Quedaba un rollo de canela, pero claramente la envoltura de celofán en la que se almacenó antes de ser exhibida había tomado la mitad del azúcar glas. Mientras esperaba mi café, los dos rollos siguientes se expusieron con la glaseada intacta. Preguntó por uno de los más bonitos y se le aconsejó que estaba en contra de la política. Podría ir a Starbucks la próxima vez, que está al lado. Para una empresa multimillonaria es un poco apretado y no tan interesado en mantener a los clientes a pesar de su aplicación.

I ordered a meal with a extra piece of chicken as I had not eaten all day... When I got home I discovered I did not receive the extra piece of chicken I paid for ... Probably because the staff were busy talking to each other, It was not busy... I was the only customer at the time.Not had KFC in a few years , I don't remember it tasting so salty.

Chicken was old and you can tell it wasn’t fresh , don’t order there there literally giving you old chicken

It is at the convenient location at the city centre. Many people visit that place and that keeps it super busy. It is very small compared to its location at the city centre. Customers are sitting on the floor or just standing and eating. This shop needs an extension or nearby relocation in a large area. As it is super busy some of the food items are super oily. They don't get enough time to drain the oil or a cooking protocol needs optimization. People are nice and friendly. They are super busy including serving food or even in the cleaning process. But superbly nice! Take away or eating out is better options.

Very conveniently placed next to the merrion centre, great for calling in for lunch, was busy but I managed to get a seat, nice staff and very prompt service, as usual the food was nice and hot, the fries are the best, nice flavour, delicious, of course the chicken as nice as ever, would call in again if near .

Incompetent manager. And incompetent members of staff…cannot even read a receipt listing food in English properly ….gave me the order of my brothers which was a separate order number. Checked my order on the table behind. Due to these guys getting my order wrong multiple times before. checked it and returned less than 15 seconds later. The manager and staff then accused me of stealing a burger out the wrong order. Despite me never leaving the shop lol. The wrong order they gave me which was supposedly my brothers was wrong too. Idiotic manager made me wait for 25 mins whilst he checked the CCTV footage. Due to the supposed ‘burger theft’ Realised he was wrong. And eventually gave my brothers meal. Didn’t stop there. Went home to find that the tools still got the order wrong again, by giving a small fries instead of a large. What makes everything worse. There no apology given. Please employ competent staff. Not staff that cannot speak or read English properly. Total liabilities. Rant over.

Ordered from here and ended up with a big blonde hair fried into the chicken and batter to the point where it couldn't even be pulled out.

Firstly the customer service is very poor. I ordered a box of 20wings for dine in and the number of wings was less then it was conveyed to the manager and he was in a stand that the customer is lying. The staff was very rude to the customer as i even asked him to come and check whether the quantity is there or not. He the person in manager post in the night is very bad in customer service.

Worst KFC I have entered in Leeds. - The box was scattered inside and everything looked out of place. - I nearly left without a drink I bought and was not called back. I just got the box with no drink and they were comfortable with it. - Quite unfriendly atmosphere to be honest. Everyone looked at me like they just wanted me to go (maybe because it was closing hour and they were tired). I don't know if this is how it usually is because it is a University environment, but I genuinely did not like the atmosphere and service rendered. The one at Kirkstall is way better. The food is delicious though, especially the chips.

Manager scolded employee for giving me water from the soda fountain telling her it’s KFC’s policy to only sell bottled water. Manager also stated to me the claim their water that runs through the soda fountain isn’t filtered. I can see charging for a cup but making patrons buy plastic water bottles seems absurd!

Kesar was a top tier server. I had specific requirements for wings and the pieces of chicken which he helped with straight away with no hesitation! Honestly top tier! 👏🏾💪🏾

Refused to take Scottish £10 note ask to speak to manager said manager was on break then 2 other staff came out trying to act as bouncer's I wasn't cheeky to staff but i pointed that bigoted not to take Scottish money

Don’t normally use this place as it is terrible but my child wanted kfc for tea so our usual wasn’t available so we chose this place the chicken was Sahara desert dry and obviously wasn’t fresh seemed reheated or had been under hot lamp for hours the hot wings weren’t chicken more of a quail size wing it’s my fault I know how bad they are there if this review stops one person getting ripped by this place and there lack of care for the food they produce then I will happy

The people at the till do not care abojt helping the customer at all, I asked for help to use my student discount offer and the people at the till ignored and said they would sort it out. It's a fantastic spot for dining. Stopped by for lunch. The food was pleasantly warm, just as one would anticipate from KFC. The restaurant was immaculate, with staff diligently clearing tables, which is typical for a bustling city centre eatery. My visit left me without any grievances, and I would suggest this specific location to anyone craving chicken in the city centre.

Do not order from here. Not through delivery and not in person. Time and time again, they'll give you half your meal or the wrong order entirely. Just save yourself the hassle and find another KFC

Food wasn't too bad apart from a couple of the bones were bones were broken and the marrow had leaked, but more to the point when I went in the toilets were broken to all apart from disabled people....... Not quite sure how that works equality and all. But hay ho good job I have a bladder of steel.

For starters KFC is amazing, secondly, the portion size that they give you is way more generous than other KFC stores and the staff are kind and generous too.

I love KFC but this was greasy. We had to clean the table before we could sit down as did others too. Walls look gravy stained and the stickers look tired. Looks like someone's been trying to pull them off. Never helps when you get foul mouthed idiots either, that's no fault of the staff by the way.

I decided to have KFC today after a long time and it turnout to be the worst meal I have had in while. Ordered a burger it was literally a chicken strip treated as fillet burger. The only positive side was the chips. Never going back to this place again

The place is not too big, Food quality are general, try to order dinner deal which was reasonable price only £6.99 for two people(two chicken burger, two chip and 4 chicken wing).

Most disappointing 'meal' I can remember eating. Smallest and most unappealing portion of chips I've ever seen. The chicken that made up the burger was a single mouthful in the middle of a tasteless bun. Nothing particularly wrong with the mayo of lettuce. Still hungry.

Food was good, however the place was untidy. Staff looked like they could barely keep on top of demand, tables weren’t cleaned (had to do that ourselves), toilet was shockingly dirty, ended up asking for take out bags so we could go eat elsewhere as it was just not great. The demand has clearly outgrown the space - it needs to be bigger and there are plenty of bigger empty restaurant sites near where KFC currently is to cope with demand.

My daughter & I recently went to KFC after we had been to the cinema. It were a late Sunday afternoon. When arriving at the restaurant which were fairly quiet. My daughter & I found a free table so we could sit in. Unfortunately the table and seats were dirty. So that day I had some hand wipes on me and some tissues so I wiped down the seats where we were going to sit & my wipes were black with dirt! And when I wiped to dry the seat with my tissues that were also black with dirt! When I approached the counter to order my food there were 4 or 5 members of staff behind the counter who were not particularly busy. I placed my order and asked the member of staff if they could wipe my table down. Which they did and then the member of staff went on to clear a few of the other tables and wiped the tables off. I went to get mine and my daughters order which wasn’t served to myself on a tray they were just handed to me. And I had to go and ask the member of staff for a couple of hand wipes. When my daughter had finished her meal and she opened the hand wipe it were dry so I gave her mine and I used one of my hand wipes. The moral of this complaint basically is that this KFC establishment needs to have a secret shopper and witness what exactly the staff are not doing and what they should be doing. Plus I also think this establishment needs to have their hygiene ratings reviewed!!

I waited 25 mins for a bucket for one. About 10 customers came in after and got served before me. 3 rounds of fresh fried chicken came out, yet I was told my order was waiting on chicken. After a while the staff knew how long I'd been there and wouldn't make eye contact. So I strenuously complained and when my food finally arrived it wasn't the temp of chicken fresh out of the fryer. Will not be using that store again

Can get quite busy but was fairly quick service when I went in. Just couldn't get the app working.

There were 5 errors. 1.order two chips but got one which was a very tiny portion. 2.Ordered 6 hot wings but only got 4. 3.Ordered fillets but didn't receive any. 4.Ordered a side breast and breast but got two side breast. 5. Ordered blackcurrant drink but received a Tango. This was resolved as it was noticeable. To top it all, the person that served did not appear to want to break away from what she was doing in order to serve us. Her facial expression said it all.

As a regular customer at KFC in Merion Centre, I am disappointed with the quality of the food served. While the customer service is good and the place is tidy, the ordering screens often don't work, and the chicken is always overfried. The twister wraps are also not meeting my expectations, and the recent Colonel's 2 pc original recipe meal I ordered contained two very small drumsticks, leaving me feeling like there was no value for money. As someone who enjoys fried chicken, it is disappointing to see that the quality of the food has not been up to par. I hope that KFC in Merion Centre takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for its customers. Overall, I would recommend looking at other restaurants in the City Centre area for better quality fried chicken until KFC in Merion Centre can ensure consistent quality in its food.

Great service and friendly staff. Perfect for quick bites, alone or with friends and family. Attention should however be directed to cleanliness.

Food freezing cold, asked for no mayo on one of the burgers and as i checked it found a hair! The burger wasn’t even a burger just a ball of burnt chicken! Bread hard! Horrible

Came in at 9pm on a Monday. Dead quiet, but nowhere to sit as every table was filthy - food and trays left everywhere. No receipts in the self-service tills. Not given wipes with meal. Food was still decent as you'd expect from a KFC, but make sure you order to takeout, as it's disgusting in there.

Rude staff, inedible chips and flavourless chicken. The only thing halfway up to the normal standards of KFC is the burgers. This store needs a review. I highly doubt they are following KFC's processes correctly. The lowest quality I have ever had from any major fast food chain.

So, pretty basic KFC. Friendly staff, clean floors and tables and fast service. The only problem is the spacing, many people including myself found ourselves waiting either outside or stood up waiting for a space to sit. A second floor would be ideal. Otherwise, everything was just as it should be. Would recommend when it's not busy.
