Very rude people and the only one in the country that always refuse to do Latte with salted caramel extra, I’m a very loyal customer and only like this one coffee from Costa and Allways have to go to next Costa around to have my drink

Brought a Cranberry & Brie and a pigs in blankets toastie and a water £15!! Water warm and toasties tasteless... Surely they can do better than that. Service was fine but Costa really need to look at who is supplying food to them won't eat at a Costa again in a hurry for sure

Every time I’ve come to this costa coffee they never have full fat milk, I ended up with a watery coffee that was disgusting!! I thought you was a coffee shop why don’t you have full fat milk for a lovely frothy coffee instead of selling watery coffee…. It’s not hard to order blue milk!

This is a convenience coffee chain catering mainly for hospital staff & patients. Selection of coffees & snacks were not bad considering this was a small venue. I had their Autumn special with pumpkin syrup & an almond slice. Coffee was a touch on the sweet side for me & the cake was less than amazing. But staff was efficient & helpful, true to the tradition of Moorfields.

Just another Costa's? No way! On my visit, the staff were so helpful, incredibly friendly and the entire atmosphere was so pleasant, given this branch is based on a hospital. Usual prices but excellent service. Top marks, ladies, you made my visit memorable. Well done.

Normally I come in here and there is a lovely lady serving the customers who is always chatty and friendly. Today I am here and I've just heard one of the women staff having a loud argument with the male member of staff. He wasn't loud, but the woman was accusing him of something and was loud and aggressive. If you are going to argue amongst yourselves, take it elsewhere and not in the shop where we can all hear - just because our sight isn't the best, our hearing is.

This Costa Coffee is inside the ground floor and near the main entrance of Moorfields Eye Hospital. The queue for the service was long but there were a lot of comfortable seats available. The temperature is quite warm inside the coffee shop.

I sat in Costa having coffee waiting for my husband to come out of surgery. I could hear the staff serving customers and one lady stood out and must be rewarded for her customer service! Bose was polite, respectful and engaging with her customers, some who she knew from their previous visits. Customer service this good is rare these days and I hope she is recognised for it! I did tell her …..credit where credit is due!

The place is cool and well designed but the staff are rude and unfriendly. I was reading one of the comments below where a member of staff shouted at the customer. I believe that was the woman who served us today. She was very and aggressive. I do not know if the two naturally rude person, were having a bad day, were not happy with the wages and could not care less or needed some customer service training. The hot drinks were nice!

Was at the hospital accompanying my elderly mother. Waiting to be seen by the eye specialist, so wanted to get a hot beverage and something to eat for mum. As I opened the door to the Costa, a member of staff, swore and shouted that the place was closed. Absolute disgrace.

Very unorganised Hospital I have been chasing them for last few days for an appointment and left many voice messages so far no one has get back to me. Being busy that's dosent mean that you don't get back to your Patients first impression last impressions I have terrible experience with this Hospital. Strongly not recommend their service

He estado aquí para desayunar un par de veces, pero esta era mi primera visita en la noche. No puedo pensar por qué lo había dejado tanto tiempo. Una gran variedad de platos interesantes, con un toque asiático, muchas opciones vegetarianas, buen vino y un comedor luminoso y espacioso, perfecto para una noche de junio. Yo lo recomendaría. Y hay joyas inesperadas. El arroz que venía con mi principal era increíble. I ordered two large pizzas and received an email stating they’d arrive in 30 minutes. After two hours, the food still hadn’t arrived, so I called to check. The person on the phone rudely shouted that it would arrive in 15 minutes and hung up, offering no apology. After another 30 minutes, I called again and got the same dismissive response. When the driver finally arrived—over two hours after I ordered—he didn’t greet me, apologize, or even hand me the pizzas. He just opened his bag and expected me to take them. I thanked him, but he didn’t respond and left without acknowledging the delay. This happened at the Angel Islington Pizza Hut, and it was the worst ordering experience I’ve ever had. Domino's and Papa John’s have never treated me this poorly. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Considering this wasn’t even a busy night (I ordered on a Tuesday), the lack of service and basic courtesy means I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
