Costa in Camden

Went there to try and get a convenient breakfast without having to walk too far. The coffee was cold somehow? And the food was that bad you could get better food on an aeroplane

Sylwia was chating with her friend and tge queue was long because of her, it took me to get one espresso 15 minutes

Overall the food, drinks and location was pretty good. However the staff had very poor English, so we had to repeat everything on the order 3+ times and speak very very clearly. Luckily we weren’t in too much of a rush. Toilets were also broken, which I find to be a worryingly common theme in London chain cafes. Especially Costa. Not bad just not the best hence 3 stars…

Why nobody from Costa has confronted the large loud crowds of youngish Arabs smoking pot outside is beyound me. Feel sorry for the people who work there..Management need to sort this out.

Acabo de recibir un muy mal servicio al cliente en la sucursal de Euston hace solo 2 minutos. La señora estaba malhumorada y grosera, esto hizo que comprar un muffin fuera tan desagradable. Ella tuvo una actitud conmigo y yo fui educado. Con todo lo que estaba sucediendo, no estaba pidiendo por el mundo ni siquiera por una sonrisa, pero hacer que alguien se sienta tan mal comprando un muffin es simplemente triste.

ホテルの近くに2件あり、いつもテイクアウトでコーヒーを買いました。チェーン店なのであちこちに店舗がありますね。ロンドンで はスタバよりもコスタの方が多いのかな。味は特筆すべきところはありませんが、普通に美味しいといった感じ。

這間好市多，當我有空閒時，入去坐一坐，喝 杯咖啡，令我都感到很舒服，很休閒。咖啡味也有好多不同選擇的。

busy busy place. Worth the wait. Costa coffee is one of the best for me. This place was very busy on the day of the visit not sure if it is always like this.

it is all right for teas and coffees (did not try the cakes) but they have so much competition that they need to up their game really. Costa in general feels a bit untidy, this branch is all right.

I live locally in Kilburn area and I have regular at Costa Caffee in Kilburn London NW6 for a long time. Few days ago I paid two hot drinks with my Mastercard and the lady in charge the shop yelled at me because my card authorised my payment with signature. She voided the payment and told me this "We don't accept cards supported signature for security reasons, we are franchise and it is our decision to refuse card paynents whenever" I think her name Catia, she said she was the manager. Previous week, I remember paying with same card and she was shouting at me and my friend infront of customers the my card went streught to signature. I remember telling her that I have paid with my card many times and signed at Kilburn and elsewhere. This lady came across to me the rudest person I have ever experienced in my useful life. On 12th April around lunch time, she did the same by voiding my already apprived payment and ever shouting at the man behind the till. I have proofs I am going to send to Costa Coffee headiffice in Twickenham. On the very same afternoon I visited Costa Coffee at Euston Station, they accepted my card by checking my signature at the back of the card, smiling as usual and wishing me a great day. I work in Euston area, Costa Caffee Euston Station is my favourite, I always enjoy chai lattee there 5 days a week. Throughout UK, credit or debit card teansations are supported by: 1) PIN & Chip 2) Touch on 3) or Cardhokder's signature It is unacceprable one shop out of thousands to reject signature-transactions because they feel like it. There should be a sign on the door communicating such a wicked policy to the customer. You are told NO in NW6 and YES in NW1 does not make sense. I will complain to Costa Head Office and to Office of fair trade if necessary. On 11th, 12th and 13th April I used my card at Starbucks, Cafe Nero and Costa Euston Station. Today 14th of April, again Costa Coffee Kulburn High Road refused my already approved payment by voiding and saying "Sorry sir, our manageress instructed not to accept cards supported by cardholder signature". I went the a nearby Cafe Nero, signed my credit slip and enjoyed my coffee. What is really going on with Costa Coffee Kilburn High Road? Why are they so rude, so unreasonable and so erroneously franchise. I thought franchise meant a uniformed audited quality with same products, good service and equal global policy. Why this shop in Kilburn High Road is doing what they want and annoy customers? I wonder why ?

あちこちにあるので馴染みの店舗の一つ 混みそうな時間帯である朝も回転が早いので比較的待たずに購入できるのがありがたい

Costa has rich flavoured coffee. This branch got range of seating’s, wall sockets and WiFi. I love Costa’s sandwich, dessert items and the frescatos. The mushroom toasties, Malty Chocolate Crunch, carrot cake, chocolate muffin, mini muffins, hot chocolate, caramel frescato and so many other items. In the morning it gets really busy. Ambience is good, decent choice of background music and friendly staffs.

This was a little cramped and really hot on a very hot day. However, the coffee (flat white) is excellent at £2.50. I thought the place was a little untidy but not surprising with the traffic through this area.

I don't drink coffee to be honest, so I always order peppermint tea- but all these bog standard coffee shops are the same!! Very cramped, busy and servers not understanding English- which isn't good for a start!!

This Costa Coffee, is a better than your average Costa, it has a nice terrace where you can enjoy your cup of coffee. It is located next to a hotel. The only downside is they do not open till 7 am.

A much better choice of cafe than the crowded ones on and around Euston concourse. Only a few minutes walk away too. Coffee is reliable and there are the usual food choices. Seating is comfortable. This cafe adjoins the Premier Inn.
