Costa Coffee in Walsall

Poland 🇵🇱 WOW COFFEE ☕️ 😋 DELICIOUS LOADED COFFEE

Worst costa ever. Long queue. Dirty tables and surfaces. Woman behind the counter was aggressive with all of the customers and getting angry with the coffee machine. She got everyone's orders mixed up and kept saying she was confused. She slammed my order down and said "that's that one," and I had to ask if it was mine because she hadn't said whose coffee it was. Area was not as nice or welcoming as a normal costa and they don't have the rewards app. Coffee was not very nice compared with their high street counterpart. It tasted very watery. The only dairy alternative available is coconut milk but they seem to be annoyed if you ask for it.

Really disappointed as had no milk alternative so couldn't have a coffee

No Costa coffee here, There is only a hospital.

Staff is nice but frappe was too blend.

Tables are always dirty and with Costa rubbish and wrappers even at closing time x

Crowded popular place in Tescos Cradley Heath

Great for coffee and snacks.ideal before or after visiting wards or appointments. 2nd floor easy access, near main entrance for out patients. Plenty of seating room too with fast friendly service. You cant use your costa rewards card here though!
