Costa Coffee in Redditch

Great staff but not a lot of food and empty fridges and the dishwater has been broken for weeks so having to eat from a flat cardboard box as a plate and drink from takeaway cups. Not fair on the staff who work there Disgusting

It is such a lovely place with nice stuff, but everytime I go there, many tables are sticky and they are dirty for such a long time until someone decides to go and finally clean them. But today it was another level, my cup was dirty and yellow from every side. Couldn't enjoy my drink, just left.

I understand that it's hard to get up on Sundays, can I change the opening hours from 08.30 to 10.00????

Busy but relaxed. Staff are always nice in this branch. I tried a oat milk chai latte for the first time 🤤 yummy! And my brother and niece went straight for the black forest hot chocolate, which they loved

Megan, Georgia and their team always serving up great drinks - they even start making them as we walk in the door now! Cake fridge always well stocked and always a friendly welcome Shout out to Tom and Harry who are particularly happy at 7am in the morning too! Good job guys x

I love Costa Coffee, their prices aren't ridiculous, the staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is always relaxing..

Went in at 1.45pm on the 6th of November. The two people serving were polite, efficient and was going the extra mile helping the elderly customers by taking the orders to their tables…. An absolute credit to the company! Thanks for a pleasant experience!

My daughter ordered a Panini, muffin and coke ordered from Costa, Trafford Park, Redditch on 20/08/23. The panini was not in the order, not a huge problem but it meant after paying for delivery, we had to go to collect anyway as the full money had been taken and there was no note on the receipt indicating why it was missing i.e out of stock which it turned out to be). My word, we were greeted by Morgan who had the worse attitude I’ve come across in years. When we explained the issue, she stated it was not her error and when we advised the order had been delivered in a sealed bag, therefore it was Costa’s error. Morgan smirked, advised we were “being ridiculous” when we asked why they hadn’t made us aware that the panini was not in stock (they’ve always done there and at other places). She then shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes and walked off. It was very clear that she did not care, does not enjoy being at work and has zero interest in even pretending to be polite.

Staff are rude, more specifically Morgan is rude and have no sense of customer service.

It's a Costa the same as every other one ,it was clean tidy pleasant staff

Great place for quick break from travelling for work. Had to clean the table myself ms no one came to wipe it over free either but they was a bit busy. Had a lovely shortbread just a shame they didn’t do more cakes like Victoria sponge and choc fudge.

What can I say about costa, my daughter spends a fortune on coffee, as for me i only drink tea

A nice clean place with very friendly staff that are only too happy to help. It was a pleasure to use this Costa coffee shop. Will definitely use it again.

Great place to have a quick coffee and cake with my pre-school daughter (although she didn't want a coffee and opted for a babyccino for some reason!). Great friendly staff. Worst I have to say is that the floors were a bit messy/dirty, but since we visited after lunch, I'll give them a pass as it was probably busy before we got there.

I go here regularly with a friend normally an hour before closing time. Even though the staff are starting to clean up they are friendly, attentive and happy to serve.

Great carrot and walnut cake, and delicious red Berry smoothie. But it's always cold in there with the air conditioning, probably be welcome in the summer though.

Amazing service from Daisy and the team we arrived at 18.40 they shut at 7 and were really polite and chatty and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent drinks was hot enough fir us as we do like extra hot drinks

I've not been to this branch yet but I had some gift cards to use so we parked up very easily! .... Walked into store and were able to have a takeaway (lockdown) was a great customer experience!!! My mum ordered a frostini for the first ever and loved it!!!

First visit today but disappointed with the general cleanliness. There was stuff all on the floor behind the counter, the tables all needed clearing and people were moving trays to be able to sit down. The toilet was in need of a clean up as the floor was a mess.

I visited this Costa on retail park this evening with a special little girl who was celebrating her 16th birthday. She is my friends daughter and we came as a special treat . The ladies in there were so kind to her. They went out of their way to make her treat special. Thank you very much . You were very kind.

This is a great coffee shop for a quick take away or my preference, to drink in, warm lighting and comfortable seating in a few different configurations make this a great place to sit and relax or to get some work done.
