The staff work hard .coffee lovely.

Had a lovely time today. Ollie helped us out and provided really friendly service thank you!!

Only stopped for a coffee today, but I love their coffee.

Staff are lovely and very polite. Alicia made my drink today, it was perfect and she was very kind and helpful.

Friendly staff are very friendly, and helpful ,being elderly my phone sometimes plays up but the stop to put it right ,we look after guide dogs,and they are made so wellcome,can't prays them enough .we call in most mornings for coffee, I had a free birthday cake on Monday ,yummy thank you Costas it was my 85th birthday lol

As we find Costa very nice and affordable as the food is good but some of the toasties should be made with brown bread and not white and I find it s good food

Arrived and wanted coffee, sandwiches and cake with friends, however came in to find only bean sandwiches that were leftover from breakfast and hardly any cake at around 11 in the morning. Was very quiet but loads of tables had not been cleared and windows were covered in dirty handprints on the windows, most likely from children from the breakfast rush. I understand trying to keep on top of everything but it wasn't a welcoming sight seeing all the messy tables and windows Was very disappointed

They forgot the coffee and when I tell them, they just add instant coffee that tastes like ground up dirt.

4pm, already closing half the store off and only serving a limited menu. You are either open till 5pm or not.

Nice, friendly cafe where you feel comfortable spending time.

Asked and paid for a mocha frappe, received an iced mocha. Which is vile and obviously not what I had ordered.

Needs another member of staff, service can be very slow at peak times. Staff that are there are doing a great job though!

I went in here yesterday and stood at the counter waiting to be served. There were no other customers at the counter but 3 staff members were there behind the counter. Two were chatting to one another and another was making coffee. For 5 minutes all 3 staff members refused to acknowledge my existence. Not even a 'Hi - be right with you'. I left in the end. Customer service seems to be dead.

While in Kenilworth stopped in for a coffee and everything was good would have been better if they were dog friendly.

Called in for a coffee when I was driving home on the M6 called at Keel and the Costa was shut so went on to Sandbach and wish I hadn't bothered as I asked for a small Capochino which was served in a paper cup and then I was charged over £4 for it and when I questioned this I was told well you are on the Motorway won't be going back anytime soon

Leaving a review due to the amazing staff in this Costa, they had a lot of of elderly people come in and the staff went above and beyond for the customers. Walking them to there tables. Supporting them by holding on to them and taking the time to speak to them. Well done 👍

I have busted Costa a few times in kenilworth and I’m always greeted so lovely by Ollie! He always has the best smile on his face and is just so wonderful at what he does. Thanks Ollie, keep shining!

Lovely place for a drink or a bite to eat. The staff are so down to earth friendly and polite. In my opinion its best Costa around the Warwickshire area.

I went for the offer on the app and what was advertised in store , which was cake for £1 on Friday deal , got to order point to be told sorry that offer isn't working on our machine today , waste of time this banch .

Rubbish. Stood for 5 minutes, waiting to be served. Staff member stood and chatted to friend, glancing at me but not coming over to serve. Gave up and walked out. Better service and coffee elsewhere. Won't be going back, even for special offers! I've had bad experiences before but this was the final straw.

The three staff on duty had to Google how to make a mocha. Need I say more? This Costa is the worst I've ever experienced. I'm local and only went there because they were the only coffee shop open at the time. Never again.

Came in twice this week. Blood all over the toilet seat in the upstairs toilet facilities and it has been here for two days. Clearly don’t clean the toilets so wonder if they clean anything else. Won’t be back. Hopefully the dirty person who can’t be bothered to clean their menstrual blood of the loo will read this too.

Quick stop in Kenilworth Costa coffee, service good. However had to listen to the female member of staff moaning to her male colleague for 15 minutes about a disagreement she had with another female member of staff . No problem letting off steam but not sure the whole of the cafe needed to listen to the conversation. Fair play to the male member of staff for giving their view, that both female staff were at fault. Despite his female colleague refusing to acknowledge any wrong doing during 15 minute conversation!!! But didn't really need to hear any of it😂

We always go to a Costa wherever we are fantastic.

Very slow to serve and abrupt member of staff , overcharged for our order . Sat upstairs which smelt stale and tables needed cleaning.

Coffee and food was OK. Service was appalling Servers gave the cakes I ordered in paper bags had to ask for plates and cutlery and when the coffee arrived in paper cup, I should have gone to McDonald's not what I expected from Costa.. 1 star 🌟 only...... Plenty of other coffee shops in this village I will be using...

Good coffee and food, let down by the state on uncleared tables.

Endlessly this Costa reverts to take away service - dishwasher is repetitively broken. Problems usually in the last 2 hours of service as staff prefer take away cups which are left strewn across all surfaces and not collected until the end of the day. Take away service only to accommodate staff illness, staff breaks. What they don’t seem to realise is the cafe runs for the customers not the staff convenience. management need to get a grip of this branch as it used to be amazing when better management ensured it ran smoothly

Not clean, wait forever, charged for sitting in then tell us they are only using takeaway cups and bags. Will not be returning.

Ok coffee, ok chain. Staff are nice. But Kenilworth has Forrest, Coffee on the Corner & Modern Kitchen - all independents, all superior coffee.

Honestly one of the most miserable cafe experiences I’ve had. I came in near to closing time. I understand that it can be annoying for hospitality and retail when customers come in near to closing but there’s no need to be so rude. I made sure I left around 10 minutes before official closing and half cleared up my table for the people working there as I often do having worked a lot in those types of roles (bringing glasses back to bar at pubs etc) Clearing my table I had to use the bin and they let out a really loud sigh that I was even there and using the bin They just had a really cold hostile look towards me. It’s a shame because I don’t mind it usually as it’s one the cafes open late. I guess it’s the sign of the stressful and depressing times we are in nowadays

I went there with my Son and his girlfriend and my Son got me a Cup off Tea as I do not Drink Coffee at all. But I really think it is quite Expensive for a drink off Coffee or Tea I would not normally think off going in there myself. But my Son wanted a Drink off Coffee.

Good variety of coffee's and other hot and cold drinks. Nice selection of cakes and sandwiches to toast. For Costa it's quite a good price but it's always popular.

The Costa branch in Kenilworth is clean and tidy but, from a design perspective, it’s an unremarkable cafe. The coffee was as good as expected and we got a seat by the window looking out onto the main street - not that there was any advantage in doing so.

The Costa specifically in Kenilworth never has ice and I can never get my strawberry and cream frostino. Also the woman with gold hoop earrings is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude.

Gross coffee and leaves me on the toilet for days. End of.

Costa Coffee in Kenilworth offers almost exactly the list of drinks and snacks as the other Costas in UK. The service also does not differ from their standard (which in rather poor) and you usually have to wait in the queue because there are understaffed. Looking for the positives, the location is definitely an added value of this place, as it is in the middle of Kenilworth, and you can almost always find a place there (there are two floors and a few tables outside). However, to be honest, if I want to drink a really good coffee and have a really tasty cake, I don't go to Costa but choose one of the other coffee shops, nearby.

The tables were not clean. It took the staff long time to clean up the table. After all the female who came late upon my reuest to clean the table told us that they are closing up in 35 minutes time. Why they did not told us when we purchased our drink? In general the Costa services went recently below what any average customer expects.

Costa Kenilworth, disappointing, poor layout and service very slow. Toilets upstairs, need a service, flush not operating properly and hand drier not working.

Several times over recent months I have popped to kenilworth costa for a coffee, inc 2 November after 3. Very quiet, but what a mess. I cleaned my own table. Have you heard of covid? Tables around me were a mess. Eventually a young lady cleared a couple of tables not wiping any. Leaving a dirty tissue stuck to the window. The great management of costa have spent lots of money on this branch but it's a mess. I suggest training for young staff. Also, while clearing one table there was boyfriend chat across the floor from staff. Again....need some training. Place nice and coffee good. My favourite buttie is mushroom and egg....you never have any left though.

Do not order from ubereats with this store. 2 hours for it to be delivered, I ordered a meal and they forgot to put in the key component of a toastie. Did not answer the phone when I called to complain and ask for an explanation. This is not the only time i have had this poor service when ordering delivery.

Coffee always good. A COVID complaint environment. Must say very impressed with the lady (Erin) serving his covid precautions were good even challenging customers in a nice way. Love the customer service, a must visit.

The guy working today could use some lessons in customer service.

Couldn't get a table outside as everyone was eating their greggs at them and it has to be the slowest service in history.

Servers seemed more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than focusing on customer service. 10 customers in front of me. Took 25 mins to get 2 lattes. Coffee good, service poor.

Good choice of coffees and teas. I particularly like chai latte topped with cinnamon. Very nice sandwiches and cakes. Nice place to meet people for a chat. Improved the upstairs with social distancing tables. Plenty of seating downstairs too.

Came in to do some work whilst enjoying a coffee, whilst the coffee was nice when I had asked for a flat white with oat milk the barista turned around and put up two middle fingers in front of the customer. I was surprised but more disgusted at how rude this certain member of staff was.

Well if only their was something positive to put about this Costa. Poor Customer service, staff are rather unwelcoming. Zero choice of food items at 12:10 on a Saturday. The Hazlenut Latte was dismal. Since the refurb and the change of staff this establishment has plummeted in my opinion sadly.

Revamp of shop - moved serving area to opposite side and moved the stairs. At the moment half the shop has no seating area, completely empty, whilst the rest seating is every other table. The staff were not quick in clearing away tables, as around the area I say, 3 out of 5 tables had dirty trays crockery etc.

Coffee is OK, but staff is not well trained and neither do they have a service orientation. There are much better alternatives nearby.

Visited twice since the refurb. Both drinks tasted bad and one was half empty. I won't be back.

Refurbished and soulless now it’s grey and grim , cold in fact freezing in there , bring back the old one it had warmth i think they’ve ruined it but never mind the one just along talisman square Ardens I think will mop up now , brighter warmer , more welcoming . Sorry Costa but you’re more like a gulag now

Everything you would expect from a Costa Coffee

Coffee was awful and barista spilled it all over the side of the cup and into saucer before giving it us. Wasn't what was asked for either. Barista clearly had little care for anything in life.

Not keen on the extra large counter but at least the store is now clean. Costa coffee always good providing the barista knows their job.

Do not fear, hereafter if God will bestow it upon me, we shall we shall be ordained with as the youths say a "fresh fit"
