Really good service. Absolutely loving the new Spanish latte

We love going to Costa as we know we can get great coffee. Food is reasonable too.

It's happened to me 4-5 times now where your system is not fit for purpose your shop system needs to talk to just eat etc or enploy someone or something to check stock levels so that u can forfill orders on what people order on app ie if u have 1 ham and cheese toastie just eat app should not be able to order no more than one then have to try to get refund from just eat the systems need to be updated so people can't order what u have not got

The delivery was good. Unfortunately I was missing an item, but it was easy to get a refund, thankyou.

There's a couple of costa's in my local area but this is the one I tend to use most often the staff have always been extremely polite, friendly and helpful whilst maintaining a professional standard of customer service. I'd like to mention 1 particular staff member whom unfortunately I don't know his name but he wears glasses and has a beard and as I can normally only see him through the drive through window (I don't think he's the tallest of people) without fail he's always made our (my wife and i) visit enjoyable and he can't do enough to help if its needed ( I'm disabled and occasionally I require assistance). Although I find Costa is more of a treat for me due to a tight budget I do look forward to my visits. Pat on the back for the whole team.

System needs to show updated stock levels so the customer does not have to wait for a refund when items show in stock but are not

all 3 hot chocolate drinks arrived cold. also the berry crumble sweet treat didn't arrive with the order.

Coffee and cakes was all top notch and hot

They had no food due to no delivery poor due to the company, come on pull your finger out.

Mac n cheese was stale. Coffee half spilled, cake wasn’t even put into the bag so I’ve paid £20 for a pack of (2) caramel waffles. Spoke with the manager at costa. Referred me to just eat. Wasn’t just eat who prepared and packaged my order. Shocking

Great visit today, served by Rebecca who lovely and listening to Jason who knew the next customers order before they got to him was impressive, nice to see some great customer service in a big chain store.

only received half my order, was not replaced offered credit or refund instead, had to eat elsewhere instead! Coffee cup was squashed so lid didn’t fit properly

did not come with straws for the bubble tea so could not drink

Went to Costa as thought they didn't allow dogs low & behold someone came in with dog & not an assistance dog & nobody stopped them so was stopped from getting lunch in there as don't like dogs

Visited the North Quay branch on Sunday afternoon and had to send our lattes back twice and even the 3rd attempt was only passable due to the temperature of them to be told by some very curt server that she couldn't make them too hot in case I spilt them and burnt me or burnt a customer!!!! I've never had a problem with temperature of my £4 each drinks at other Costa Coffees the server either didn't want to work on Sunday or was just rude.... she definitely needs to go on a customer care course

I have ordered from this costa before and everything was amazing. However I will not be ordering from them again as they have missed half of my order they said that I would get my refund and I'm hoping I do because if I don't I'll be writing a more formal complaint to the manager.

I asked for any out of stock items to be substituted but they didn’t No napkins or straws for frappe

Just had 2 medium hotchocolat, very expensive for what it was and it was tepid

Turkey and Trimmings Toastie had mainly trimmings but very limited turkey. Drinks order was wrong and had to be rectified.

It's a coffee shop where you can get a decent sandwich for lunch. The staff were friendly.

Order was incorrect, no identification on the cups to which milk is what, staff not interested just get a refund on just eat, not interested that I can not have fat in milk

All been refurbished. More room inside. Better menu. Much better!! Staff all friendly. Is a drive through also. Although it wee bit tight!!

Got to love a costa apart from the price is a bit of a shock when you get the round in but when you start drinking it the thought of melting your card soon goes away.

Honestly, considering the price the coffee its hit and miss. Staff are not friendly at all and if you dare to ask for your coffee 'wet' you just get sulky looks or questioned on it. I thought the customer was always right. Shouldn't feel intimidated asking for a drink the way you like to drink it!

Cancelled to good to go order 15 minutes before collection time. Not acceptable when I had already started walking there.

This was not a good experience at this Costa coffee shop, like on the day I went and a few days before. Very hot because the air-conditioning was out of action again.

I visited very early on a Sunday and it was what I enjoy, peace, quiet, fresh Latte and a massive panoramic window that allows you to watch the world go by. Toilets were very clean and pleasant, great toastie selection, quick and friendly service. Drive through is available if you prefer.

Coffee is good, drive thru seems to get priority.

Coffee was great but the hot chocolate I ordered for my wife was like dishwater. Barely any chocolate at all. I don't see why skimp on the chocolate. Cheese cake was nice though

Very hard to hear the girl behind the screen when ordering, could not find any knapkins anywhere as needed to wipe the table down and the floor around our table was very messy. Our drinks were ok though and staff were very polite. Update: Popped in today and was a better experience table areas were clean and tidy and no screens at counter so could hear this time.

Food could of been warmer. But nice nonetheless.

Popped in after visiting somewhere nearby. Was quite quiet and service fast. Was using free coffees earned so asked a few questions regarding what we could have free. Barista was friendly and said we could have large drinks and syrups. Nice and clean.

Both drinks were cold, they put the light whip on the wrong drink. Very disappointed and not drinking it.

Service as good as can be expected when Costa have asked staff to simultaneously serve customers at shop front as well as on mics in the drive through. It looks like a logical system but it must be super stressful. Please give your thanks next time you're in store for them, I wouldn't want to do their job

Love going there. I'm a regular. I notice many others are too, so I think that says a lot. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the staff are great!

Travelled down from Norwich just for the coffee and sandwiches and cake. The staff are excellent and very pleasant.

The counter was absolutely filthy, I understand that coffee dust becomes airborne but, clearly no care was given to cleaning it up in at least the past week a toothbrush and a cloth could make all the difference in a short space of time.

Car broke down and the staff was very helpful and kind I wish to thank them from the bottom of my heart. If you ever need a drink and want friendly service come here you won't ever be disappointed

Just come out of your store in pakefield Lowestoft the manager in your store needs to learn customer service skills first and how to make coffee just been back in saying coffee is so weak taste like hot milk he’s reply was you have to pay 50 pence more for a coffee shot and was rude I’m a manager of a store in Lowestoft and would not employ him under any circumstances no people skills and no customer service skills

A convenient place to meet with friends

When I received my order I had a lovely message written on my cup which made my day. Not matter what you are going through just a simple happy message can cheer you up. It really put a smile on my face. Thank you costa

Normally good service, however the young female server on the drive thru at 10.00am on the 05/09 (Monday) was extremely abrupt and rude when taking our order. Couldn't even be bothered to speak when taking payment just merely waved her hand at me when I handed her cash for the order. And not so much as a thank you when we left just aggressively slammed our coffees down. Was as if we were a big inconvenience to her as she clearly couldnt be bothered to serve people. Not a great way to promote a business, unfortunately will not be using this place again.

It's OK. I gave this costa only 3 stars as the staff are quite slow and seem to panic if more than 3 are in the queue in store. Its the only Costa in this area when we visit so that's why we come here. It is clean and tidy though so I guess that helps. A smile would be nice and goes a long way too. Sounds harsh, but when you visit a lot of Costa coffee shops it stands out when you go to one and all the staff are like it. Smile guys, it makes all the difference to your customers.

We had two latte coffees and one rocky road slice & one passion fruit tart. Had a slight wait but nothing too bad the rocky road was tasteless and the passion fruit tart was very dry.

Went through drive thru. Extremely rude female server. Was very quick to try and get rid of me when placing my order. She couldn't hear me through the speaker and was rude when asking me to speak up. Didnt say please or thank-you. Those little things make it more pleasant. Gave it 2 stars because the female who served my drinks was very friendly. Won't be going there again in a hurry.

Great coffee & wonderful, friendly staff.

Food is good quality although a little overpriced especially when there is a greggs right next door. Staff seemed a little distracted while serving. Strange atmosphere while eating in. Perhaps some music could be playing in the background. Tables were not cleared very quickly so had to hunt for a clean one. Much prefer the other local Costa in Lowestoft.

Great place to stop off for a drink, snack, lunch, afternoon tea/coffee. Also has a drive through so handy when your on the go. Lovely relaxing and friendly atmosphere inside and cheerful and helpful staff.

We have just visited and had a fantastic service from the amazing staff who were very accommodating for our autistic teen. Very happy family x

Pleasant and comfy decent coffee. Only disappointment 3 staff stand talking while one guy doing all the serving/making so had to wait ages for service. Someone needs to get a grip!
