it was very nice but only received one scoop of ice cream instead two scoops

I ordered some desserts and was very disappointed. My waffle was cold, the cake was ice cold, the slushies were liquid. And they refused to refund us for something we couldn’t even eat. Absolute trash.

asked for white chocolate as the description says any ...and got milk chocolate ...disappointed

Have ordered from here a few times & normally the waffles are still warm, but yesterday unfortunately they were rather cold and seemed a lot smaller than usual.

Went today after a trip to the escape room. Waffles were lovely and so big some of us could not finish them. Staff went out of their way to provide a few nice little extra touches as they knew it was my daughter's birthday. It's a shame that there aren't more tables as I am sure they would fill them.

Was freezing cold. Wasn’t what I ordered and tasted like it was cook 3 days ago. Very disappointing for the money spent.

Very small portions expected more for the price wasn’t packaged professionally either my panini came wrapped up in tissues?

First time trying cocoboss and wow. Both had a waffle I had kinder brueno and my partner has the special delight with strawberry and banana and both had a milkshake. Staff were friendly and recieved brilliant customer service will definitely be returning soon x

Hands down the best dessert place I’ve ever ordered from! So so so good!!!
