drink was melted and they can never seem to find my house

Only one item out of three that I ordered arrived :( Was disappointed to not have any lunch other then a cake

The delivery was very good my white hot chocolate was still warm and so was my toastie 9/10

Chatty, friendly staff. Drinks were good and food still fresh.

Its costa, overpriced food, average priced coffee. Staff in this branch are plesent enough but you should go to an independent if you can.

The frappe was really nice, but the all day breakfast warp was underwelming and the cajun chicken pizza wrap still had little bones in it.

I am a regular here and the service we receive has always been amazing the staff are friendly.

Not only are the prices extortionate, but this one is dirty and unfriendly. I'd rather spend my £20 panini and drink for two elsewhere

My iced coffee had leaked all over my food - driver had run off before we could tell him. Can’t call Costa as they’ve stopped all phone lines. My cake and toastie was cold and soggy because of the spilt drink and no way of telling anyone.

It's probably the best costa I've been in for quite a while, clean, no mess, polite and friendly staff who actually listen to your order request.

I always enjoy visits here. Good quality drinks and cakes.

Went to Costa today for the first time in ages! Was served by a lovely young lady called Emily. She was extremely polite, efficient and very friendly. A credit to the team. Very pleased with my experience, will definitely be back soon :)

Items missing again don’t put menu on if you don’t have the stock three times now

Great service friendly staff was somewhat expensive, but it's costa coffee. The tables needed cleaning there was plenty of staff to do this but no one did.

Great branch of Costa's the staff make the place by being very friendly and welcoming, Very helpful with describing what was available as the digital menu display had gone down. Also helpful with dietary requirements, and able suggest items and check ingredients where required. We visited at the end of the day on a weekend the seating area was pretty clean and previous customers trays etc where cleared away swiftly

Coffee was barely luke warm and the staff told me that was how it was. Never had a coffee that cold and had never been treated like that before, staff could not care less.

White chocolate hot chocolate is divine .

Staff were lovely drinks were actually hot not luke warm it was clean even though it was busy my biggest complaint is that 2 of the people with me are vegan and they didn't have a single item of food that is advertised by Costa from the vegan range really disappointing ended up going to the Greg's opposite so they could get something to eat.

Fab! Hot and contains caffeine! What else could you want !!!

Always busy need more staff at busy periods

Never got the order, despite being recorded as delivered so sneaky delivery driver skanked my coffee and cake it seems!

Our Drinks were completely wrong. Order with oat milk and no cream came with normal milk and cream both I can’t have. One also had coffee in it when we didn’t click it

What I received was good, but I wish you would keep your stock updated as it's disappointing when advised you don't have something and I would have gone elsewhere for it.

Lovely coffee and cake but absolutely freezing! Please turn the air con off. It was cold and rainy outside, but people were still sitting outside as it was warmer!

Let's face it, it's a shopping centre coffee shop. That said, the staff are friendly, the coffee tastes good, the cakes are sweet. What more can you expect. Good for a coffee and snack when shopping.

Great place for coffee and a chat

I put in quite a large order every Friday for myself and my colleagues and the costa staff never disappoint. Everything is always just right and I really appreciate that someone always writes a note on the receipt if an item was out of stock so I’m not wondering if it was missed accidentally.

Normal costa just like the rest but no regulars other than passing trade . Some outside seating .

Handily placed within Westwood Cross shopping centre. Free parking. Inside and outside seating. Not a vast selection to eat. Normal Costa fare. Can get very busy.

I enjoy having a cuppa ag this Costa. Its located inside Westwood Cross retail park and always has a chair or 2 available. Their are options to sit outside also on good weather days. Staff are always friendly and polite

This is a quite a nice Costa. Clean, good service and a relaxed atmosphere. Helps that the clientele is biased towards retired folk!

Costa Coffee is cost coffee. Unfortunately on this occasion the service was a bit slower than normal, and yet not particularly full.

Very busy when we visited, but to be fair the queue didn't really take long. Costs for a cuppa quite near the cost of a pint! That said it's always nice to pop in when it's cold. Generally seating was available, but they do have outside seating too. Only issue is that tables weren't cleaned as quickly as you would like, but thats nothing major. Have visited better Costa stores, but this one is still good.

Great place, nice food & drinks. Right in the middle of westcross centre. Can eat out or in, many different drinks hot or cold. Savoury or cakes. Always go here while shopping.

Food nice but half order missing and cant ring restraunt to sort it out at all no number so 3 didnt recieve there order now have wait to see if get refund so disappointing

Every time I order Costa I don't get any straws. I might as well pour my frostino into a bowl and drink it like a dog. Everything else is great - I just am at my limit vis-a-vis this straw drought.

The deal pocket saver does not work at this store. Then ordered a frappe to drink in. They served it to me in a small glass. After complaining saying I wanted it in the plastic cup they had to remake the drink as it was not enough fill the plastic cup. They tried to serve me less drink than I should have gotten. To be fair this is one bad experience in many good ones.

Sandwich was stone cold and hard/stale. Iced cold brew coffee was warm and no evidence of whipped milk. Really disappointing. Delivery time great, driver friendly

Ordered medium latte which looked very small with at least a third of a cup of froth and way too strong.

We stopped for brunch in-between our shopping. It was a bit busy but as always great service, great food and GREAT coffee.

My order says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t turned up?

Second week running I've popped into the "Drive Thru" one. Second week running I've waited nearly 5mins whilst 3 staff (same both times) standing around talking making it feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. Floor behind counter has a pile of swept up coffee/rubbish.. that days chilled food sitting on counter in a heap and not very enticing to buy! Last visit as again cant ask the simple question of "would you like chocolate on your cappuccino" once again!!

Said delivered over 15 minutes ago & it’s not arrived at all!! No call or anything.

Food was cold obviously been sat there for a while, while waiting for it to be picked up

Okay for drinks. Burnt toasties to cinders. literally choked on it as over done.

Forgotten items off the order. I really have had enough of online delivery service and not caring about checking and ensuring they've actually given you everything you've paid for! Also just eat doesn't seem to refund you even when they say they are.

All good, straightforward order and delivery, no problems.
