Only two staff members on one serving and the other doing nothing as much as I could see been a couple of times best avoiding lf your in a rush

No hot food at 12pm on a Saturday

Shocking lack of staff and any kind of urgency. Be prepared to watch them working at a snails pace while you queue. Also watch what they put in your sandwich as they never get it right

Love this shop and the most amazing staff ever, super helpful and always jolly! Nice atmosphere, always looks clean, shame about the change in salad and pre made sandwiches. Defo be returning on the daily!

Used to love this place. Been coming here years on and off. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. But what went wrong? They have stopped many of the sandwich fillings I used to love. I notice that all beef has gone from the menu and many vegan alternatives have replaced them. I like beef and would like the freedom to choose. So, I will have to choose other options for lunch that do not restrict the choice on my behalf. No idea if there is some woke drivers behind this, but they are losing customers.

Popped in for a sandwich on my way past this morning. The 2 ladies working there were lovely, they've really made my day. Thank you, and I will see you next time I'm passing.

Constantly running out of large bread rolls and now not even stocking the large brown. Useless staff who do nothing to fix the situation. I am not longer going there and I know a lot of others who have stopped going as well. I will be surprised if this stays open much the longer the way it is being managed.

I give up with this place. They have a sign up saying breakfast all day everyday except by 2pm they never have any bacon in, have usually ran out of most things. Today I went, bearing in mind the roads closed so you’d have thought there’d be way more stock, no, not even bread. I’m not even gonna attempt going again because they never have what I want in.

Great service, great staff and great food. Not much else to say about that...

The pastry has changed and not for the best in my opinion. Cheese and onion pasty has no taste anymore as I don't eat meat they were my go to but not anymore. My last couple of visits the shelves look bare and this is in the morning. Products have definitely gone down the pan, the only saving grace for me are the lovely staff.

Good selection of pastries, hot food and sandwiches available. Reasonable prices and special offers

Bought a sausage and TOMATO sandwich, heavy emphasis on the tomato. The volume of sloppy tomato rendered the bread a mush pile.. unable to eat without a knife and fork.

Same old the sandwiches are just slapped together and the cuppa teas are shocking, if you want a sandwich made without the love and service without a smile it's brilliant !!

Great staff, good selection of sandwiches, pasties and cakes with regular special editions

Is it a bakery or a sandwich shop? A very poor stock of bread and only very basic cakes. Brough could do with a really good bakers, providing a variety of quality bread products and patisserie but Cooplands is not it. Maybe it does just cater for the local workers who go in for their lunchtime sandwiches and pies?
