Costa Coffee in Haringey

A busy outlet in a prominent position at the entrance to the Arena Shopping Centre. Efficient service, quite small inside but many more tables outside.

This store has Absolutely GREAT staff. Klara in particular is so efficient and customer focused . Herself and her colleagues have given me Amazing service for aver a year and I have never got round to leave a review. Even under some very challenging circumstances Klara and Kasper have remained professional and focused on the customers. Thank you to Costa coffee harringay Arena for employing 1st class staff.

Great customer service.very friendly and welcoming service. Nice cosy atmosphere. Lovely coffee and cake . I will definitely be a regular customer.

Only good thing about this place is that you can grab your sausage roll from Greggs and come and use their outdoor seating.

Klara and Gigi were outstanding

Woman of short stature there incredibly rude, she could cause a verbal retaliation that she would not want to see through. So not smart or professional at all. She’s probably been there a long time so she’s comfy and has next level audacity. But that stuff won’t take her anywhere nice in future so yeah good luck with all that. Another dude was taking my order, in middle of taking my order, he lets another man (type that thinks he has authority) interrupt my order to Get whatever he wanted. Again, disrespectful treatment towards a customer, and I’m sure that customer wouldn’t like it too but hey, I now save money from many lattes, they lose a customer from buying many more and drops a 1 star review. Do they care?Probably not, do I? Me neither, got it out my system and this review of them will stay here permanently and won’t visit again so enough for me.

£4.3 for an oat flat white at a dirty place like this is ridiculous. Charging +£0.45 for oat milk when it's free at Starbucks and many other places...

Costa coffee is definitely something I would recommend, however I didn’t like the hot chocolate:( but they do cake and sandwiches also. Customer service is always good over here, even when it’s busy.

The baristas here are always friendly and welcoming, and it's a great place to stop and have a break from Life. One star missing though as the toilets there have been out of order for over a week now, which is a bit frustrating and does ever how long I stay there.

I like my coffee in glass cup as it's more healthy when I drink in but dishwasher always broken I wonder may be to lazy to wash up or is really broken .

Popped in early in the morning for a reviving cappuccino after delivering lots of leaflets - great coffee as always and I was even tempted into buying a large chocolate cookie as well (I don't normally eat until at least 1pm). Delicious! Clean & spacious inside & out, an altogether pleasant experience.

This place is shambolic. 4 people working behind the counter, no one seems to know what they are doing. Every drink comes out wrong or tastes awful.

Friendly staff. Many tables had not been cleared. Toilet and dishwasher not working so using all disposable cups etc.

The dirtiest Costa I have ever been. Lot of things are out of stock. Serving drinks without straw which they run out and expecting to drink ice drink with caramel at the bottom with no straw!!! When I asked how am I supposed to drink that from the tall cooler cup the staff completely ignored us and I had to ask for a coffee take away cup! Ignorant staff! They should do stock take better and know what sort of orders to take when something is missing!!! Or at least apologize for the mistake and attitude!!! Eating caramel with a spoon from a coffee cup is not much fun!!! I will not return to this place solely because of the staff's attitude.

Very sad that there are always cab drivers hanging about here, sitting at tables taking up space with no food or drink, people come in and see no space and walk out because of this, also can be un nerving seeing all these men just loitering outside here too.

I asked the guy at tye counter for extra shot he looked at upset a rude rude face , I am paying for this it's not favour , it you are tired take some hollidays but be nice to your costumers.

There are cobwebs everywhere and it takes a while for the workers to clean up the tables. Boxes lying around piled. Flies all around.

I visited Costa all over UK, this is the dirtiest , staff look tired and bored to serve costumers

I was with my family last week having coffees at this Costa ,we were having a great moments , when the manager came over asking us to be quite, even we were not noisy it's just when you are out at restaurant , this is normal, second time he came asking to sit properly because we blocking the passage ...I understand from that he wanted to anoy us , we left immediately the place and will never return here...

This Costa got nice terrace , amazing in sunny days, the staff are far behind the average service , quality it the worst

I ordered a flat white , this usually come at a temperature that is acceptable and drinkable , I burned my tongue because it was so hot, the barman didn't bother to check the temperature even , it's just doing things ramdomly here , I asked the manger, he said to me :"this is how we do things here" he didn't care it seems, pathetic

I ordered a tea, the sachet came open, and there is bits of tea, I asked the guy to change it, he said I can't , the sachet broke when you stiring it, I said ok, can I speak to the manager , he said I am the manager. I understood that he refuses to give me proper tea, just because he doesn't like me , cos the tea doesn't cost anything .

Coffee came cold , it's an average normal cold coffee with milk, tables full of rubbish , not clean, clean your table your self attitude , no management , no trained staff.😝

I've been few times to this Costa , i am a big fun of the tropical mango frappé, unfortunately the mood isn't at my expectation , neither the manager there, a bald guy who stares at you all the time, I thought this is just anoying , uncomfortable ...train your self manager

Long queu, all the staff smoking outside , we kept standing there for the staff to finish smoking in the terrace, ...nice terrace but turned into staff smoking area , awful Costa ever visited .

How is it possible to mess up an iced caramel latte every single time. This Costa is literally 2 minutes away from my house, it’s convenient and when I first started going there the drinks were amazing and done well and they never got my order wrong, wether I store or delivery. Something changed in the last 4 months and ever since I’ve been getting iced down milky drinks with a drop of coffee instead of an iced latte. I give up.

The guy that is the manager there is is so rude he does nothing sits with his turkeys friends outside with his other friend from he has no maners the place is so dirty scruffy like himself the nice lady with the blond hair don't see here anymore who would work with that man. flyes from dirt in this shop everywhere...get rid or this man ...I don't go there anymore the dirty place flies in the food that they serve flies everywhere so sick the no that .filty.tops tables and bins .full of the men outside smoking .

Chain store coffee shop, not the best, not the worst.

A simple two drink order was confused and delayed. However barista was nice enough and made another drink and brought it over to our table.

Unfortunately, when I arrived, the staff was overwhelmed and there was no place to take a seat inside! My Coffee tasted strong as I like it

Friendly staff - good service - nice coffee - what more can you ask for from a coffee shop.

I’m very upset and disappointed by the way I was treated in this store. One of your staff members didn’t want to complete my order as I was with my electric scooter and willing to have a quick drink indoors. He stated I was not allowed to keep it inside without further explanation. I asked what happens if a customer comes in on a wheelchair or a buggy, since they all occupy the same room. He kept saying I wasn’t allowed and he wasn’t proceeding to finish my order. So I went to another costa coffee where this rule seem it doesn’t exist. I’m a regular customer for the last 9 years and I wasn’t expecting this treatment. It all happened in front of customers and staff members that knows me. Not sure if I will be back to that branch.

Been to the other Costa on green lanes and amazing service. Looked up opening times here for this one and they’re incorrect, as I stood outside the store today to be greeted by an extremely rude server who said ‘I don’t know why you’re waiting there, we’re closed’ - fair enough if they are but they should update their times, and he really made me feel like I’d done something wrong. With the offers they are doing they’re going to get a lot of new customers who aren’t fully aware of opening hours etc so they should be understanding and able to speak to customers in a nicer manner. Again, understand they’re busy and they were closed - but for an honest mistake the server was just extremely rude and off-putting

I had a unpleasant experience today with the barista at green lanes brunch, from the start she was being rude because I entered the store where it said exit, I apologised because I genuinely did not see the sign, (she didn’t even notice herself until another customer brought it to her attention and then she was rolling her eyes permanently) then when I asked for 5 sugars ( I ordered two coffees) I asked for 2 extra and she said I gave you six, then I insisted I needed more and she threw about 5 sugars on the counter for me. This is not acceptable at all as I am a coffee lover and I always visit Costa brunches and customers shouldn’t be treated this way. It seemed like the sugar was coming from her own pocket or was she too lazy to give more? Costa Manager, speak to your staff!!!

One of the better stores in London. Hygiene, Clean, Polite helpful customer service not aggressive or arrogant like in many others. Customer Service during LOCKDOWN 2 -fast, accurate, friendly & polite maintaining their standards. I use many stores in & out of London around UK. This is definitely 1 of the best, other stores have let their standards go, don't care, unclean, toliets are a health hazard in itself but NOT THIS ONE! Worth the STARS

It was busy and there were only two people behind the counter - yet the manager did nothing to help the other girl so it took forever... she was lovely but obviously stressed and he just stood there...

I order gingerbread hot chocolate on soya milk whit cream on the top. Guy which was serving me was so busy to talking with another lady and first he didn't put cream on the top (what he fix, when I said that) and he brought me gingerbread latte instead hot chocolate.
