Good example of a Coffee #1 outlet. Not the best; not the worst. Kept cleaner than their Trowbridge branch. Great coffees and cakes as usual for this chain.

Why is coffee served luke warm in this place? I could have downed it in one! I specifically asked for steaming hot coffee when ordering yet it was only just warm when served to us. It was replaced with no fuss but what a waste. Chairs ripped and seats sagging. Some of the profits could be reinvested in smartening up the furniture.

Just passing through and chose this one with a party of 3. My panini was served cold in the middle, but was replaced no fuss. Wife found her late undrinkable. Some of the ‘character’ chairs are just broken and need replacing. Staff good at a busy time.

Dropped by on a hot day and had the iced tea. Good size and price. Liked the fact that there is a place where you can help yourself to water foc. Also coffee mulch for gardens foc.

Pause très agréable sur notre chemin à vélo. Nous avons pu profiter d’une des deux tables dehors devant le café. Les sandwiches et les cakes étaient classiques, bons mais pas exceptionnels. Bon smoothie. Personnel très sympathique.

Really lovely little coffee shop with friendly staff. Would always choose here rather than Costa over the road even if it is a bit more expensive, as the coffee and food is far better. The only slight complaint is that it can get a little warm in there, not sure it has air con.

It gets quite busy, but the young women behind the counter are friendly and seem to know what they are doing. Coffee and a pastry isn't cheap, but the Americano was hot and strong; and the little custard tart was tasty. Some seats are more comfortable than others. 🙂

Compared to Trowbridge branch, very poor...... The lady on the tills had absolutely no personality or skills whatsoever and she was also pouring the coffee which looks like something you could get at home. Absolutely no skill involved whatsoever. As to the stirrers and sugar, they were hidden behind the till and the cashier just grabbed them and plonked them in front of me. So now I have to use stirrers that she's handled rather than once I could pick out myself. I ordered Latte.....What I got was a flat white!!!!

Frequently visit this branch and would always recommend over other local coffee shops. The staff are always super friendly and very welcoming. The service is brilliant and speedy during peak times. The atmosphere in store is also very pleasant Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Always feels cosy, but when busy, can be quite loud. It is my preferred place to take my partner for a hot drink and light bite.

Our "Go to" coffee place when in Warminster. We were there at 11am on Nov. 11th and was impressed that the whole place was silent for the two minutes remembrance. Well done - respect!

There is a world of difference between gourmet coffee and regular Joe, even if the Joe is served as flat white, Americano etc.. This is a regular Joe place, and none the worse for it. If you're looking for a selection of single origin beans served as pour-overs or drips, or a gourmet espresso, this is not your place. If you like Joe, served in a variety of styles, with a selection of sweet and savoury treats, by friendly staff, in a cozy environment then it might well be. I enjoyed the coffee, and appreciated the atmosphere.

Usual cosy coffee shop. Good coffee and plentiful selection of other drinks. Sweet and savoury food. Pleasant, helpful staff. Dog and child friendly. Good disabled access and loo. We love it.

Great flat white, thought the hot chocolates were overpriced for what they were! But as they were a seasonal treat, they don't count!

Friendly, efficient staff. The hot chocolate was well made, my wife was very happy with it (much better than our home #1 efforts). Coffee was great too.

It's probably a 3.5, maybe a 4. The coffee and cake are pretty good and I like the ambiance too. I would be more than happy to meet a friend for a catch here. I think it just has that edge of a chain feel for me.

Staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Love the hot chocolate with marshmallows, cream and chocolate curls. Their cakes are delicious. But my favourite part is that you can take a bag of coffee grinds home for your plants. (For free!)

Staff were amazing, friendly and funny. Coffee was delicious and English Tea came as tea leaves in a stainer in a teapot....best cuppa for years!!! Seating comfortable and well spaced out. Toilet very clean and well equipped for all levels of disabilities. And as for the cakes well what can I say other lush....😋😋😋😋 👍👍👍😁😁😁

Very dark inside coffee strong and Caramel slice so hard could hardly cut it. Not inviting. Very loud customer sat by us talking loudly on his phone. Though that is not your fault.

Love Coffee#1 the best chain coffee shop in Warminster by some distance. Nice choice of coffee's, kids love the hot chocolate, lovely cakes, ginger bread people and toasted teacakes. My favourite is double macchiato and Pastéis de Nata.
