The guy who works here is rude and condescending. Dare you not be a perfect coffee expert and ask for advice on which drink to choose.

Lovely coffee place. Had the americano which was brewed perfectly! They’ve got milk alternatives. Great service. Tiny place but a nice, chill spot to enjoy the view of the lively street in Bourton-on-the-water.

Family run perfectly charming cafe. We visited around Christmas time and I still think about the wonderful service and lovely black coffee: )

We have visited this coffee shop before at a less busy time of year and all good but this time in the peak of Summer maybe they were not quite so focussed on quality. A regular take out cup, should have been called small, and was not really what we think of a Latte to be, it was more hot milk that contained very little coffee taste and at £3 each we would have expected better from anyone. We drank it as we wanted a hot drink but did not pass back that way again or we would have called in and told the owner given them a chance to explain. Must do better in our view !

One to avoid if you like coffee!! Very poor, couldn’t even taste the coffee, even in a latte you should be able to taste the coffee!! Tepid milk no froth, smaller than average take away cup too. Pretty much undrinkable!! On a positive note there wasn’t a queue - wonder why!!

Service was fine but if you like them coffee I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I had a flat white and like the reviews stated 5 years ago, it was a watery, flavourless coffee which suggests two things - poor extraction of the espresso and an inability to froth milk properly. This was evident in my wife's latte too. If all you want is milky water with a load of syrups in it then you'll be in for a treat but "Best coffee in Bourton on Water since 2016" as it states on front just isn't true. It's a shame as a place with so much tourism could benefit from somewhere that understands coffee and be a big success but this place felt like it would rather disguise poor coffee with syrups.

Lovely coffee. One small table if you wanted to watch the world go by; otherwise mostly takeaway I assume. Some cakes on offer (not homemade I don’t think) and various biscuits in jars for a small price which I thought was a nice touch.

Wow! Lovely coffee, friendly staff and a great atmosphere in a good location. So much to choose from, from smoothies to a scrumptious latte. I couldn’t ask for more! Maybe a sausage roll😉 but this coffee shop like to keep it simple and offer the best quality of what they do. There is also plenty of cakes and cookies for all ages! My favourite is the carrot cake yum yum. I would totally recommend! And eat all the cake on offer😜. Enough about food and drink! Let’s not forget the fantastic service! I was warmly welcomed by two lovely staff members who were super chatty and friendly😁 will definitely be back soon! Thanks coffee hub

We’d arrived in Bourton-on-the-Water on an August Sunday lunchtime in blistering heat, seeking water and good coffee. We found it all here with a cool place to sit and fantastic coffee options both hot and iced. Top quality coffee served with real care and knowledge and a very warm welcome. We cannot recommend this coffee too highly !!

You must come and have a coffee if you are in Bourton on the water! Excellent coffee. The posted hours on the door was a huge treat 😝

Tiny but excellent coffee shop just off the main riverfront. Limited seating but top personal service and superb coffee. Grab yourself a salted caramel iced latte to walk with. Lovely

We stopped off for a drink over the weekend and we’re so happy we did. I had a lovely hot chocolate but the owner was lovely really chatty and super helpful with giving us info about getting the bus to Stow on the wold. He couldn’t of been nicer. Not one of the biggest coffee shops in the village but definitely the friendliest.

I went here a long time ago but just remembered it. so flat white with oatmilk, This is probably one in my list of the top 5 coffees I've tasted . The flavour just showed pure quality. Owner and staff was also very friendly! All the best to them !

Group of 6 of us went to visit having been enticed by the delicious hot chocolate menu outside. We were the only people in there, however we were rudly informed by the owner that there was no room as there was 'loads' of us! Fair enough with Covid we understand that not everywhere is happy with too many people, but the rudeness was uncalled for. Fortunately La Reine opposite was wonderful and accomadating with delicious drinks and food!

If you are in Burton and appreciate good coffee and friendly service, this is the place. Being a small shop, there can be await while drinks are prepared, but the wait is worth it!

Lovely christmas specials, one of the best coffee shops in bourton. Dogs allowed in too which was great.

You can get the best vegan coconut and lime muffin here, so good! On top of it, the staff is very friendly.

Proper coffee properly made, limited seating means little atmosphere

They do know about coffee here and provide, of course, a personal service and an excellent cup. As one would hope for and seek, as difficult as such is to find, this coffee shop is suitably cosy and peaceful. The interior is clean and stylish, with mildly and inoffensively quirky decoration. Coffee is their primary art but I suggest also trying their homemade desserts.

My wife and I stopped here for coffee during a bitterly cold wander around Bourton on the water. The coffee was fantastic, definitely the best I have ever tasted, though I'm hardly an expert!

We visited here with our friends who have recently moved to the Cotswolds. Great tasting coffee, quick and friendly service will definitely be back next time we are here!

Go here if you want to support a local cafe. Serves amazing coffee - you would notice the difference if you went to any other cafe in the area. Order a flat white - they’re are divine! Great service and a real local gem.

Stopped for a quick coffee whilst on a whistle stop tour of Bourton. Spotted this little coffee shop on the way from the car park and stopped off after we’d had a little walk around. Friendly welcome, 2 mochas, and 2 hot chocolates later we left satiated. Prices are reasonable and the drinks were lovely. Highly recommend.

I finally try a real coffee in England! I had a Cortado prepared to perfection, definitely a must for coffee lovers who are walking around Bourton.

A truly love original coffee shop

We visited the coffee hub at the weekend after going to the model village. The chap there was very welcoming and had a nice little conversation with our little boy about what he had seen that day. Great hot chocolate and coffee which warmed us up nicely on a very chilly day. Definitely recommend a visit

Only popped in for a coffee which was reasonably priced and very tasty artisan coffee. The staff were very welcoming.

On a quick visit to Burton-on-the-water over the Bank holiday weekend every where was extremely busy. We popped into the coffee hub as they had space for our party of 6. As you enter there is a nice smell of coffee, The owners were very welcoming and some of us had white hot chocolate with cream and raspberry syrup, whilst others had mocha coffee, it was all lovely and hot and very tasty. The salted caramel cookies were soft texture and very tasty too. It is well worth popping in, for a moment of calm, to make it even nicer maybe more modern seat cushions and maybe a little background music but we still really enjoyed our visit to the Coffee Hub.

We dropped in here on a cold November day. Only a few tables in here and none were occupied....but t was out of season. Proprietor was pleasant and helpful. Tea & coffee were good. Place lacked atmosphere and any feeling of comfort. Good place to go if you want to avoid the crush!!

Ironically we were searching for a coffee shop which turned out to be in Stow on the Wold so this was a surprising and quality find. Even more delightful was that this place was so calm on what was a very busy summer weekend in BotW.

Uninspiring cafe but decent coffee.

Our tour guide told us that the place to go for a hot chocolate was the Coffee Hub. With whipped cream and marshmallows, it was a delightful treat on a damp afternoon. Enjoyed the cookies, too.

We visited this Café on the 5th of October 2017. The service was quick and the coffees were beautiful. We would recommend this café to anyone visiting this area.

A lovely cup of Cappuccino my wife and I drank here. Nice and creamy and from the moment we walked in to when we left we were made to feel very welcome. Only a small coffee shop but small is sometimes good and Coffee Hub proves this

Nice little independent coffee house situated near the end of the High Street. No cream teas in sight, but serves good coffee and frappuccino's. Small selection of nice cakes and cookies to go with your drink.

Lovely little cafe with an independent feel. Happy there was an option for soya milk! Worth a visit - especially if visiting alone.

We had two great hot chocolates here, orange flavoured, and they were great, it was a very clean and friendly....and open when most others were closed!

Have not tasted better coffee anywhere else! This is a gorgeous little coffee shop in the heart of the Cotswolds. Beautiful scenery to match the décor inside. The service was impeccable, staff are incredibly friendly! Would now drive an hour from Coventry just to come for coffee hear and would recommend this place to anyone who loves their coffee! Come in for a coffee whilst waiting for model village to open met the owners, such a lovely couple & daughter, we was made to feel very welcome & the coffee was amazing we will defiantly visit next time we are in Bourton.

This is the first time I have visited the Coffee Hub. I had a very warm welcome when I first arrived and the service was brilliant. It might be a small shop but you had a rapour with the person serving you as soon as you walked in the door. They also do different cakes and different coffee flavours. I would recommend this place to everyone. As I am a resident of Bourton this will be my local coffe shop from now on.
