A brilliant shop. Much bigger than a lot of their stores and all on one level so no lifts or stairs to use. The staff are helpful and the cafe is easily accessible as are the toilets

Parking was difficult. There was plenty of choice of products in store and the staff are very helpful. Instore cafe serves a range of hot and cold food.

A good store with a really good selection of Christmas decorations and trees. Also the plenty of mirrors pictures for the home. Plus the standard home items curtains and kitchen utensils.

Always a joy shopping in the arts and craft department as it's so well stocked. However, we did buy an excellent sofa from there too !

Wanted to buy an artificial Christmas tree and found one we were interested in, which was over £100. There were ten boxes out, but there was no display model so that we could see what it looked like, the shape, needles, etc. We asked to see the manager (it was above the shop assistant's pay grade) and asked her if they could take one out of the box so that we could see it. She told us that they weren't allowed to open the boxes, but we could buy one, take it home, and if we didn't like it, fetch it back, and they would refund us. When we explained that we lived over 15 miles away and returning wasn't going to be easy, she told us to buy it and open it on the other side of the checkout! I fear that with this attitude to customer service (from a manager) and the lack of a display model, there will be 10 boxes of unsold trees worth over £1100 still on the shelf after Christmas.

Such a great selection of home decorations. The craft section is brilliant, with lots of kits put together, at great prices.

Lovely atmosphere inside the shop it's always nicely decorated around Christmas time. Found everything we needed for our art projects and more. Prices are reasonable too

Brilliant store I managed to get all I needed. Plenty of Christmas decs not too busy but will be in the next few weeks. Plenty of staff at the tills hardly any waiting to pay. Thanks to all staff on duty today.

Always lots of items for your home/garden or for personal/family use, whatever the season, though only given 4 stars as there is always queues.

Service is appauling in this store always a que, staff not interested in serving, and people are constantly complaining due to lack of customer service. It was one of the worst stores I've shopped at, i personally left my products and walked out, and I went to dunelm instead. This store is desperate for staff and, most importantly, management who is not near retirement it needs someone who wants to push the service so people enjoy shopping here.

Bought 2 Christmas nutcrackers on 7-10-24’ Ordered online ‘ Next morning collected from store ‘ Got home opened the box’s to find both smashed to bits ‘ Phoned them straight up said they will arrange to have them collected’ Three days this week I’ve received an email to say they are getting collected’ ( I’ve waited but no one came) I must have emailed them 10 times and messaged on WhatsApp ! Which is a waste of time ! This companies after sales a ridiculous’ I paid£100 for these items and they won’t refund me until they’ve been collected’ But they keep saying courier coming then they don’t come ‘ I just want my own money back this is ridiculous 😩

Lovely selection of xmas items. Although buying a 7ft xmas tree and asking the assistant could I leave the tree at the check out while I got more items to pay all together with. The reply was I can't carry it for you. I then told her I never asked her to carry it for me I asked if I could leave it at the check out. She laughed if off then disappeared. Even though i have bilateral knee replacements and on cancer drugs I still carry my own items and go to work. Assistants need to listen what's said and not make it up as they go along.

Good shop , but the toilet was nasty. The manager should take care to maintain it tidy.

Recently moved to the area, blown away by the amount of products on offer, very large store, lots to choose from.

Great shop however out of the 3 times I have reserved & paid for items online twice they have not been in stock when I've gone to collect from store so had to be refunded. This isn't a criticism of staff or the store but the way their online system works as staff in the store explained that the systems do not catch up with stock levels fast enough so it shows items available when they aren't.

Aladins cave, you can find any household items there. Prices are good.

Went into store to purchase a garden fire pit set no one to help eventually was told can’t help just go online, went online and ordered the set (£1,299), got an email confirmation of order but no delivery date so WhatsApp’d customer service twice and no reply, then went onto chat again twice and chat got closed down as no one replied! Eventually had to call the store to speak to a manager who called head office only to be told my delivery will take over 2 weeks ! I was never informed of the lead time when ordering or I would have went elsewhere, really poor communication from the range, probably the worst after sales experience I have ever had !

Ordered a garden patio set which was delayed for 2 months. It wasn't until I sent an email chasing it after several delays that they chose to send it. We'd got it on offer, so I suspect they were holding it until we gave up so they could then sell it for full price. It's magically turning up this week following my email. Avoid preordering or ordering online at all costs unless you fancy a piss about. I don't trust the range at all after this and would only ever buy in store going forward.

Good shop ,I did find a lot of things not priced which is annoying, asked the man on the garden section for some decking stain and was very unhelpful so I didn't purchase any as I couldn't find it, staff on checkout friendly

The store was well organised, clean and well staffed. Indeed I would have given it 5 stars, but they were blasting out terrible music which wasn't to my taste. I accept that we all have different tastes in music and so I wouldn't normally mention it, but this was so loud as to make it impossible to ignore. I have been to many other stores where the music was at a much lower level and so didn't bother me at all. My suggestion would be to have it quieter, as background music so as to be easily ignored should it not be to the customers tastes. Also the car park was full of huge pot holes which caused me great concern. I will not be returning to this particular store, although I still love the range and will be shopping in other stores. I am fortunate that this is not my local range and therefore I can avoid it in favour of the range in Darlington. It may be a smaller store but there are no potholes and no loud music blaring out.

Never again. Unhelpful, seemingly untrained. I'm disabled and had to take a staff member looking for where I picked something up from. Then whilst my shopping was on the till a member if staff took trolley, with my money in and then said oh I put your £1 in the charity tin!!!!

Recently refurbished store selling good selection of household goods, decorative items and mirrors, plus pet items. It has a garden centre selling indoor/outdoor plants, compost, pots, etc There is also a new cafe in the store.

There seems to be big changes happening, which already looks to be a more modern and spacious environment.

The Range stock some Wilko branded stock in store and if I order from Wilko's website, I can return it to The Range instead of having to post it back. At the time of writing this post, however, there is no Click and Collect service for Wilko goods.

Clean store, bit chaotic with the renovations

I bought a pack of Premier Curtain Hooks from the range Unit B Portrack Ln, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 2PA. The printed price for this good was written 1.49. But, I was charged 2.49 It is against the customer right to stick a fake amount on goods and ask more money from customers. It was the first time I bought something from the range, and definitely would be the last time. I am very sad and unhappy and require a right answer from the manager.
