazing customer service. He gave us complementary ice cream for my friends birthday and an amazing message with a beautiful drink that tasted and looked amazing. Will definetly be back again for sure!!

Beautiful restaurant - the service was incredible!! Had booked a table for 17 guests for a birthday dinner… Received the private room in which Naim and Ridoy who served our table were amazing - thank you so much!

We ate very well whether it was starter, main course or dessert. Our waitress Ruku was adorable and often present!

This place has excellent customer service. All the workers are really nice and welcoming. We were greeted by Ridoy, the supervisor, who made it his mission to ensure that we were happy and enjoying our welcome at Coco. I would recommend everyone to come here. 10/10

Food was great and service was friendly with a very nice interior and view over the Thames. However I do find it quite ridiculous that I have to spend a minimum of £25. When I go out for dinner, I always just order only a main. So why should I feel like I have to order more just for the ‘restaurant policy’. To be honest, the policy doesn’t make much sense as if all I want to spend is £20, shouldn’t that be enough? Also, the menu was pretty pricy, the fire chilli chicken that doesn’t come with rice should not cost £20. Despite this, the food was very good and tasty and the staff were friendly.

I went here for my birthday, it was a fantastic 22nd birthday. Ridoy supervisor ensured me and my family members were looked after, our food arrived quickly and the portion size was very generous. My favourites on the menu were the duck tacos and crispy calamari.

Ridoy's service was incredible, he did everything he could to make us feel at home! This place is a gem. It was my first time coming and I definitely will be back thanks to the amazing food and Ridoy! Coco grill is very lucky to have an amazing person with them!

Thanks to the waitress who spoke French for welcoming us so well and guiding us in our choices. It was very good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Table of 6 with three children, I thought we were going to be refused but no. It was great. Don't change anything. Your address is validated for our next stay in London. And what's more, on foot from the Tower Hotel. The dishes were quickly devoured so no photos sorry. It was really good! Thanks again

An incredible place! The meal was absolutely delicious, every dish was flavorful and well presented. I had an amazing experience at Coco Grill and Lounge! The Korean chicken wings were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the Lamb Shish was tender and delicious. The Messy Wedges hit the spot, and the Lotus Cheesecake was the perfect sweet finish. To top it off, the Royal Spirit Dakari was refreshing and beautifully crafted.

The impeccable table service, very friendly and smiling. The dishes are very well presented, good fresh produce and mastered cooking. An inimitable taste of teriaki! I love my little family too much too. My 5 year old daughter loved it. Thanks to the waitresses and waiters! The owner of the place is very friendly, he is a balm to our hearts ♥️ he made us feel good with a good dessert offered for the pleasure of our little princesses! Go for it

I got bad smell from food.even the food I got its not cooked properly .I couldn’t eat anything .from this kind of restaurant it is very shameful for them.i spoke with one waitress and she offer me to change my food but I’m totally disappointed about today ,totally bad experience!!!

Environment was really nice. Entire restaurant was so photogenic. Food was nice and got the food so early 🙏 after having food i sat outside to have my dessert. The dessert was freshly made. The restaurant totally overhyped food wise.its my second time visited this restaurant,they are very welcoming and I got always friendly service from them.but I thought in the price what food quality food they provide its totally waste of money!they mention they are turkey cuisine but food quality it’s just normal restaurant to salty no test I was spoke with they’re receptionist about food quality they tried their best to make my wife happy.its was my wife birthday but I’m not satisfied this time!very disappointed.🤮🤮

The place is very very nice and is located in a great place the only things I would fault is the amount of seating as the seating on the inside is not enough so we had to sit outside and the price the price is way too much which I understand because of the area but still I ordered the duck tacos starter and it was £13 it was 4 small duck tacos it was an ok price chips are £5 and when you order a main if you want chips it doesn't come separately the plating is very nice though lots of shisha smoking so if you aren't into that don't go there as they smoke inside and out cost per a person starter main dessert drink at least almost 100 pounds so you need to have money. The service was also all over the place as there were about 3 people taking orders outside and lots of people they were trying to take everyone's order and they looked very stressed you could see so I have to give it to them they did their best. + The restaurant does have a magician, but me and the people i came with didn't get to see any tricks we left quite quickly after eating as it was getting late. I went a few weeks ago in early December, but I just forgot to write a review. The place was great they just need to figure out a flow that works in high customer hours.

A very nice place for shisha. This is my second time visiting Coco. It's a great place to enjoy with a group. Their behavior with customers is excellent. They are so kind. They kept coming back to check on us to ensure everything was fine. They always have a smile on their faces.

The food was really good. However, the service was such a let down. The service was appalling from waiters huffing and rolling their eyes whilst ordering to being ordered to leave the table after our slot ended. It was my sisters birthday all you guys needed to do was wait until she blew out her candles before asking us to leave. Please give your staff some training because that was honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Unfortunately my boyfriend and I went to eat and smoke in this place. Having spent 200 pounds, immediately after leaving we felt terrible! food poisoning that ruined our holiday and we spent two days vomiting with fever. a terrible experience despite the appearance of the place that attracted us a lot.😭

Very disappointing experience! After we finished our meal, we ordered shisha, but less than 10 minutes later, they asked us if we wanted to leave because there was another reservation. They did the same to the tables next to us. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you've been seated for less than an hour, you expect to be able to enjoy your drink or shisha without feeling rushed. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. It's a shame because the food was decent, but the poor treatment means I won't be returning anytime soon.
