Costa Coffee in Cambridge

The staff were amazing I came here about 10days ago, I had a seizure and the staff were amazing, didn't judge did all they could to help and knew what to do. Offered me a drink and something to eat and made sure I was safe before they left me with my friend.

Awful cappuccino and chocolate not keep properly considering the colour and texture. Got a Latte as a compensation, but not comfortable to come back. One star is for the quality not the staff. Patricia, muchas gracias por tu ayuda.

Nice atmosphere but now has become far too expensive...not value for money in my opinion

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ordered a Cookie and cream frappe. It was flavourful and tasty. Would definitely recommend this place. To come hangout with friends and chills.

Was good Costa in the Grafton centre in Cambridge with a out of store setting , plenty of seating so you could watch the world go by while having a drink etc

Staff can be really rude, most of the ti ,me great but one gent on occasion is very rude

Grotty place, stained chairs with legs caked with spills and general grime and half-swept floor scattered with crumbs and dust round the edges. Several tables and chairs not unstacked for use.

Poor customer service. I asked for sauce and got one sachet when I asked for another one the lady sighed and slammed it on the counter. I received my food in the wrong box and the cooler was put in a coffee cup. The cooler was not thick enough it was like water. Wouldn’t allow me to scan my card. Worst costa I’ve attended. The guy taking orders was lovely on the other hand.

Tasty drinks and friendly service. The location is also good if someone would like to stop for a second on a weekend shopping trip. Time by time they are introducing various seasonal drinks and new tastes that are worthy to try if you're an adventurous person, generally speaking. Usually I go for traditional hot drinks which never disappoint me. I can recommend this Costa to coffee lovers.

Visited Monday lunchtime. Still had tables and chairs stacked up, not in use. The tables that were available had either dirty pots or were filthy. Despite saying we were eating in we were given take away cups and cakes were put in paper bags. No doubt to save the staff washing up, they really couldn't care less

Very poor quality hot chocolate It was like just small quantity of choclate powder in milk and tastes like drinking milk only. Never again

Workers here don’t care about the quality of drinks for the costa as a brand. Workers Used the hot chocolate prepared for previous customer and added milk in it. Neither the drink was hot nor had chocolate.

The slowest Costa I’ve ever been to…

Meh. Visited Friday lunchtime, not much choice of food left although several vegetarian options. Staff all seemed a bit fed up and barely spoke. Table had been cleared but was dirty. Cake was dry. Disposable packaging 😭

Hot drink was cold, the order was wrong and guy working was unwilling to communicate.

I like this Costa. It's situated in the middle of the Grafton Center in an open space. It can get very busy, and with it being in an open space it can be quite noisy as the noise travels, so it's not a place to go if you want a quiet cup of coffee. It's great for taking a small break from walking around, the staff have never got my order wrong. There's adequate seating but like I mentioned earlier it can get quite busy so if you want to sit, don't go during peak times (lunch & end of school day).

Usually lovely friendly female staff but today the female staff who I haven't been served by before was the rudest Unfriendly person, didn't ask what I'd like with the drink and when I politely asked she didn't even reply just put it on the side and walked off, manners cost nothing

Easy in and out job.could be cheaper tho.

You can't go wrong with the salted caramel frostino. Kids loved them.

A very moody female barista, didn't say the name of the drink after handing it to me or even a hello or thank you. She Made me feel like I'd done something wrong by ordering a orange hot chocolate. The cream was halfway round the cup and not filled even leaving a gap. The rest of the drink was gone in 20 seconds due to the tepid temperature. I didn't dare complain after the evils that barista had given me. Will not be returning. I shall try market square instead

Ok it’s not busy taking forever to serve, one staff member talking to someone for 20mins think she’s meant to be cleaning table. Didn’t clean table. Amazing coffee food was good.

Smiles (eyes at least) and coffee, what more would you need. Service is great, friendly and fast (fast being important when coffee is needed)

Very expensive for the quality but its...ok...

To be honest this costa stands a bit behind comparing to other locals in Cambridge. Staff is nice, but seems slower than anywhere else (but better than the new one in Market Square). I like the sitting spaces, specially after renovation of all Grafton. It’s localisation is also convince my for all shoppers as it’s really central.

Since Costa moved to its new place in the Grafton, it is so much better with the increased seating and larger serving counter.

Can't comment on the coffee as eventually left. Based on the length of the queue and the speed of service would have been 2021 before we were served... Embarrassing... Either staff adequately or leave it to others..

Offered me s Christmas thing in my coffee . And could not taste a thing . And charged me for there pleasure . Not happy felt I had been robbed. .

Its good in my opinion the frostinos arent as good as starbucks frappies and this vsit there was no ham and cheese panini the paninis at starbucks are not better

I have been coming to Costa Coffee in the Grafton Centre for a few years now. Coffee is OK and personally I find the staff have always been polite and courteous to me each time I visit except for 1 very strange staff called Francesca Grace who recently started working there. She always tends to be blatantly rude, ignorant and impolite and discriminates against certain customers by blanking and ignoring them when they politely ask her for assistance. This young girl clearly has not been taught an ounce of good MANNERS because she also never says thank you or good bye like all the other staffs that works there. In fact 1 day she turned her head to speak to a colleague after I politely said thank you to her in order to avoid saying thank you back to me. This is a disgrace and very poor customer Service for Costa Coffee in the Grafton and it brings down the reputation of the rest of the staff who works there. I think more training is need for this girl so that she treats all nice paying customers as equal and with the same respect!

I love going Costa after work, recently I get bloating drinking soya latte or normal milk, to my surprised I saw all these milk in the bag laying on the dirty floor, I asked one assistant there if that's the way the keep the milk I didn't get reply 😡
