Costa Coffee in Harlow

I visited the shop yesterday with my dad, we got served by Marija who was very welcoming and positive despite being shouted at by a customer who was annoyed about whipped cream. Some people need to seek help, poor girl.

The guys who serve are super friendly, we went to breakfast with my daughter 3 days in a row and the service was very good. The incredible and very natural breakfast menus: extra large cappuccino with toasted cereal bread, an excellent jam and the butter with an authentic flavor, truly delicious, we were fascinated!!!

The staff are amazing especially Maria, she's always smiling and that makes my day better

For a long time at this costa they couldn’t make a decent latte (no matter who made it) I’m not sure what’s happened since but the quality of the drinks has got markedly better. Still not at good as the one in Queensgate centre but definitely worth the 4 stars

Changed the opening hours. Now closes at 4pm rather than 6pm. Obviously no one wants coffee between 4pm and 6pm.....

Terrible service. Ordered drinks and had to wait, which is fair enough. Then my drinks don't arrive and the people behind me get served first . I asked where my order was. My order had been added to the tray at the very back of the queue with some other persons cakes. I'm then told it won't be a minute but the lady serving still does the others in front of me. I said I wanted a refund and didn't even get a sorry. Went next door in Sub for drinks. Won't be going back to Costa 😡

Ordered a coconut latte, which I have regularly at other Costas. However, today it tasted very peculiar; extremely sweet, (despite the fact that I added no sugar) and horribly powdery. The manager showed me the sell-by date which seemed fine, nevertheless I felt it wise not to drink it. They did give me my money back though, which was something.

Went in for lunch before shopping and was sad with service and staff as toasted sandwiches only cooked on one side and cold by the time we received them and staff served other customers while our food was sitting on the counter getting cold marks out of 10 are 2

Regular visitor to the Costa outlet in Tesc Edinburgh Way. Cannot praise the staff highly enough. In particular I would single out Melitta and Lisa for special mentions. These ladies usually open up at 07:00 in the morning, and have never known them to be grumpy about the early hour. They are a credit to the Costa Coffee brand.

Only 1 other customer being served, I walked in followed the arrows, kept my distance, I was glared at by a member of staff who then ignored me and carried on with other duties, I walked out in disgust and relieved I had not wasted any money on a coffee!

Litterly been here for 3 days this week and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement each visit is. 20min trip cos the staff are so slow, can’t make the drinks correctly and are too busy on their mobiles while serving. Bad costa. Fix up

Cold seating area. Coffee wasnt great either not usual costa standard. Lights were not switched on until we had nearly finished either

Better vegan food options needed

Never visit Costa Coffee not keen on their equipment or coffee.

The two gentlemen that were serving to day were fantastic. As I have a grandchild with dairy/soya allergies they checked to make sure the items bought were safe. Friendly cafe.

Absolutely packed out.Didnt anyone tell the Manager of this store it was half term? The que from the counter was heading back out towards the main door. More staff needed to cope. Along with myself and other just did not even try to get a Coffee. Not impressed.

Nice friendly staff ... cheery warm atmosphere ... clean and welcoming ... £1.00 for nice hot pot of tea! Win win situation! Lovely, keep it up guy's and gel's x

Great coffee and really nice staff that are always welcoming.

Quite alright, short queues, a great spot to relax with friends, I have even seen some people writing here! Of course not on their mobiles but on lap tops. I also did do a test to see if the staff was good. The test was to see if I could eat raw coffee/coffee beans, they said yes and really made sure I actually wanted them. So overall it is a great place to go. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!

Dirty and stained teapots and trays. There was a fly hoping from pastry to pastry in their display.

Sufficient seating arrangements, free car parking , friendly staff, big Tesco store to do daily shopping.

Always a queue and it's not exactly busy. No emphasis from the staff to preorder and get the queue down. Waited about 20 mintues to be served.
