I ordered Oat latte ,it was the worst coffee I've had in London !!

Friendly place, the coffee I was served today was no way hot. Luke warm at best. I think the lady who served me this morning didn’t heat it up to correct temperature. This has happened before. Generally nice place to go though.

We had a cappucino and an americano (in house) and i have to say.. it was really good. Just got back from italy so i know what a good coffee tastes like. Also ordered a croissant and a muffin. They were oke. Nothing special but worth the money

We dont even want to give even 1 star to this store. Lady name shianye I might be making an spelling error (she said she came to cover someone). She was on her shift we visited this store around 18.03 (27-05-2024), she was rude from the benining with us. She was being racist. She might had a bad day today but doesnt mean you should be rude with customer, Even our family member work in costa. We used privilege card and she dont know how to use it. What kind of customer service training she got??? We made second transaction and we gave £20 note and she said she dont have change of that £20 are you serious. In this busy area and no change?? What kind of management is this?? She start arguing with us. Staff name Chris he was there aswell and he said there is no change in the till and they dont have access to safe. I have one question where they are going to put the cash up after the closing?? Do they leave cash in the till whole night??. Manager need to give proper training to staff and give them enough change in their till. Not a friendly and kind staff.

Comletely unprofesional and very rude behavior, from a female Barista nearly 55 years old (very thin woman). She served us a toast without a papertowel. We asked a drinking straw and she answer us "you can drink it without straw". This hapened at 08.05.2024 at 11:00 am.

A male barista named Calin served us in a rude and agressive manner and he is by far the WORST barista we ever came across various cafe visits!!! I have ordered a cappuccino and kindly asked what was the difference between a flat white and a cappuccino. He did not listen attentively to our question and straight away asked “HAVING OR TAKE AWAY?!” which we didn’t even finish our sentences as he constantly cut us off. On top of that, the communication between him and the staff was quite quiet and looked like he is making everyone uncomfortable on the bar, as well as he was RUDE towards his colleagues which wasn’t pleasant at all. Overall the coffee was okay but wouldn’t come back for such negative experience. That barista needs to learn some MANNERS and show some respect to his colleagues and the team!!! Having sympathy for the rest of the team.

It was really busy this afternoon, but the barista Lara was amazing at managing the orders and staying positive. Coffee and biscuit was great 😊

Unmotivated and unfriendly staff. Speaking too quietly to the customer when music is playing. The poor handling of the inventory would make me angry as the owner, as the dishes do not have a long life. Three women behind the counter are working in a restructured manner.

There’s no WIFI in this store!!! What a shame! WIFI is one of the must have facilities in a cafe, and they do not provide it.

Calin provided a great service. Very friendly and attentive.

A nice cosy place to have a cup of delicious hot chocolate, convenient location. However the one bathroom for customers on the premises was absolutely filthy, with urine all over the toilet, seat and floor, paper scattered in the huge wet puddle. Very unhygienic.

Good coffee and cake. Great place under a roof, but still outside. Thanks to this, it is not so cold there in winter and you can drink coffee outside by a nice fountain. However, in the summer you can find some shade there during the heatwave.

In Hays Galleria. Typical Costa, if on the small side but with exterior seating in the Galleria. Usual Costa offer. Toilet gets very busy and is used by all and sundry.

It was only 1 person Servin and that's why therecwas a bit of a wait, otherwise the service was great.

As one of your regular customers, i was not at all satisfied with my most recent experience at the cafe. It is clear that the one high standard of Costa coffee is no longer what it once was. I had a flat white at this branch today, and it didn't taste like coffee at all. I hope the steps are taken to tackle the issue at great speed.

Perfect location to sit and relax outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. The area is sheltered so great for a rainy day.

I think Costa serves better coffee than the other Café groups along with nice pastries and cakes.Cafe at Hayes Galleria is particularly nice, I would recommend a visit.

The coffee was good, very tasty and the staff here were friendly and helpful. Remu was very helpful as well. Quiet place and nice view outside on Hay's Galleria.

Not been to this branch before. We sat outside. The coffee was good as per normal with Costa but the staff here were particularly friendly and helpful.

We visited Costa Coffee at the Hay's Galleria mainly due to its location next to the 'The Navigators' sculpture and fountain (which was working). However, my coffee was served too weak and had a slightly burnt taste to it; the babycino was served too hot to give to a child. Next time will visit the White Mulberries opposite.

Nice costa with outdoor seating covered in a galleria area. Staff were really nice & friendly. Coped well when their regular squirrel dropped in! Bake well tart wasn’t anything special, coffee was good & hot chocolate too.

Always seems busy, my favorite pit stop for a mid morning break. Its got the Costa standard, so no surprises, coffee food, all goodAlso the use of wi fi and toilets.

I like Costa coffee so this was a welcome find. The gallery draws the customers in, but there are no toilets in this attraction, so the Costa is popular for other reasons! There is only one toilet available in this café so there may be a queue. All the usual Costa products and pleasant service.

Small family group coming together from several different places so access via public transport was critical for some and the Galleria was convenient for a couple with their son in a pushchair. We were intending to have a brunch but ended up in a chain coffee house. Able to sit "outside" in the atrium and catch up with things over coffees, & a couple of us had toasted sandwiches. Nice ambience and no pressure.

The most wonderful staff. They are always so busy but always so attentive. They always know what I am ordering before I even speak. Perfect service.

Costa cafes are consistently good for coffee, snacks and friendly service and this one was great too, Late morning on a weekday it was quick service with plenty of seats.

My favourite Costa in the London Bridge area, a nice little hidey hole for when you just want to slip away and drink a coffee in peace.

Unsurprisingly this is an extremely busy branch of Costa and on this recent trip back to the locality I had to wait a long time for service. I generally love this chain and find the food fresh and reliable but I wish they would employ more staff!! Coffee was the usual Costa good standard.

Went here twice in a week. First visit was great. Morning. Crowded but kept moving. Order correct. Second was later in the week in the afternoon. Less crowded but took longer. Staff was inattentive and seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than filling the orders (correctly).

Costa at Hays Galleria is a good place to meet up with friends. Close to underground station. Good coffee as always in Costa. Very busy but quickly served. Friendly staff and felt welcome.

The staff at this Costa are friendly and I had no issues with the quality of the products. Was able to sit in here for two hours to do some work

All I can say is the staff are in need of some serious customer service/diversity training I've never met a bunch of unhappy miserable staff .The service was that slow I could have milked a cow and made it myself quicker .Very disappointing.

Terrible service, staff argued about cleaning the coffee machine rather than serving waited for around 5mins to be served while a queue formed behind me.

Popped in this coffee shop for a snack and warm cup of tea. Cozy atmosphere. The chocolate tuffin was tasty. Would go again.

Manager in a bad mood chuntering on. Miserable and surly to customers and staff. And the one toilet is out of order. Staff say it's not their problem. Won't be back!

There's always time for coffee no matter where you are. I love Costa Coffee. Today I popped in for a quick espresso as I walked along cannon str. Love that this little coffee shop was nice and clean and very quiet. It's situated perfectly so...

Found this Costa when visiting Hays Galleria. Nice location and this Costa is very comfortable and well decorated. The building was part of an old warehouse and this is evident from the Iron pillars in the building. Service very good. Standard of drinks and food...
