Costa Coffee in Sheffield

Visito regularmente esta cafetería costa, el personal es encantador y atento. ¡Se encargan de aprender tu nombre y tu orden! La gerente Michelle dirige un barco apretado y amigable.

Lovely place for a coffee and naughty sweet snack. The people serving are so nice and helpful, just don’t sit under the AC unless you want to enjoy an arctic blast!😂

I visited Costa this afternoon,precisely 4.23pm with my boy. We picked a pasta from the fridge and whilst looking at something else to order. We were told that we can't not pick up anything which needs warming up as they are due to close and its been turned off. The store doesn't close until 5pm, and exactly what has been turned off......the oven??? I said to the worker its not even 4.30, she shrugged her shoulder and looked ta her colleague. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. During the week, its advertised as being open til 6pm. When I go just after 5pm they are closed. On a serious level, who do I raise this with?
