This Costa branch is a beautiful spot that ticks all the boxes for a great coffee experience. The space is clean, cosy, and warm, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. My Americano with oat milk was absolutely spot on as it was smooth, rich, and exactly what I needed. Also had a refreshing glass of water to quench my thirst! The staff deserve all the praise; they’re friendly, attentive, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. I must especially commend the lady behind the counter for her incredible patience and professionalism. Despite dealing with a rather aggravating customer who was holding up the line by being on the phone, counting out coins, and even spilling them for her to pick up, she remained calm and gracious throughout. It’s clear that handling moments like these with kindness is part of their daily routine, but her composure and positive attitude really stood out. Well done to both her and the guy today, 20-11-2024.

I love this little branch of Costa. It’s more relaxed than others. Clean and I like the decor. The staff (Harish and Iwona) is very helpful and friendly. Definitely a favourite of mine.

Great customer.service, friendly ,helpful, polite. One girl In particular stood out for me, i think she was English and had a nose ring I don't know her name.. she was the best example of what customer service is all about . She was polite, vocal , a great worker and made me feel good to be there enjoying my coffee. And she was gorgeous lol. I would definitely go back because of this experience. Costa should use this person to train all the staff. I've been to alot of coffee shops and observed many staff in their work and this person is the the most impressive employee I've seen so far . Fact 💯

The wrost costa EVER!!!!!!!! one of the staff went crazy insulting me and my son because she wanted me to stop taking on the phone while my son was ordering and call me B… put her fingers up to us .. and not manager around to deal with this phyco!! go here most days for my coffee, there's a lovely young girl and guy who work there, not sure of their names. but I went today and the older lady with the black hair was very rude when she got my order wrong, and then made me a disgusting drink. won't be going here anymore :(

I went in yesterday at 4.50pm (it closes at 5.30) and asked them to heat my panini and was told that due to them closing soon, everything was off.

Nice branch of Costa.. Must say though the most important thing is the staff. Victoria has great, nice personality. Costa please recognise this and please give this girl a pay rise! It really makes all the difference to the experience of visiting a Costa if the staff are likeable. Six stars

Again, I ordered a chocolate fudge frappe, with oat milk, and received it containing coffee! I did not order a chocolate fudge mocha! Please read the orders properly and understand the difference between a regular, normal chocolate fudge frappe and a chocolate fudge mocha frappe!

Clearly, our order was not read properly by staff. We ordered 2 chocolate fudge brownie frappes, both with oat milk. When we received our order, both chocolate fudge frappes contained coffee. Why? We did not request coffee in the drinks. Firstly, my partner has an intolerance to coffee. Secondly, one of the drinks was for our 8 year old son! When I tried to contact the restaurant as there is an option to do so, the call was diverted to voicemail!

Very small and quaint, staff were quite flustered even though they weren't busy. And could only get small takeaway cups even though we were drinking in!!

Friendly staff, shame about the recent new policies introduced by Costa, that is a 20p increase on drinks as well as the removal of the discount on reusable cups. Looks like Costa has decided to charge customers as to increase their employees` (dismal) pay, rather than taking a chunk off their profits. So what`s next, charging customers to enter your premises? There's also a unsteady quality of service, having had to ask to re-make the drinks more than once....

We didn't get exactly what we ordered. I got an iced coffee frap instead of the golden caramel frostino I ordered, plus another order was missing sauce.

I’m actually disappointed my order came in a blue carrier bag and I ordered 2 baps and got 1 bap and a sausage at the side. Also ordered a iced coffee and got a black coffee

Coffees were sent in a flimsy blue plastic bag and both were spilt and liquid everywhere and needless to say, I refused the order. They usually deliver in a costa brown bag and it is never spilt. There was also no scan sent again even after contacting Costa via the app who were really helpful. Really disappointed this time and questioning if I should go elsewhere.

I don't know what these two drinks are that I've been delivered, certainly not the two drinks that I ordered. Gross.

The place is super clean and tidy, they have made changes to seating due to COVID. There are limited seating spaces but the shop is also small. The barista that served me was very lovely, approach and overall a good human being. I wish I caught her name. Had a really good experience here.

They didn't include a code to scan for the Costa app 😪 Other than that the iced coffee was a great treat on a warm day.

Order didn't turn up at all, Costa weren't very helpful in sorting, or Just Eat - couldn't even say when I'd get a refund! Shocking. Never again.

Quick service. Although limited sitting area due to social distancing guidelines.

Usually no problem but totally unsuited for social distancing. Chairs close together, customers moving chairs to sit in bigger group. During the 45 min I was there about 8 customers walked in and apart from just one none of the others even bothered to wear a mask, walked straight in, queued close together. No staff reminding them to wear masks, no floor markings and the big group of people about 6 obviously not family and none of them with a mask. If like me you are considered at greater covid then avoid this branch

It's a smallish Costa, but always seems to be a good few people in there every day.

Me and my brother go to Costa every day we have been to a lot of them in London and I can say the coffee here is very good the only downside is it is a little cramped but a small price to pay

Coffee ok. They give you a code to enter their never-cleaned, utterly rank, unisex, disabled toilet. The experience was even worse than usual. The bog was disgusting. A skidmark covered the entire pan, and some revolting troglodyte had urinated all over the seat. The bog brush was steeped in excrement-saturated water. No cleaner ever darkens the door of this place. Keep away. The company don't give a toss.

The staff are the least friendly I’ve ever met. Mess up your order and the can’t be bothered to walk it to your table. No apologies or even a smile. Left it on the counter in front of other customers no awareness of hygiene.

If you like Costa coffee its as good as any other place. Only downside is no outside seating.

Overcharged. Dirty spoons, seeds stuck to it. The same amount of coffee in a small and medium size cups. Dirty dusty and generally run down.

It's fine. Nothing exceptional, and I hate that the cakes and pastries are left out to dry (and for flies). The carrot cake icing is very disappointing, but the cake is nice. Toasties are fine. Coffee is mild, nothing memorable. This branch has mostly friendly staff and I can usually get a seat. It fills up at times with driving instructors (it's next to the test centre). Easy to park outside usually, which is a rare bonus.

Most Costas are comfortable. Some are a little small and cramped. The best ones are light and airy. We love the Cortado and Cappuccino. Food is mainly just sandwiches and cakes. Overall, a reliable brand.

Fantastic place and people! The drinks are also very well executed with ease.

People it's a coffee shop. Tge way coffee shops work is the same almost everywhere. You walk in, greet the people and ask the type of coffee you are after in that particular moment, wait for the Barista to prepare your order, take your order, say thank you and go and have a seat/leave the shop, the final step is to enjoy your coffee. If you chose to stay in this particular shop you'll find a pleasant atmosphere, clean, very clean, the guy 8n charge with the cleaning was constantly wiping a table, the floor etc etc. almost makes you feel sorry for the guy knowing he works that hard for £7.20 per hour. Anyway, back to the chase, the coffee was good, the Barista was nice and polite and the lady at the counter taking the order as well. If you are a vegan/vegetarian there is the possibility to put in the coconut milk, oats milk, etc milk instead of the cruelty milk.

A run of the mill Costa Coffee House. Staff are pleasant and the coffee good. Not a very good choice of hot snacks unless you want cheese. But okay.
