A friend ordered from here after receiving a promotional text message, the order was confirmed then they were notified that the food was being prepared... The restaurant then cancelled the order and would not refund the order money, they had rang numerous times to politely request a refund to only be greeted by refusal and insulting language. Do not order from here, it is a scam!

After asking for an explanation I was spoken to very rudely and was hung up on. My partner has also tried to attempt a refund on a couple of occasions but also was subject to unacceptable abuse. They cannot understand that it is theft.

Mould on Apple pie, order was incorrect

Very very long time to be served what was a very unsatisfactory meal, won't go again.

Worst pizza from there for a long time burnt pizza forgot to put items on it. Garlic bread uncooked

The fried chicken was awful, the food had a taste as if it was off therefor it was £30 wasted. I rang to politely question the order and they hung up on me. We have never left a bad review nor complained in this way but we definetly will not order from here again.

Great little place but small portions and food could be better

Just got 2 chicken kebabs the pitta bread was stale and fell apart as you tried to pick it up and was very small . Will not be going back very disappointing ¹

As always an excellent delivery service with great pizzas.

Placed order which came to £62. The order had items missing. When told the staff weren't interested. There was 3 members of staff in the shop. All I can say is check your orders.

Very fast for the food quality not good small portion for £ 10 mixed kebab would not use again

I gave my son a tenner, he ordered burger n chips no salad or sauce they gave him cheese burger! N gave him another portion of chips he didn't want came home with 1.80 change how much is burger n bloody chips even with another portion it shouldn't be that price

Spent 26pound for food not to arrive would avoid this place absulte joke waited till have past 1 when food was ordered at 11.15 to be told after 2 hours sorry will be a bit longer to the restaurant to then be closed and no food

Was really disappointed rang up for order for my son . He waited over a hour when he received the food. Its was cold . I rang and asked for some hot food and got told that I could not have replacement that had to lump it. We payed £14.70 for a Donna and chips and a garlic bread . And we live 10m8nutes away from the shop

Really dissappinted! Lamb & chicken kebab & a mix box meal! Very small portions & the lamb was so tough £18 wasted money! Sat night treat & just not worth it... sorry guys. Update! Spoke to the manager who was so nice! Couldn't apologise enough. Replaced our food and to say it was gorgeous is an understatement! Thankyou and yes i will be ordering again! It's a 1 off as our food is always beautiful...

We were extremely disappointed. We had been travelling home late at night and both of us were very hungry. I checked out local places that might still be open as it was past midnight. Continental website said it was open until 0130 hours. Great we thought. So there we headed even though it was out of our way somewhat and got there for about 0100 hours. It was not open. People were in there working/ cleaning and they said that they had shut. I pointed out that their website said they were open until 0130. One of the staff said "well we have to clean up at some point" Not impressed as the detour had eaten in to the time and we could not find anywhere else that was open.

Always great food and great customer service.

Ordered a pizza of half with & half without cheese just, which most places won’t do, delivered quickly, nice & hot and exactly what I ordered 👍

I aint a person to moan but OMG! Couldn't be more disappointed! Food wasnt only delayed, but came and was disgusting! Think you guys need to learn how to cook a proper "chicken burger" because that was a disgrace! And as for "garlic bread and cheese", more like garlic bread and greece!

This used to be my go to place for pizza. Unfortunately last time I had one it had a strange taste to it so I’m gonna give it miss for now.

12 inch thin crust meaty pizza is amazing - good price and ready very quicklh
